Ali cleaned our room to perfection everyday. The staff, especially the lifeguards were so attentive and friendly and fun. The grounds were perfectly kept and staff were constantly cleaning the pool side area, the gardens, and generally just top tier customer service. Great value for money!

The food wasn’t great - the buffet breakfast and dinner were OK but we never enjoyed the lunches served. We loved the a la carte Indian restaurant but the Italian menu was awful and not Italian theme at all. After the buffet finishes at 9pm there’s no food available unless you pay extra. The popcorn and candy floss offered in the evenings were also subject to extra charges which we found odd in an all inclusive. We were looking forward to the sports bar but again were asked to pay to use the pool/snooker table? The hotel room was great but the bathroom needs updating and we had no hot water for the entire stay.

1. The buffet is not as expected. The diversity is not good from day to day. The quality is not top. 2. The mosquitoes is too much even in the rooms. There should be a chemical treatment or, at least, an electric trap in the rooms.

The water park is awesome for kids. the water in the park's pool is only 40 cm which is great even for toddlers. we found a wave pool that isn't mentioned anywhere. Very suitable for kids with many activities for them. No real need to leave the hotel. Spacious rooms and showers. New TV that supports casting from your mobile.

The food isn't that great in spite of the variety. if you come late to the dinning room you may even miss out some cuisines they do not bother to refill. Some basic dishes like omelets or pancakes are served manually and that causes long lines and long waiting. A severe problem of mosquitoes in the room (bring a repellent with you ) (* if you intend to pay cash in USD they do not accept bills printed before 2006 - FYI)

We have just returned from Charmillion club aqua park, and it was a wonderful holiday. The rooms were spacious. There were plenty of facilities, such as water slides, shows and a kids activities area. The thing that I really liked and made a massive difference compared to other hotels that I’ve stayed at, was there were plenty of sun loungers, so no getting up so early and having to battle for them. I was in a group of 13, and we could return from an excursion in the afternoon and get the loungers with ease. The staff are biggest credit to the hotel. They were all so friendly and attentive. The young gentleman that arranged the activities around the pool was so funny and engaging with the kids. (Unfortunately I didn’t get his name, but you’ll not miss him, walking around with uniform covered in Ducks, which the kids loved)😁 On arrival, you are given a towel card per guest. The policy does state that if you were to lose a towel, you would be charged 15 euros. Two of the younger kids in our group did lose their towels around the pool, but the hotel were very understanding of this and kindly did not charge us. I’d like to thank Shenouda, who was always contacting me via WhatsApp to ensure we were enjoying our stay and asking if we needed anything. On our last day, we had to check out, but had a late flight. Shenouda arranged for us to keep one of our rooms until 4pm, free of charge, which was so helpful to us. Finally, I would like to thank MILAD, who works in the main bar area. From the moment we arrived, he treated us as if he knew us all our lives. A large group of us, yet he never allowed us to have an empty glass on the table, as we were over with drinks before we could even ask. It was outstanding service from Milad. It was all our first visit to Egypt, but it will not be our last, thanks to this hotel.

Great 3 night break at the hotel for Christmas. Room was massive and spotless. Food was good. Staff all excellent. Fantastic waterpark my son loved it. Christmas gala dinner was also excellent. Thank you all would definitely return

Another amazing stay 🤩 The staff were incredibly welcoming from the moment we arrived. Huge thanks to the reception team for their kindness and hospitality. The housekeeping team did a great job keeping the rooms clean, and the guys at the bar were super friendly and professional. I’d especially like to thank "Muhamd Bebo" at the reception for going above and beyond to meet all our requests throughout our stay. The place is absolutely lovely and relaxing — this wasn’t my first time here, and it definitely won’t be the last!

Our stay at this hotel has been absolutely amazing, and we cannot thank the entire team enough for making our experience so memorable! From the moment we arrived, everything was perfect. It was such a fun surprise to return to our room and find the adorable and creative figures he made from towels. It added such a personal and special touch to our stay, and we couldn’t help but smile and have a laugh of the creative figures every time we walked into our room! The hotel itself is beautiful, comfortable, and very well-maintained. The attention to detail in every aspect was clear, and we felt at home throughout our time here. The location is great, and everything from the amenities to the cleanliness was flawless. We wholeheartedly recommend this place to anyone looking for a wonderful, relaxing, and memorable stay. The staff here truly made our visit unforgettable, and we are grateful for every moment. All staff were so helpful and caring, whether it was Ahmed in the restaurant helping with my food allergy, or Muhammed and others getting drinks and remembering we wanted cola zero with no ice. These small things added the extra polish. On reception Andrew was so helpful. The cleaner of our room (105) was absolutely fantastic, he did a superb job and his towel displays were amazing. The room was amazing, so clean and spacious.

The animation / entertainment team need to have a bit more character and speak to guests more. Even asmile would be nice. Themed food nights really should have food from that region, eg being invited to the new Mexican restaurant, we expected Mexican food but there was none.

Everything here is an amazing start from reception with Mr. shenouda is a very nice person he is doing his best at reception disk to make the people happy to all the staff and is welcome people and to housekeepers, especially Yasin. He was our room keeper. He is doing his best at work every one here smiling person asking always if you need any help and the food it was great and tasty and the pool boy Ali very nice person relay It was a very wonderful experience

I can't say that i don't like it. It was okay, but they had only 1 big swimming pool it was enough for all the people, but it would be very nice if they did one more the same
