Villa is very good. COMPLEMENTARY COFFEE HAPPY WITH BIKE STORAGE. this would allow me to use this hotel for a group but storing 14 bike boxes may be too many for the storage area available. We only had 2 boxes for this trip

ONE STAFF MEMBER WAS RUDE. Our keys NEEDED TO BE REPROGRAMMED. AFTER SAYING IT WOULD TAKE 5 MINS I WAS STILL WAITING AFTER 15MINS AND THERE APPEARED TO BE SOME ISSUE that was not communicated. I was not satisfied with this response and on calling him out he promptly reprogrammed the keys.

The beds are very comfortable. The hotel is in a great location. Staff were pleasant.

I was asked for a €300+ on deposit checking in. On checkout, I asked for the refund of my deposit but they acted like they had no clue about a deposit and receptionist had to get someone else who also acted like they have no idea about the deposit. After a few minutes of argument, he remembered and he put the details in the card reader and refunded the deposit while saying "oh it is done automatically" Question: why did they forget about it and why did he have to put in the details into the card reader if it's automatically.

Hotel was very nice. Location was great. Walking distance to cafes or grocery stores. Took the S9 train line directly from the airport to the hotel, then it was a 4 min walk to the hotel.

The only thing we didn't like was that they joined two single beds to make a double bed.

I was extremely pleased with my stay at this hotel. The main highlight is the fantastic location. You can walk to all the major attractions, and there are plenty of cafes, restaurants, and shops nearby. It's incredibly convenient for exploring the city. The room made a great impression - spacious and incredibly clean. I especially want to mention the bathroom - it was absolutely spotless, and the number of mirrors was amazing! The beds deserve special praise - I slept like a baby. The mattresses were the perfect firmness, and the bedding was high quality. The staff was polite and helpful.

Only downside was a slight musty smell in the room, probably from the vintage furniture. But it wasn't a big deal - just opened the window and it cleared up quickly.

The hotel is very beautifully warmly designed both the lobby and the rooms. Friendly staff. Big and comfortable rooms with big windows but very quiet. Coffee machine in the room. Very good breakfast with a lot of choices , chef making making all kind of omelets just for you, champagne etc. Hotel located in a beautiful quite area on the river a few restaurants in a short distance . A public transport in 5 minutes walk.

There is no fridge or minibar in the room. Sometimes you wish the public transport would be closer. There is a air condition in the room but we couldn't change the temperature.

My husband and I had a wonderful time, both at the hotel and the villa. Everything is located in a charming, cozy, and picturesque area, not far from the city center. The metro is right nearby. It was also nice to take a walk to some of the nearby attractions. At the opposite end of the hotel building, there’s a great little store where we often shopped. The breakfasts at the hotel were very filling and delicious, especially by European standards. The rooms are comfortable and matched our expectations perfectly. Special thanks to the hotel reception staff for their tact and assistance in resolving issues, especially the team working during the day shift on March 31st. Unfortunately, we don’t know their names, but the young woman on duty did everything possible—and even the impossible—for us that day. We are incredibly grateful to her!

The hotel was just outside of Berlin, in Bellevue looking out onto the river Spree, easy transfer from the airport to Bellevue train station which took approximately 40 mins. The hotel was very clean, environmentally friendly,great selection of food for breakfast and the staff were very polite and friendly. The area around the hotel plenty of eating establishments around the hotel.The Paulaner bar / restaurant which is 1 min walk from the hotel did fantastic traditional food, would highly recommend a visit here. We stayed 4 nights in February at this hotel highly recommend if you want to be outside of Berlin.

Nothing to dislike.

It's a nice Hotel. I can highlight the cleanliness, the kind and helpful staff, and the view. The lobby design was remarkable. It's in a good location, even by public transportation. The stops are not close, but everything is within walking distance for people of average fitness. You can find a nice grocery shop next to the hotel.

However, the rooms are simpler than the exceptionally designed lobby. The furniture (table) is next to the windows. For this beautiful river view, a high sofa or window seat with cushions would be a better choice to enjoy the view. Unfortunately, my mattress was very uncomfortable. I assume the springs were broken.

Really good central location in a quiet area. Plenty of restaurants around, supermarket next to it, good playgrounds for children and walking distance to the park, 30 min walking to Brandenburg gate and Parliament. Good parking facilities underground. Tasty breakfast with option to eat outside. Nice view from the room if you get lucky. Clean rooms and nice staff.

Rooms fairly old although clean. No fridge in the room. The king size bed is two mattresses next to each other which makes a hole in the middle. A bit pricy compared to what it offers in the room.

We were expecting a two-floor room but received two connected rooms instead. We were initially a bit disappointed; however, after a while, we really appreciated this arrangement as we had much more space, two bathrooms, etc. There was a coffee machine in each room with coffee beans, and also glasses of drinking water, which was really unexpected and heart-warming. The breakfast was one of the best we have ever had in our lives - a really excellent variety of dishes, and everything was tasty. The location of the hotel was also great. Unfortunately, our visit was in late October, so the weather was not sunny enough for walks along the riverbank. The train station (S-Bahn) was about a 5-minute walk from the hotel.
