The staff was nice to us, the breakfast was really good with the "all you can eat buffet" and the room is fairly satisfactory. The bed and bathroom were decent. The hallway had a lot of tables and chairs so that we could hangout which is great. The bus and U-Bahn stations are really close, so if you want to go somewhere and look around, it is easy.

I wish they had a fridge in the room. That would help us with the food from the supermarket instead of ordering in and going to fast foods. The neighborhood was really dirty, but that is not something we can blame the hotel for. Once you come in, it's a different world.

The room was nice and clean, though the ventilation was quite poor so even with keeping the windows open as much as we could it was slightly uncomfortably warm in the afternoon and evening. They also had a free to use hairdryer, which was kind of a lifesaver as I wasnt able to bring my own due to minimum fare flight tickets.

The staff is super friendly and very helpful for any problem you might have. Cleaning standards are high and you can see the care for the common spaces too. Beds and rooms are very comfortable and the area is very quiet - so you'll have very refreshing sleep times.

Cleaniness and recently renovated, light and modern bathroom. Windows and lights, minimalist interior. Sweet and attentive staff.

Street outside the hotel was poorly lit, not the most peaceful neighbourhood, a bit far from S-bahn. Nothing to do outside the hotel (few cafes, shops).

The size of the room was good, and the bed was comfortable. The shower was also a good size, water was also nice and hot.

There was air conditioning in the room in the room, so had to keep the windows open at night.

Good location: close to U-Bahn and S-Bahn stations. Room was clean and well equipped. Breakfast was very good (for an extra fee). There is an opportunity to park a car nearby. Personnel is friendly and helpful.

The room was quite small (10 sq. m.). Ventilation system in the shower is quite loud.

Our room faced a beautiful old graveyard and was extremely quiet and peaceful. See photos for view from room. The room was very bright and airy.

The sockets were very slow to charge our phones. As we needed phones to pay for things/buy tickets etc this was a worry.

Peaceful, quiet, green location. Spacious, comfortable rooms.

No AC, which made the rooms quite hot in spite of the provided fan. The breakfast is incredibly expensive for what's on offer.

Lovely clean bright room, nice lighting and mirror. Good shower. Really nice staff.

No kettle… but the staff let us make tea for free (we had our own tea bags). We chose this location as it was between two clubs we were visiting, but even though it’s not directly near bars/restaurants as such, it doesn’t take long to travel on trains.

The room was clear and spacious, the staff was kind and helpful. The parking facility was good and close to the hotel although a bit expensive.

Although the speed of wifi was excellent the access process was unnecessarily complicated and had to be repeated each time trying 4-5 times until it succeeded.
