The room was well setup and akin to an upmarket hotel The breakfast and was surprisingly good and good value for money. Also, the location was great with lots of eateries and entertainment within walking distance. Especially I like to comment on the great customer service. The reception customer service was excellent. They helped a lot to make our stay pleasant and comfortable. Service with a smite, Thank you.

Nothing I can think of. May be would have preferred a room service for the breakfast too. Room service starts only from 12 noon.

Our guests from Canada (brought to Australia to conduct a few events) stayed in this hotel with us in their separate rooms. This is their ratings. The room, facilities, location was good. Breakfast was ok.

The mattress was very uncomfortable. Too soft and kept waking up hourly due to discomfort. Breakfast was expensive for the buffet that was provided. We tried once and decided to have breakfast at the nearby coffee shop the other days.

Wonderful Friendly staff, clean and comfortable. Parking with ease, delicious breakfast (not many GF OPTIONS- otherwise fabulous!)

The only thing was the kettle in our room, we made a mixture of hot drinks on arrival from a big day of being bedside with my husband in hospital. And it was the water or something in the kettle that made the drinks taste horrible. I spent the next 40min vomiting! And the night feeling quite unwell. Everyone else enjoyed the fantastic yummy room service, and delicious food.

Hygienic and spacious space to stay, with many amenities. Staff were lovely and welcoming. Great location close to large shopping centre and many delicious local eateries. Very convenient and spacious pick up area outside for drop off/pick ups.

During the late hours, there were minimal staff on during this fully booked / concert time, therefore service was compromised and requests not fulfilled in a timely manner. Please ensure adequate staff are available at reception in order to cater for the large requests. Thank you

Our stay was truly exceptional. The level of customer service and meticulous attention to detail exceeded our expectations. We chose this hotel to celebrate our daughter's birthday, a slumber party with some friends. The dedicated staff left balloons, chocolates, and a thoughtful card in her honor upon our arrival. Every encounter with the staff was marked by warmth and courtesy. The room we stayed in was immaculate, providing a comfortable and enjoyable experience. The room service exceeded our culinary expectations, and the buffet breakfast was equally delightful. The children had a wonderful time in the pool, and its shallow depth made it worry-free for our daughter and her friends, ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience. Lovely big hotel very close to the station in Glen Waverley. Beds were very comfortable and the bar area downstairs a comfortable place to hang out. The barman made some of the best coffee we've ever had in Melbourne.

Despite being so close to the station, people arriving on foot aren't really catered to when entering and exiting the hotel. You have to be quite careful of the cars coming and going as you arrive and leave.

the service from staff (with a smile) and location was great (5 mins walk to The Glen shopping mall) . the cleaner changed and tidy our room during our stay and they gave a small welcome activity kit to my 4 yo son which he enjoys. the room was a little smaller but enough for 3 of us as a family

they don't have water and bathroom slippers (same as other hotels).

During our stay, the Novotel Melbourne Glen Waverley staff were all very friend and accommodating. The accommodations were spotless and quite cosy. We really love the convenient locations close to restaurants and cinemas. We also enjoyed the delectable breakfast that was served every morning.

We really enjoyed our recent one night stay at Novotel Glen Waverley, the room was modern and the beds were comfortable. We had a quiet room on Level 2. The pool facilities were clean and the water was warm. We really enjoyed the buffet breakfast which was high quality and plentiful. We also appreciated the complimentary water bottles and late checkout. Staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel was in the same building as some restaurants, Village Cinemas and Strike Bowling, with numerous restaurants also in the street outside, and The Glen Shopping Centre within 10 minutes walk.

Complimentary parking would have been appreciated instead of the $25 fee.

Location, location, and location.. The staff and the room service were excellent. The train station was just a short walk away. Hence, the city was just below 40 mins away. We were surrounded by a variety of restaurants. The shopping mall was less than a 10 minute walk too..

There was only one dryer and a washer for the entire hotel. If they could install another set, it would have been great. Another thing is that the detergent packet is too small. If you could double the size or increase it by 50%, things would be perfect.
