Ali cleaned our room to perfection everyday. The staff, especially the lifeguards were so attentive and friendly and fun. The grounds were perfectly kept and staff were constantly cleaning the pool side area, the gardens, and generally just top tier customer service. Great value for money!

The food wasn’t great - the buffet breakfast and dinner were OK but we never enjoyed the lunches served. We loved the a la carte Indian restaurant but the Italian menu was awful and not Italian theme at all. After the buffet finishes at 9pm there’s no food available unless you pay extra. The popcorn and candy floss offered in the evenings were also subject to extra charges which we found odd in an all inclusive. We were looking forward to the sports bar but again were asked to pay to use the pool/snooker table? The hotel room was great but the bathroom needs updating and we had no hot water for the entire stay.

1. The buffet is not as expected. The diversity is not good from day to day. The quality is not top. 2. The mosquitoes is too much even in the rooms. There should be a chemical treatment or, at least, an electric trap in the rooms.

The water park is awesome for kids. the water in the park's pool is only 40 cm which is great even for toddlers. we found a wave pool that isn't mentioned anywhere. Very suitable for kids with many activities for them. No real need to leave the hotel. Spacious rooms and showers. New TV that supports casting from your mobile.

The food isn't that great in spite of the variety. if you come late to the dinning room you may even miss out some cuisines they do not bother to refill. Some basic dishes like omelets or pancakes are served manually and that causes long lines and long waiting. A severe problem of mosquitoes in the room (bring a repellent with you ) (* if you intend to pay cash in USD they do not accept bills printed before 2006 - FYI)

We have just returned from Charmillion club aqua park, and it was a wonderful holiday. The rooms were spacious. There were plenty of facilities, such as water slides, shows and a kids activities area. The thing that I really liked and made a massive difference compared to other hotels that I’ve stayed at, was there were plenty of sun loungers, so no getting up so early and having to battle for them. I was in a group of 13, and we could return from an excursion in the afternoon and get the loungers with ease. The staff are biggest credit to the hotel. They were all so friendly and attentive. The young gentleman that arranged the activities around the pool was so funny and engaging with the kids. (Unfortunately I didn’t get his name, but you’ll not miss him, walking around with uniform covered in Ducks, which the kids loved)😁 On arrival, you are given a towel card per guest. The policy does state that if you were to lose a towel, you would be charged 15 euros. Two of the younger kids in our group did lose their towels around the pool, but the hotel were very understanding of this and kindly did not charge us. I’d like to thank Shenouda, who was always contacting me via WhatsApp to ensure we were enjoying our stay and asking if we needed anything. On our last day, we had to check out, but had a late flight. Shenouda arranged for us to keep one of our rooms until 4pm, free of charge, which was so helpful to us. Finally, I would like to thank MILAD, who works in the main bar area. From the moment we arrived, he treated us as if he knew us all our lives. A large group of us, yet he never allowed us to have an empty glass on the table, as we were over with drinks before we could even ask. It was outstanding service from Milad. It was all our first visit to Egypt, but it will not be our last, thanks to this hotel.

Great 3 night break at the hotel for Christmas. Room was massive and spotless. Food was good. Staff all excellent. Fantastic waterpark my son loved it. Christmas gala dinner was also excellent. Thank you all would definitely return

Our stay at this hotel has been absolutely amazing, and we cannot thank the entire team enough for making our experience so memorable! From the moment we arrived, everything was perfect. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, and we felt genuinely cared for throughout our entire stay. A special thank you to Mohamed Tharwat, Mohamed Taha (the talented chef who prepared the delicious meals), Mahmoud, Hossam, Amr, Assem Bakeir, and Ahmed from the restaurant. You were always so kind, attentive, and ensured we had the best dining experience for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Your warm hospitality truly made each meal something to look forward to. The food was fantastic, and the service was top-notch! A big thank you to Abdallah at the bar, who always served our drinks with a smile and made our time at the bar so enjoyable. We also want to extend our gratitude to Ibrahim, who provided impeccable room service and housekeeping. It was such a fun surprise to return to our room and find the adorable and creative figures he made from towels. It added such a personal and special touch to our stay, and we couldn’t help but smile and have a laugh of the creative figures every time we walked into our room! The hotel itself is beautiful, comfortable, and very well-maintained. The attention to detail in every aspect was clear, and we felt at home throughout our time here. The location is great, and everything from the amenities to the cleanliness was flawless. We wholeheartedly recommend this place to anyone looking for a wonderful, relaxing, and memorable stay. The staff here truly made our visit unforgettable, and we are grateful for every moment. Our stay at Charmillion Club Aqua Park was far beyond our expectations. As a mother traveling with three children (ages 11 to 13), finding a place that makes everyone happy is not always easy, but this hotel made it effortless. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by the incredible staff at reception. A special thank you to Mr. Shenouda, who truly made us feel at home. His kindness, constant support, and personal attention throughout our stay made us feel like family, not just guests. Despite arriving early in the morning, we were offered breakfast right away, and within an hour we were checked into our stunning family room (B1 building, room 102) It was the most comfortable room we’ve ever had on vacation. Our housekeeper, Mr. Ahmed,and the other cleaner took good care of us. When my eldest son suddenly became sick during our stay, the care and compassion we received at the hotel clinic were truly touching. Dr. Fathi examined him thoroughly and gave the right treatment. The food was delicious, with plenty of variety at the Palma Restaurant, excellent service at the Indian, Italian, and Mexican A la Carte restaurants. The staff at every restaurant and bar were always smiling, working hard, and making sure every guest was happy. The Aqua Park was pure joy, with many slides. The entertainment team made every day special from foam party, poolside games, and amazing evening shows that my kids couldn’t wait to attend every night. Every single staff member made us feel special, from the reception, restaurants, pool bars, Mr. Shenouda, Miss Alia, and entertainment team. Their warmth, smiles, and genuine care will stay in our hearts forever.

I only wish the wave pool operated a bit longer than the 10 minutes.

To begin with, I am writing as a professional in the tourism industry and a guest visiting this city for the third time. I would like to thank the welcoming team, especially the night reception staff, who greeted us warmly. The staff members are very polite and considerate. Our room had a pool view, was spacious, and very clean. Housekeeping attended to it daily. The food was notably better than at other hotels I’ve stayed at, with the head chef always present and attentive. The pools are good, though not exceptionally clean—perhaps due to the windy weather. Even after we checked out, they allowed us to use the restaurant and pool. They didn’t take our towel cards. Later, there was a place to change clothes and shower, which was really clean.The hotel provides shuttle service to the beach every hour, ensuring timely trips back and forth. Pool towels are always available, large, and convenient to use.

*The animation team was the most mediocre I’ve seen. There was no set program—just random activities. It can’t even be compared to teams at other hotels. The kids’ club was also disappointing, although Hatice was excellent. *We had requested an early check-in, but we only received a response a day before our departure, which amused us. I understand that there may be high booking volumes, but they should be more attentive, as a large number of guests have children. *The quality of the ice cream was terrible, and the staff at the bar next to it were quite unfriendly (while others were very polite).

Staff were very friendly. We appreciated our server Mohmoud, the lovely chef A. Elzarek who made sure I had gluten free bread every day, Shenouda on the front desk who sent us extra tips and checked in on us and our wonderful room cleaner Ahmed who left us different towel animals every day. Food was fabulous, slides were wonderful!

I’d like to see reusable cups introduced, more diversity and advertising for evening entertainment and i wish they advertised slide closures better and opened up the closed pools for swimming whilst slides were off as the one big pool gets crowded
