Rooms are spacious and clean. Staff are great and helpful despite the pressure. Slides are great and well maintained. The resort is clean, and the connection to aqua park hotel is great as well.

The only negative is the food and restaurants. Restaurants are always crowded and not clean. Food is below average and not well maintained during the buffet time. This point needs alot.of attention from the administration.

I had an absolutely wonderful experience during my stay 🤩From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel welcome with their warm hospitality and attention to detail. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, and I was pleasantly surprised by how spotless and well-appointed my room was😍 I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a memorable and seamless travel experience. I will definitely return on my next visit!

A special mention must go for everyone and also go to Mr. Mahmoud Abdelkader, one of the room keeping staff members who took care of our room every single day. He was always incredibly polite, respectful, and professional. Each day, he greeted us with a warm smile and ensured our room was spotless and perfectly organised 🤩🙏🏻

The rooms were nice. We had a pool right next to our room, which was always empty, so it felt like our own private pool – 110 cm deep. Perfect for our kids.

The beach was too crowded, and the food was average. If you stay more than three days, it starts to feel like you're eating the same meals over and over again. The fish restaurant only has a few options and is only open for dinner, closing already at 9 PM. Other restaurants basically offer the same food, even though they have different names. The staff are doing their best and are very kind, but it’s clear they are overworked, as they seem to be working all day, every day.

Our initial booking had been for 2 rooms for a family of 6. We'd requested for the rooms to be together with a pool view. Unfortunately the rooms were not next door to each other (which to be fair, had not been promised by the hotel). After Our first night we realised the arrangement was not workable as the kids room had 2 boys and 2 girls and just one bathroom. We were offered a much bigger room, comprising of a suite (living room + 2 bedrooms). This was perfect for us! We were moved swiftly and could actually start settling into enjoying our holiday. It was slightly further out to the edge of the resort which meant a lot more walking to the restaurants (and especially to the sister hotel's waterpark), but it was also a lot quieter so we didn't mind. Some callouts to specific individuals that made our hotel brilliant: - Mahmoud Sayid, our housekeeper kept our room clean and spotless, was always smiling and welcoming and even did a few fancy towel sculptures :) - Ahmed Hussein, a chef in the main restaurant was excellent at helping us understand which foods were ok for our children given their allergies to dairy, eggs, sesame and nuts. He even prepared a couple of dishes specifically for them! fantastic! - Mahmoud Ali, our host in the restaurant was always there to attend to our needs, finding (and reserving) tables even during busy times. Very friendly and always went out of his way to get hold of treats for the kids - Kamal Mohamed, in reception for helping to arrange for a bigger room for our needs and being always approachable and friendly - Mahmoud Zidane, reception manager and the go-to guy to get anything sorted (great guy to know!) The experience you have when you tip is miles better than when you dont - keep that in mind!

These are minor gripes and more FYI for readers and hotel to review: - there seemed to be some waist water drainage issues in our room. Both bathrooms had a foul whiff at times of the day. it disappeared after a while but happened far too many times. - poor maintenance on some of the restaurant furniture. on two occasions we found staples sticking out causing potential injury - most of the pools are not heated. I guess because it's not economically feasible to do so but I think visitors should keep this in mind. - there was no actual seafood at the 'seafood restaurant', not sure why that is lol

The staff exhibited exceptional friendliness and professionalism throughout our stay, from the receptionist to all workers. Their attentiveness and helpfulness were evident in addressing our every need. They diligently made our stay comfortable and enjoyable, even accommodating our late check-out request. Mustafa Adel and Ahmad Mustafa deserve special recognition for their exceptional care and attention. Ragab from room service exceeded our expectations in his duties. He meticulously cleaned our room, ensuring we had all the necessary amenities. His artistic towel work added an element of enjoyment to our stay. The culinary offerings were delectable. The breakfast menu provided a diverse range of options, while lunch and dinner were equally impressive. The all-inclusive buffet catered to various tastes, with exceptional pizzas and an extensive dessert menu. The grilled chicken and seafood were also highly regarded. The hotel is highly recommended for families with children, as it offers several heated swimming pools and an aqua park. The beach is conveniently accessible within a 5-minute walk, with a complimentary shuttle service operating every 30 minutes. The area is secure and safe. In the evenings, the hotel provides exceptional evening entertainment for children. We would like to express our gratitude to the animation team for their engaging activities throughout the day and their exceptional care for our daughter in the kids’ club.

