Location is great and it is an excellent hotel to stopover on a drive to or from southern Europe or the Alps. The restaurant is good. We also enjoyed the rooftop bar where there was a lemon party. It is a bit of a party hotel but it certainly has atmosphere. The staff are generally very friendly. The parking options are excellent as you can park either outside the front door or in the secure and clean underground garage.

We have stayed a number of times now, and we feel the pricing is going up and it is perhaps getting less attractive for what it is worth.

The staff at times were distracted and failed to acknowledge that we were waiting. great service when you managed to get their attention but otherwise a bit frustrating, especially given the hotel is not the cheapest

- The room was spacious and extremely well designed - both from aesthetic and functional points of views (e.g. enough places to hang towels). - Room service is amazing - you can order all of the dishes of the Asian fusion restaurant downstairs. - The Spa is great - we enjoyed both the (hot) sauna and the steam bath. You also get really comfy bathrobes in the room. - The AC is very silent and works very well to keep the room at a temperature. - The breakfast has many choices and is very tasty. - The Wifi is fast enough for movie streaming, despite the hotel having many guests at the same time! In so many hotels this is unfortunately still not the standard - so we positively noticed this here.

These are super minor nitpicks: - The TV is a typical smart TV that has lots of glitches and gets stuck from time to time. - We were on the first floor and heard the bass of the techno music below (they seem to have a DJ on weekends?). It was silent enough that we didn't care though.

Everything is good except parking.

The parking lot is a little bit difficult to find as it is located at the entry of the parking lot located at the street on the left of the hotel. It may take a while if it is your first visit. The spaces are sufficient though, and there are guiding signs too.

Where to start, everything is 5* plus. The staff are so friendly nothing is too much for them. The spa is exquisite, I skipped the local spa’s and chose to use Roomers instead. The views are absolutely amazing. So easy to get to. I flew to Frankfurt and took a train to Baden Baden and the bus stops a 1 min walk away. After this I did not need any public transport till my return trip, which sadly came too early. The spa is German, but you can wear your swimwear / towel. Nothing better than heating up in a sauna and stepping into the clean fresh air of the Black Forest to cool down. The pool on the top deck is easily accessible from the spa and again the staff are so friendly. All the guests were very pleasant and friendly. Thank you for a providing me a wonderful stay

There is nothing to dislike about this property.

We really liked the hotel: we had just arrived at the hotel when they offered to park our car in the parking lot, the check-in was very fast and pleasant: we were offered drinks and the room was upgraded. The room was very comfortable, there is everything you need for a comfortable stay. A special delight from the breakfasts - everything is very fresh, the menu for every taste. Special thanks to the very friendly waitress Anna for her professionalism. The hotel left a very pleasant impression!

The hotel design is fabulous. Modern materials, with a nice spa, rooftop pool and Bar and a Porsche destination charger. The hotel itself is a 10/10. They even had complementary Belvedere Vodka on Ice in the shower at the Spa!!

The staff were excellent and friendly but didn’t brief us on arrival of the facilities available at the hotel! Not even how to open the hotel room door as it has a weird design. Nothing about the spa, the restaurant, the car charging facilities. We had to keep asking and I am sure we missed a lot. It’s a shame to run such a great facility and not to advise guests how to use it! The bed mattress was also not as comfortable as it should have been but that is me being very picky! The hotel is about 20 minute walk from the centre of town. Not a big issue for us.

The staff was very kind, attentive, friendly and helpful at all times which was really appreciated. The hotel layout and interior design is very interesting and fresh. The room was spacious and comfortable for a couple. The spa and swimming pool were very good but really crowded at certain moments.

The prices sometimes are not justified for example: parking at the hotel is 36 EUR per day while right at the corner you can find a parking for 15 EUR; breakfast is 42 EUR per person; an Aperol Spritz at the rooftop bar is 17 EUR; a total fee of 50 EUR is charged for the dog but no amenities are provided (water/food bowls, blanket). We understand that Roomers' brand is built over luxury and exclusive aspects, but perhaps it would be helpful to review the pricing policy to reflect the real differentiators that are provided to justify the prices.

Everything was perfect, the location is amazing, the breakfast is fantastic, the staff are friendly and helpful, the interior design is absolutely mesmerizing, the atmosphere and vibes of the hotel is really creative. I loved every detail in there.

Great location, fun-modern design, well equipped hotel, great restaurant, nice spa and fitness area, mostly helpful staff... While we were there, the shuttle/van was broken and we had to scramble to get a ride to the train station - limited taxis at 7:00 am. The gentleman on duty focused on helping us and finally found a taxi - appreciate his efforts.

The ONLY complaint we had was with the staff member who checked us in. She was not helpful at all and treated us as if we were an inconvenience. We simply inquired about restaurants, shopping, basic activities - her response was crisp, short and negative. I think she may need a vacation herself! We got our assistance from the guys at the front door :)
