You cannot beat this hotel on location, especially for the price. It is a two minute walk from the overground station that takes you to central Berlin within 10 minutes, and it is surrounded by so many great restaurants and shops and bars. Walking distance from the Zoo and the Tiergarten too. The room was very comfortable, and the breakfast superb. Really have no complaints at all.

Nothing really. The absolutely only thing is that there is a bar/cafe downstairs which is sort of in/out of the hotel, and it would be nice if it was open longer, so one could have a drink in the evening without wandering out.

The location is excellent. In the western center of Berlin, near Zoo Station. Located in the shopping, recreation, and cultural district of Kurfürstendamm. The staff were in generally very friendly and attentive. The price for the room was very good considering the location and standard of the hotel. Our room had a coffee machine and bottled water. The breakfast room was large with a good selection of food and drinks. At the reception, there is a basket of fruit and snacks that you can take away for free. Furthermore the hotel has a small cafe .Free water is also available in the lobby. The Hotel has a storage room for luggage.

The only downside is the loud ventilation in the bathroom. The courtyard terrace could be made a bit more inviting.

Of the 3 days that we were booked for, I spent 2 days in the room being sick. And trust me I would have chosen to be nowhere else. 5 star location. Spacious room. Balcony. Lots of storage space. Spacious washroom. Bath tub. Coffee machine and refrigerator. All power sockets and lamps and fixtures working. Well maintained and clean. What else can one need? Oh yes also extremely friendly staffs. They genuinely look happy to work and help. I will honestly never stay anywhere else whenever we return to Berlin. And we do return very frequently. Thank you to the entire team who run the day to day operations in the hotel for giving this tiny sick woman the most comfortable stay I could have ever dreamed.

Nothing not to love!

The room was spacious, had a coffee maker, bottled water. It was generally nice, clean and quiet (apart from hearing footsteps from upstairs). The staff, both at reception and at breakfast, were extremely nice and helpful with a happy attitude. Excellent location.

The hotel is rather dated but it’s clean and neat so not really a negative. The breakfast was exactly the same every day for a week, would have been nice to see some variety. The bed was a little old and used.. but wasn’t too uncomfortable.

Arriving an hour before check-in time, we were given complimentary early check-in to our room, which was also upgraded to a superior room. The room was spacious and clean, and the beds were comfortable. The hotel is located a short walk from the train station (12 minutes) and is in the heart of many of the sights on Kurfürstendamm. The breakfast was very good with a variety of options. I wouldn't describe it as a luxury hotel, but overall, I found it very good, especially considering the reasonable room rate.

A kettle and some tea bags might have been nicer. The coffee machine was great, though. The TV could have included YouTube or Netflix apps.

The location of this hotel is great. You can get a bus to Alexandarplatz or Mall of Berlin opposite the hotel, and there are uban options as well. You are located on a great shopping streat, with the most popular brands. The Zoo is 15 min away. The staff is great and very helpful. The room was spacious and clean. Hotel in general was very quiet and we rested well. There are spa options as well for 5 euros per person. Breakfast is ok. I don't like that same breakfast options are served every day, but still you can have a good breakfast.

Came to Berlin for Lollapalooza (Hobipalooza 💜) and this hotel was everything I needed! Located in a lovely area of Kudamm, surrounded by great restaurants and coffee spots, including the legendary The Barn. My cosy room faced the courtyard, so it was super quiet and comfortable. Easy access to the S-Bahn made getting to and from Olympiastadion for the festival super quick and nice! Loved the location and the cosiness of the hotel, and would definitely stay again! Thanks! :)

The staff was very friendly and kind. Their hospitality makes you feel at home. The room was clean and comfy. Despite our room was at the street side, we still enjoyed the silence and slept very well as the windows were thick enough. The location is just perfect. Walking distance to the Kurfustendam central. Few steps away from metro and bus lines and very near of high-end shopping brands. The cost of hotel is cheap compared to it's standards. We would definitely stay here again next time.

Wifi stopped working and the staff nicely explained the reason about the service provider. It was down for the rest of our stay but I think the service provider didn't fix it cuz it was weekend.

The location is great - 15 mins walk from Zoologischer Garden, less than 10 mins walk from Savignyplatz (with a direct train to the airport), and 3 mins from a U-Bahn stop mean this is insanely well connected. The room was big and clean and the staff were very helpful.

I didn't have any issues - there was a slight problem with the drain in our bathroom while work was going on elsewhere in the hotel, but it was resolved very quickly by the staff.

Stayed here before and decided to come back upon returning to Berlin. Its easily accessible from the Berlin central station via either U-Bahn or S-Bahn along with a walk of around 10 - 15 mins for both. The hotel at the point of booking was pretty good value for money, certainly affordable in my opinion. It's located in quite a popular area but it's not noisy at night. It's on a main street which has various shops, cafes, supermarkets, and restaurants. The staff on both occasions have been very pleasant and accommodating - i.e. you are able to drop you bags safely if you are early to check-in which is what I did both times, which saves you having to walk around with your items after arriving.

Nothing of note. We used it as primarily just to sleep so didn't need to try any of the amenities, nor could I judge them fairly.
