Although initially skeptical about booking a lesser-known international brand, we were not disappointed. Personalized service began at check-in and maintained a high standard throughout our stay. Rooms: Two spacious, well-designed side sea-facing rooms with excellent views, quality linen, ample cupboard space, and effective soundproofing, lighting and great air-conditioning. Daily cleaning was thorough, and the room attendant was exceptionally attentive, even creating towel animals for the child. Food: All-inclusive food was abundant throughout the day at various locations. Main meal buffets were good but could use a bit more variety and flavor. Desserts were always mediocre. Shortage of table cutlery is an issue. Poolside and beachside light meals were decent, and the à la carte restaurants were great. Activities/Other: Superb, well-maintained gardens and clean pools with ample sunbeds. Safe, high-quality pool slides. Attentive lifeguards at beach and pools. Excellent beach with superb snorkeling and impressive corals. Other Services: Some sales personnel from the beauty salon, spa, and dive center were a bit too repetitive on sales at pools and beach areas, although their service quality was excellent, but pricey. Resort had helpful ATM's and convenient stores. Concierge was excellent, and the hotel-organized 3rd party trip to the Ras Mohammed reserve was fantastic for diving and snorkelling. Overall, everything at this hotel just works, and the staff and management take immense pleasure in serving guests. All requests were promptly addressed, contributing to a culture of excellence.

We had a great holiday here, the food was amazing, great service, the staff was very welcoming and helpful,the entertainment team was decent, special thanks to Ahmed Ali from the italian resturant, the bread lady at the buffet and the lifeguard Amir

Lack of clarity regarding parties from the reception department. There was a lack of professionalism from the reception in this matter.

I’ve never written a review of any kind and I travel all over the world. For this, it had to be done-what a place and what amazing staff. It’s was them that made it outstanding. Gamal led the guest services and was on WhatsApp before I got there, but literally the full team were fantastic. Kareem and Ali in the beach restaurant, Ehab in the pool bar and many others. The gardens were stunning and the food and drink first class. Can’t recommend enough.

Rooms were spacious and kept immaculately clean. The hotel beach was lovely as was the adult only pool area and the gardens were beautifully maintained. Top Tip: To book the a la carte restaurants, bookings are released at 00:15am each night for the next 2 days. The Thai and the cote D’Azur restaurants were the best.

Generally the service was good but sometimes there were inconsistencies especially with the making of alcoholic drinks. The room keys constantly stopped working so make sure you keep them away from your phone. The pay for Seafood restaurant is very underutilised- this should be swapped with the Italian restaurant.

It was absolutely beautiful and the food was the best I had at a resort. The spa service was great Marwa is excellent at her skill. The all inclusive deal was a great price and discount you get for booking through booking.com seals the deal.

Not much I didn't care for but I have a few suggestions. It would be nice if the spa area didn't allow male workers where women are getting spa treatments. Some women are Muslim and don't like being unclothed with strange men in hallways. Also if you could make washclothes available upon request or have them in the room it would be lovely.

The level of hospitality offered by all staff at the hotel was exceptional. We were greeted every time in a warm manner and found the level of fulfillment to be of high standard. We thoroughly enjoyed our time at the resort and would hope to do the visit again soon.

Some thing were not included in our 'all inclusive' holiday at the resort which we found to be unacceptable. For example the Spa excluded most things and left us wondering whether the Spa should be branded as an element of the hotel. Also the beach huts were excluded which we found unacceptable. Why pay a high price only to find minimum options to be included???

The food servers went out of their way to accommodate dietary requirements (vegan, vegetarian). They really tried to help us find things we could eat including the Food and Beverage manager (thank you Mustafa) and the restaurant managers. All the staff were friendly and helpful and went above and beyond to assist with any question, need or activity. Pier for swimming in the ocean was helpful and the lifeguards were friendly and helped make it safe. The sand is nice but it isn't a beach where you can walk straight into the ocean because of the coral. Coral shoes are needed but can be purchased right outside the hotel with some haggling (don't be afraid to haggle hard, it is expected). The coral means excellent snorkeling from the pier and there is a small ocean paddling area for kids. Useful to know that there is a fair walk (10min?) from the restaurants and some rooms down to the beach. It's nice and some exercise but obviously uphill on the way back. There is a regular shuttle buggy up and down that you can use if you want or need to! Pools are ample, not crowded (although this was off season). The resort is well run, clean and pleasant.

Not every restaurant opens every night so they get booked a week in advance. It can be a bit disappointing. But the main buffet is always good/ample. The entertainment is.....an experience! The reviews that warned that it isn't great were good preparation!! But we still had a good laugh, just lower your expectations and then it will be funny rather than disappointing. Bathrooms could be a little cleaner (hair on the floor, bit dusty) but were fine. Be warned that all inclusive is for local spirits, wine and beer only. This is fine for beer but the wine wasn't great. Again, not a deal breaker, I think it just helps to know these things beforehand.

From start to finish it was an excellent experience. We got the warmest of welcomes from the manager, Gamal and seriously, nothing was too much trouble. He helped us with all our restaurant bookings and made sure our stay matched our expectations. Food, hotel rooms, facilities, snorkeling were all better than anticipated. Id go as far to say its one of the best hotels I've stay in for service and attitude. Always a warm welcome wherever we went and very professional. We stayed in August and obviously expected a lot of children. The hotel looks after them brilliant but also provides so many places for tranquility for those holidaying without. A perfect balance.

From the beginning the whole experience has been absolutely amazing, beautiful and we made some life long memories. I want to start off by giving my thanks and gratitude to Mr Gamal who is the front reception manager who went above and beyond for my family and for my little one. My daughter can only have hot milk and when I required this I was told there would be a charge for this $4 dollars per glass of milk to which I was not happy because it’s an all inclusive and milk should be free like drinks. Mr Gamal immediately resolved this and made the entire staff know that we should get milk anytime and for free. He was very caring, friendly and goes out of his way to help. The food staffs are all absolutely amazing and wonderful and they all went above and beyond to help me and my family. Special thanks to Mr Mo Salah, Mahmoud, Hazem and all the other staff. I had the best experience ever. Everything from the food to the buffet and everything was very good and spot on. The only thing I would say is the flooring was very slippery and hard and for little children it’s not very good but that’s the only thing I would say needs improvement. The WiFi is very good but because it’s a really big resort sometimes you have to re connect it a few times. Overall personally for me and my family 10/10. People from all over the world from all countries come here and was here and the entire atmosphere was outstanding. Thank you team Sunrise.
