We liked the ease of transportation around the hotel, the staff, and the comfort of the beds.

The experience could have been better if the rooms had more effective blinds and/or curtains to keep out the light in the morning. It's too much light, especially in summer when the sun rises so early.

Reasonable location (outside of the green low emission zone). Simple and outdated but clean. Very reasonable value for the rate paid. Staff very friendly and helpful. Cca 40min by public transport to the city center. Happy to come back.

We got two rooms for our family. One with new carpet the other one with old and stained one. I would recommend the hotel mgt to forbid hotel guests to smoke in front of the hotel entrance as the smoke gets into rooms above(on hot days when you need to keep windows open due to no A/C). Hotel parking is free but limited, so those arriving later might need to look for street parking.

Good decent hotel, a bit far away from the main city streets, close to an industrial estate on one side and large apartment blocks on the other, and relatively calm area, 15 min walk from local train station, and 10 min to local tram stop. A few supermarkets at walkable distance. The staff were very friendly, helpful and polite. The room was huge, with exceptionally clean bathroom, and comfortable beds. The large windows gave a great view of the area. The ground floor restaurant serves freshly cooked great tasting pizzas, and is open till 10pm.

The only sour point, was that the carpets in my room were terribly unclean and full of dirt marks and they can improve the value of the hotel simply by replacing these carpets with fresh ones.

I liked that the room was clean and spacious. The staff were really friendly, I could ask them questions about anything, anytime. They were aware of the closest shopping facilities and they could help me buy a ticket on the BVG app for public transport. The room was well equipped, too. The desk was very big, so it was very comfortable to use. There are two discount shops and a supermarket within walking distance, and the nearest Kaufland can be reached in about fifteen minutes, too.

The underground station was a little far from the hotel, but you could reach the Frankfurter Allee station easily enough by tram. I found the automatic lights in the bathroom to be a little inconvenient as they tend to switch off during showering.

The location is good, we used public transport all available, some closed other about 10min walking distance, nice to have a Small supermarket just opposite. Comfortable bed, clean towels standard size, good bed room size , we have fronts view, good size tv, one channel in English you can stream your Netflix channel. They have bar and restaurant but we didn’t used . Staff typically not much interaction with them, normally greetings that is fine.

Kettle are not in the room, I didn’t know, because they didn’t tell you, I found out when I went to buy a tea and I saw a German guest to ask for one, I f you want one you paid a refundable deposit in cash only €10. Housekeeping seems different too, they seemed like they go in the room if you don’t put a sign to not disturb. Perhaps they don’t have a list from reception about who check out, who will leave later or who’s staying to go in only if a sign to clean the room. Otherwise everything will be perfect.

The location of the hotel is very ideal; near to the bus stop - Bus 240. You can easily move around by using the bus. Also, the tram station is in the vicinity. On the grocery side, there are various stores. Netty Discount stores is across the road. There are very good options in the breakfast, one really enjoys the breakfast and the breakfast staff is very cooperative. Heating system works pretty well. Overall it is a good hotel to stay.

The rooms were very comfortable and clean. The staff were welcoming and helpful. There was a great breakfast provided. We had a lovely stay there.

There were no tea/coffee making facilities in the room. Even though it was possible to borrow a kettle from reception, it would have been great to have this, as this is provided in most hotels. The room was also quite hot and when the windows were open there was a lot of street noise. The location was a little far from the centre.

Cool retro Soviet style hotel. Very plain. Good beds. Good plumbing. Solid construction, so quiet. We had a street facing sixth floor room, so we could hear the ambulances at night, but got used to that quickly. Clean.

Breakfast was acceptable, but could have more daily variety, as we were there two weeks. I would hesitate before a visit in July. No AC. A kettle in the room to make tea would be nice.

Good cost-benefit, the hotel has some useful facilities and the staff is very friendly. It also has a bar which, although we didn't had the chance to try, offered an interesting and cheap menu. Room service was also good.

The location is a bit too far from most of the city's tourist attractions, which needs some additional planning and also adds to the trip costs. Our room was comfortable and looked clean but had an odd smell. The walls are also quite thin so you can hear everything happening in the corridors and even in the neighboring rooms.

Location was ideal for us. Aldi and food places near by. Metro is closed by.

It is very dated but we new this. Rooms are budget style but comfortable and it was ideal for what we needed. It was hot so a fan is a must in the rooms but you can get them from reception if you leave a deposit so that's not an issue really. Staff were great too