I’m giving the hotel a 10 this time only because of the exceptional professionalism and politeness of Moustafa Al Nagar and Marawan at Reception. Their service truly stood out. Also, a special mention to the security guard at the lobby entrance, who was amazing and very helpful.

However, I noticed a decline in food quality compared to my previous visits. More concerning is the attitude of some staff in the restaurant and bars—their treatment of guests was not up to the standard of hospitality I’ve come to expect at Aqua Blu. It was also quite obvious that guests were being treated differently based on nationality, which is very disappointing and should be addressed by management.

- Cashier team was not nice and uncooperative almost ruined our stay ( got free upgrades from reception and was satisfying after that ) - check in and check out time very un organised and long - deserts same every day and was tasteless - if u are single or family without children I don’t think it is a good place for u as it was vey crowded

Best all-inclusive holiday we have ever been on! We went with our two daughters (6 and 9) in July/August for two weeks. The first thing we noticed was the water slides and pools are amazing and everywhere. So many water slides, and pools for every age. Queues for the slides were fine, sometimes no queuing, some times a minute or two if busy. Lifeguards were everywhere and did their job well. There was even a pool with a wave machine which did 20 minutes of waves a few times a day. You can even use the sister Aqua park hotel next door for free, which was great. The grounds are extremely well maintained, there are lovely gardens and lawns as you walk around the resort. Food was fantastic, I was worried that the variety wouldn't be there after reading some reviews, but there was a great selection every day in the main restaurant, and with three restaurants around the complex with other cuisines. Outside the main restaurant, there was a bbq every night. Everything all-inclusive, nothing to pay for. Alcoholic drinks were great, I had the wine and beer and both were much better than some all-inclusive resorts I've been to! Cocktails were available as well on the all-inclusive tariff. No queues for the bar, and waiter service in the evening. Our waiter in the main restaurant, Mostafa, was a legend and looked after us really well!  There is a free shuttle bus to the hotel beach, where you can see marine fish really close up. Our room cleaner (Mahmoud) was fantastic, our room was always spotless and he visited every day and made us peacocks and crocodiles and many other animals out of the towels which our children loved. We had wifi in our room with absolutely no problems. Reception service was great. They sorted out everything we needed and when I lost my key and got locked out. Big shout out to Ahmed, who oversaw all of the reception service and was fantastic throughout the holiday. Overall, it was a tremendous holiday, I would recommend it 100%!

Best resort in Sharm. We had a fantastic time from beginning to end. Everything was perfect the waterpark, the pools and the evening entertainment. Grounds are immaculately clean and wide selection of food and drinks available from morning until midnight. You also get free access to the sister hotels waterpark so you will never be bored. Resort is also walking distance to Farsha Cafe and lovely greek restaurant and it's a short drive to Al Sahaba Mosque and Soho Square. Special thanks to one of the best reception manager, Ahmed Mustafa for his hospitality and kindness and taking care of everything. Thank you also to all the staff who work very hard to ensure you have the best time.

The lifeguards, led by Mr. Ali Mousa and his team, are always alert, friendly, and incredibly professional. They make families like ours feel completely safe, especially when kids are around the pools and slides. And of course, a massive thank you to the restaurant team, who have truly become part of our extended family. Under the leadership of Chef Abdullah and Mr. Gamal, the food is consistently delicious, varied, and served with a smile. Whether it's breakfast, lunch, or dinner, they never fail to impress us.
