The staff was attentive and did their best, from the receptionists like Ali Moussa to the restaurant and housekeeping staff. We also booked private guides through the hotel, who provided great service. Lastly, the location directly by the Nile is the major advantage, with options of going on river cruises from the hotel.

The hotel could use an upgrade in their rooms. It was all very dated and used. The shower was more of a dripping experience rather than a normal shower - however, we also did not call housekeeping about that, so it could have maybe been fixed. Egyptian food was fine, everything else more sustenance than enjoyment, but if you order pizza in an Egyptian hotel, that's kinda on you. ;)

The room was excellent, and the location was perfect. The swimming pool is beautiful and many restaurants are accessible. Everyone is wonderful.

Despite everything being very good I must admit that the breakfast is very limited so I would not recommend the breakfast option.

Staff is amazing and friendly, the view to the Nile is spectacular, hotel is huge, it has 3 restaurants, 2 of them are thematic (Italian and Chinese), facilities are outstanding. Since I had an early tour, the guy at the reception offered to us the night before grab and go breakfast which made my day and avoid going to the tours without a meal. Kudos for that.

Everything was good, except for some minor details like room not very clean at all , carpets needs to be vacuum and the showers walls need a deep cleaning to looks perfect! But for a couple days it was good for us!

Memorable stay. We were upgraded free of charge to the Junior suite which had world class view of the nile and valley of the kings. Room was spacious and clean, and room service was impeccable. We saw the hot air balloons every morning from our balcony. Staff are absolutely fantastic, shoutout to two members of staff. Aya was lovely and helpful and greeted us and talked to us every time with a smile. Abdul who operates the tours was very professional, tours were organised well, priced well and always had time to speak to us. Genuinely a nice person. We are well seasoned travellers and recommend that you book tours from Abdul as safety is guaranteed and you can make your tours flexible. Abdul and Aya organised a lovely cake for our anniversary. Also, our sunset felucca ride on the nile on our boat Maggie Moon was lovely. Luxor temple and the city is within walking distance and experienced nice walks in the evening. Overall a lovely stay in Luxor and we will stay again.

Nile view, room was big, breakfast, garden, swiming pool

The reception staff was clearly confused as no one really knew what to do. We arrived at the hotel before midnight after a long journey and waited almost 30 minutes to check in. 2 guys who were clearly newbies would have deserved someone experienced who knows what to do. The only thing that saved us was an experienced porter who provided us with information about the hotel and showed us to our room, as the reception staff only gave us room cards and did not provide information about the services and facilities of the hotel. This should not happen in a 4* hotel.

Our stay at this hotel was absolutely wonderful! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the stunning entrance, exterior and interior. It felt genuinely luxurious and high-end. The staff were a true highlight. They were incredibly friendly, polite, and professional. They handled every request with a smile. One team member deserves special praise. He went above and beyond, searching throughout the hotel to find us the absolute best room with the most incredible view. This thoughtful gesture made our stay extra special! Our room was massive and well appointed with great amenities. The air conditioning worked perfectly, essential for Luxor! The view from the balcony was simply breathtaking overlooking the clean, gorgeous Nile River, tall palm trees and the inviting pool. Waking up to that view was unforgettable. The breakfast buffet was excellent, offering a wide variety of delicious food and drink options. Room service was also quite good, although the delivery time was slightly slow on occasion. We did experience some initial issues with the WiFi, but the reception team was very kind and resolved it promptly. We had smooth connectivity afterwards. Would we stay here again? Absolutely, without hesitation! This hotel provided a fantastic, memorable experience in Luxor, combining beautiful surroundings, outstanding service and incredible views. Highly recommended!

The elevators were quite slow and the doors took quite a while to close.

My family and I had a fantastic stay at Pyramisa. The room was spacious with a beautiful view of the Nile. The facilities were superb:: great swimming pools with a breathtaking view. All members of staff, without exception were extremely professional and friendly and always happy to help as and when needed. The breakfast was delicious, with various options to choose from. The head chef would kindly check with the guests if the food was of their taste( small details like this make the difference) The beauty and massage was fantastic due to the superb work of Saba, and Mahjdy. This will be my hotel of choice when coming to Luxor.

Nothing to point out, everything was perfect!

at the Pyramisa Hotel an exceptional stay, a huge structure with dozens of customer service staff, an internal buffet restaurant and 3/4 other restaurants always in the structure, an Italian cuisine restaurant, a Chinese one etc.. also a poolside bar and a very large breakfast. Special mention for Abdul and his staff (Mohamed and the others) of the Limousine service. They have a desk always active in the hotel lobby and have dozens of proposals for tours and experiences with a guide also in Italian (a rare thing in Luxor). Punctual, precise and honest.

Beautiful room, great views to the Nile :) Beds were comfortable, rooms were warm and confy, big enough, well decorated with a frigobar and a balcony. Breakfast was great, lots of options (continental style). There was a gym but couldn't use it since it was open from 9 to 5pm. Location was great, not downtown which was the best part, actually - downtown is too crowded and not nice.

Inexistent wifi signal in the rooms (seems to be a recurring feedback). We tried one of the restaurants inside, the italian, very bad service and food (we had a supermarket boxed pizza). Very low pressure in the shower, although it was hot and the bathroom was great.
