Modern, small enough to navigate quickly around with a nice bar and restaurant, staff are friendly, My room had a great large window with an open view towards the south, minibar (I didn’t use it but sometimes are handy), comfortable bed and Iron/Ironing board in the room. Bathroom was perfect for me (large walk in shower), nice architectural touches!

No gym, pool, sauna or hot tub (I believe its pending). Bedding could be better, i.e. 2x duvet folded and placed onto bed for the guest to place properly and towel left at the bottom of the bed, Towels should really be in the bathroom, (twice I went for a shower and there was no towels in the bathroom, I had to walk back out into a room where there is a HUGE glass window for you to be on show to the world, I was also sharing the room with a family member so it was a bit awkward.

We had a lovely stay at this hotel. The room was clean, modern, and very comfortable with added convenience of having a kitchenette. The bed was very comfortable too, with a great shower, it was quiet at night even though we were in the centre on a road junction which was convenient for travel. The staff were friendly and helpful, always ready to answer questions. We also appreciated the easy check-in process and how close the hotel was to the U7 taking you into the centre of Berlin and the S45 easy direct line to the airport. Overall, it was a hassle-free experience. Highly recommend the breakfast here, a huge choice of delicious food from freshly made omelettes to, well everything and more breakfast choices beautifully displayed, with the most wonderful friendly staff.

Absolutely amazing Clean hotel, clean rooms and very friendly staff. Our room was cleaned everyday upon our request. Beds and pillows are very comfortable. Kitchenette part was very a very nice addition to the room. Nice view overlooking berlin. Location is very good in the lively Nukolln, the U bahn is just across the street. Walls were soundproof except for the regular sirens of ambulances, which is normal in Germany. We went for a staycation and celebrating my husband's birthday and Bellman hotel made our trip perfect.

We booked a room for our wedding morning. Firstly, we got a room on the ground floor and it had issues with the water - during taking a shower, the water just was everywhere in the bathroom and got under the door into the room and the whole carpet was wet. But the hotel’s personal gladly helped us and gave much better room in the morning. And it was a wonderful place - huge windows, clean, nice bathrooms, small kitchen. We were so happy and grateful for this change

There were initial issues with water on the ground floor but the issue was solved by changing the room

I traveled from Canada to Berlin for a concert by my favorite band and for work. My friend and I encountered a language barrier and had trouble getting our tickets because the Deutsche Post delayed my letter. And oh my God, I’m so grateful to Andrea and Maria for their quick assistance! Andrea reached out to everyone who could help and saved our concert plans — especially important since my friend had also traveled from another country for this. We received the E-tickets two hours before the concert. Thank you for your help, you are wonderful, girls! ❤️ They even allowed me to check into my room a little early, which was a lifesaver because I was exhausted — thank you! We had a fantastic stay at this hotel; everything was new and spotless. I even managed to hold a business meeting with my partners in the restaurant. Additionally, I was able to check out an hour later, which was incredibly convenient since my work meeting ran over. Friendly recommendation: Add some light in the bathroom for better makeup application ☺️

I loved the room and the decor of the hotel. I also thought the staff were very helpful & engaging, especially in the restaurant where a wonderful lady served me most nights. The restaurant food itself was exquisite, which was a big part of my experience, so compliments to the chef!

There was nothing I didn't like about the hotel. The experience would have been even better with a swimming pool or jacuzzi, but that's all.

It is newly furnished and smells fresh. All the equipments are kind of brand new. The bed is not in the "traditional" German style which splits couples rather it's a prober king size.

The only BIG problem is that we were hacked after booking the hotel and getting scam messages via WhatsApp and booking asking us to reconfirm via link or pay to reserve. Called the hotel and they said that it was an issue with Booking and we don't have to do anything. I couldn't have called booking for this suspicious "event" but I don't have the time.

A brand new hotel with simply gorgeous rooms. Super cleanliness and beautiful design. Convenient location, 3 minutes from the autobahn exit, 3 minutes from the metro station. Great panoramic windows and fantastic furniture

Minus: We were accommodated for a long time, we had to wait in the lobby for more than an hour and a half, and no one even offered us free coffee!!!! There are no bathrobes in the room, there are no towel racks in the bathroom, and there is no dryer for wet towels

Great, polite and accommodating staff, 10/10 to them. Breakfast was good, not a lot of variety though. Good lighting, nice windows with blinds and curtains that were easy to use.

Towels were super cheap, thin and itchy material. No shower curtain or glass going all the way to the wall so you couldn’t really use the overhead rain shower without wetting the whole room. No space to put your hygiene items or make-up things. Bed could’ve been better. Location was good with public transport but the neighbourhood isn’t exactly nice to walk around. No soundproofing in the rooms.

The staff were awesome, with the best attitude, helpful, friendly. The hotel is very new and decorated in modern style, everything was very clean. Subway (u-bahn) station across the street.

The location in Neukolln is a bit alternative, should have done more research before booking. Hotel is on an avenue and room was noisy even late at night. But overall a very good experience and excellent staff (all of them).
