I was initially skeptical as a solo female traveler and had some bad experiences with motels in the past. But this stay turned out to be excellent. I was really happy with the place. The staff were very friendly, and the bed was super comfortable. I stayed in Room 2, which is located near the coffee machine and reception, and right next to the street. I had read several negative comments about the noise, so I was a bit concerned. Maybe I just got lucky, but I turned on the fan in the room, and the white noise was just loud enough(in a good way) to help me fall asleep. I didn't hear any outside noise at all. While I could hear people talking on the bench in front of the motel when I was out on the walkway, once I was inside my room with the fan on, it was perfectly quiet. Everything was clean, and I never had to wait for the bathroom or toilet, not even once. Overall, I was very satisfied with my stay. The price is very reasonable for the location and what you get.

This is a nice, family run place with good facilities and very friendly, helpful staff. The room was spacious and stylish and the bed was really comfy. There is a kitchen area where you can cook food and a complimentary tea and coffee area in the lobby. The motel is in Neukolln, one of my favourite, most multicultural and interesting parts of Berlin. It's a 5 minute walk from the U-bahn and S-bahn and near great restaurants, coffee shops, art spaces and parks. I would definitely stay there again and would recommend to others.

I had no complaints

The location was fine. Also the motel has some tables and chairs outside (at the main entrance) to relax. There was free coffee and tea for self-service. There was a kitchen in the common area, we could also leave some food and drinks in the fridge. The host was very friendly and helpful. Our room had a double bed, TV, air conditioning, a sofa and a table with two chairs.

The only thing I personally don't like are the showers without doors, but the bathroom was fine, it's just a small personal thing.

The motel is located near the S and U-bahn, supermarket, restaurants which was very convenient. The staff was very friendly. There is a common kitchen and fridge you can use. Free coffee and tea in the common area. The shared shower and bathroom was clean. The room waa clean and there was a good fan, no airco. I could leave my luggage after checkout.

The doors of 2 shared toilet couldn’t close properly, but there are bathrooms with toilets wijzig were fine. My room was located at the main street , so there were street noises, which didn’t bother me though.

Room was clean and cozy, although we were able to hear how other guests do their "business" in another room (I am not saying it's bad 😏). The shower rooms were clean and almost never occupied, same goes for toilets - clean and free of people.

The hotel is very close to the metro station, but the district is rather criminal: one day we saw a guy hijacking a car and another day a guy proposed us illegal substances. I would rather skip this place if going with little kids.

The value for money was fabulous. Hassan was so welcoming, made sure we always had everything we needed and had the best stay. We had awesome local food suggestions from the staff which made our trip so great. It was actually the comfiest bed I have ever slept in, idk where they bought the beds and bedding but I need to invest in that!! Everything is clean, modern, great free tea selection and coffee. Also it is a 2 minute walk to the subway so super quick and easy to get anywhere in the city. The wifi was perfect and the free parking was also great!

Nothing, this was really one of the best stays I have had! No matter if this is the top or bottom of your price range I would suggest staying here!

The room was exactly what we were looking for, twin beds with a private shower, tv and air-con unit. We were out sightseeing every day so we didn't need or expect any luxuries. Hassan and Melissa looked after us very well during our stay . 24hr free tea and coffee at reception. There is a nice seated area to the front of the property. Neukolln S-bahn and U-bahn stations are both within a 5 minute walk

The staff were excellent, anything we needed they were willing to help. Another bonus was they have a communal kitchen where we were able to make some home cooked meals or microwave meals, and a fridge. Everything was really clean and comfortable.

The room was quite small and not much space to walk around if you have large suitcases on the floor. The heater made a weird noise in the middle of the night that woke us up.

The bedroom was very clean and felt rather luxurious for the low price. It was high ceilings and they offered clean towels. The reception was very nice and gave us advice on tourist attractions and clubbing.

The shower switched between piping burning hot to freezing so it was a bit difficult to use and the shared sinks felt kinda nasty.

Subway, city train, bus stop, shops and restaurants are all nearby. The room was small, but ok for short stay when you leave for sightseeing early and return late just to sleep. The hostel has all kitchen facilities and free coffee and tea. The area is quiet and safe enough. There are free parking options around.
