The hotel itself was very nice and the pool areas. The restaurant staff were lovely as were reception staff, security, inside bar staff .... it was kept very nice and clean and organised. The food was very good although possibly a bit repetitive if staying more than a week but I was happy with choice and quality.

The pool bar staff were mostly but not all, lazy, spending more time talking with each other than serving or clearing tables etc. Swarming around attractive young women whenever possible.

Hotel was fantastic. Very quiet if you want a less lively holiday. Andrawes at reception gave above and beyond service and a special mention for him. The hotel aims to give 5 star service for customers, and the value for money is 10/10. The shower was huge and the room had ample space for a solo traveller like myself.

Had to get a shuttle bus to beach as it was far and not walking distance. Quite a lot of mosquitos so ensure you have repellent. The safe was not easy to close and I had to check a few times.

I had an exceptional stay at JASNEO Sharks Bay Hotel in Sharm El Sheikh — a place where genuine hospitality and attention to detail truly shine. Fantastic hotel service. Great food. All inclusive. Lovely friendly staff and extremely helpful. Very clean rooms with daily cleaning. Would recommend. Entertainment guys where fab and funny. Very relaxed and safe feeling atmosphere. There are shops in the complex, as well as a salon. Where I had my nails done, very happy with them. There is also someone in the lobby area to assist with booking various activities you may choose to do out of the hotel ie diving (additional cost). Cash point also available at the hotel. Also, Taxis are very cheap, various places are not far for a trip out of the complex. Eg Old Egypt Sharm , Soho, other beaches etc (see pictures of hotel and nearby areas to visit).

Not a dislike as such, but if this is what your looking for, the Location does not have its own beach, however, they do provide a free shuttle service to their partner hotel which has a lovely beech. It's a quick trip too.

The bed was comfortably, the food was alright, the hotel in general looked stylish. I only spent a night there so unfortunately i didn't use the pool or the remote beach or any facilities really.

I didn't really have a welcoming sort of experience. Before check out i got a call too which i didn't appreciate but i guess he just wanted to know if i need someone for my luggage but i kinda took it as they want to get rid of me. The desserts are not defrosted properly and the orange and pineapple juices are very bad definitely made of a concentrate rather than actual juice. The shops they have inside are ok but i wouldn't bother really.

Everything! The staff were the heart of this experience – so warm, kind, and welcoming that they truly became a second family to me. Whether at reception, the restaurant, housekeeping, or the animation team, everyone made me feel special. A special mention to Fatima, Aicha, Ahmed, Mahmoud, and Sayed …. thank you for your smiles and energy! The food was delicious, the activities were so fun we never got bored, and the hotel is beautiful and super clean. It was simply perfect.

This is the second time I have stayed at the Jaz hotel with my wife. The staff are a real asset to the hotel. The restaurant was full of options to suit all and the staff go out of their way to help you in anyway they can. The general manager went out of his way to help us. The hotel is clean, modern, the pool area has lovely bar. The rooms are the perfect size, clean, comfy, Modern, I cannot fault the hotel in anyway and am planning my return here. I have stayed at several hotels in Sharm El Sheikh and this is the best by far.

Jazz Sharks Bay is an amazing hotel. Mohammed Ali the general manager was very professional and accommodating and went out his way to make our stay perfect. The reception team, especially Mahmoud, were friendly and helpful and understanding of anything we needed. the housekeeping team were amazing, our cleaner and his Supervisor Abdul Moneim were outstanding and the rooms were always spotless and I loved the towel art on the bed. The entertainment team, Pano and Zayn made our holiday, they were fun, got the guests involved in activities and it was great to have some music around the pool that catered for all age groups and wasnt too loud. i am a regular traveller to Sharm El Sheikh and this is one of the best hotels i have stayed in. We originally intended to stay at this establishment for just one day; however, we were so impressed by the experience that we extended our stay to 10 days. Having previously stayed at a 5-star hotel where the cost was double, this property surpasses expectations in both quality and value. The service is exceptional at every level, from management and culinary teams to all staff members, who consistently prioritize guest satisfaction. The dining offerings are truly outstanding. On one occasion, I casually noted the absence of a specific dessert in the buffet selection. To my delight, the staff promptly delivered a generous portion directly to my room, exemplifying their attentiveness to guest preferences. The cuisine is nothing short of exquisite, with flavors crafted to perfection. The ambiance is serene and inviting, complemented by tastefully curated evening entertainment such as belly dance performances and live music. For an unforgettable stay that combines comfort, exceptional service, and thoughtful touches, I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel.
