The room was excellent. It was clean, spacious and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The staff checking us in were very welcoming and, apart from the ‘deep clean’ on the first day (We were there 2 nights) all was well.

I didn’t like the breakfast policy. We were unable to book breakfast the night before and had to present ourselves in the morning and check availability. The first morning, we would have had to wait 45 minutes from when we appeared before we were allowed into the restaurant! In all our travels, we have never before encountered such a policy.

Great location next to the giant Tiergarten park and a very convenient bus stop (200) close by and also less than one kilometre from an important train station. The room was very comfortable with easy to operate air conditioning. The bathroom was large with a nice-sized bathtub. The staff were also very helpful and friendly, coming from many different countries. Breakfasts were terrific and special thanks to the breakfast staff of Susanna, Herminia, and my friend from Sri Lanka whose name I have unfortunately forgotten. You and the others all made our stay really, really pleasant. Berlin is also a wonderful city.

I used to be a competitive swimmer and so a 10-metres long pool was too small for my liking.... There were some great rooftop pools in Sri Lanka 25-30 metres in length. Oh well, you can't have everything...

The property is conveniently located near the zoo, making it an excellent choice for visitors. Although our stay was brief—just two nights—the room was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and undoubtedly worth the price. The spacious and spotless bathroom was a pleasant surprise. Additionally, complimentary coffee, tea, and water were provided in the room, which added a thoughtful touch to our stay. Access to public transportation is also very convenient, with just a 15-minute walk to the Zoo train and metro station, offering an easy connection to Berlin’s city center. I would be happy to stay here again in the future

We only had breakfast one morning but it was very good. Good variety of continental and hot options. The bar services were exceptional. The barman was very well trained and able to offer a very good range of cocktails. Try a wheat beer, very refreshing! The corner room was very light and airy with good cityscape views. We used the balcony even though it was February! We were only there for a few nights so didn't have opportunity to use the pool or spa facilities. They looked very well sorted though.

The only slight issue was transport. But this wasn't a problem with the hotel. We knew where it was before we went and expected the walk from the S-Bahn to the hotel. We could have used buses but there was a strike that weekend! Again, not the hotel's fault.

We loved the hotel and the room. It was perfect. However the TV was a smart tv and didn’t allow Apple products to connect which was a bit frustrating for evenings with children. If it had YouTube or Netflix that would have been super helpful. Found it a bit strange that those services weren’t available.

As above I felt the smart tv wasn’t very smart! Also we seemed to he the only people there who didn’t have robes for the pool and we stood out and had some strange looks from fellow guests as we didn’t have appropriate attire for the swimming area. This was actually off putting and made us all feel a bit uncomfortable and ensured we were unable to use the facilities appropriately

Location, embassy quarter right next to Tiergarten - Victory Column 15 minutes in one direction, Kaiser Willhelm Memorial church and Zoo etc 15 minutes in opposite direction. Staff very pleasant and helpful

Pool a little crowded and not relaxing with young children running around which was unsafe, and divebombing into pool. Steam room worked one day, not working the next. Sauna not very hot, not enough robes /slippers - this seemed to be on a first come first served basis. Bar not always staffed as barman seemed to have several roles. Room service not available, no evening restaurant available, but may have been a seasonal thing.

Nice and clean rooms, rich breakfast. Possibility to park in the hotel garage (for a fee). Right next to the hotel there is a large park and within walking distance of the ZOO. Public transport stop a few minutes from the hotel. A small swimming pool and a sauna alternating with steam are available daily.

The gym equipment lacks a multi-function weight tower and heavier dumbbells. The price of parking at the hotel is not the lowest. The small bar in the hotel is not available daily.

100% recommend staying here. Bright, modern room and bathroom. Very nice for the price. All the staff was so friendly and helpful. The breakfast is quite large and has many healthy items. The gym is adequate and the pool/sauna/steam room are wonderful. Very relaxing. There are two proper gyms within ten minutes walking if you need more than the hotel gym. There are plenty of ebikes and scooters nearby if you want to use those for transportation, which you should! Biking through the park is fun. Definitely will stay here again when in Berlin.

This hotel is extremely well managed and the entire staff understands the true meaning of customer care. Everyone made sure guest were taken care of and went out of the way to make sure your stay was comfortable. The property was very clean, the rooms were well designed and the entire staff was friendly and helpful. The location was perfect for us and we utilized public transportation easily from the hotel. We cannot compliment the entire staff and manager enough. It is very clear that everyone has been trained to demonstrate care for the client. We will always stay in this hotel in Berlin. It is a jewel !

They made us an adorable surprise in our room since it was our honeymoon. They also gave a bottle of champagne to each room for new year eve, which was a nice attention. The swimming pool and breakfast were great, and the bed comfortable. They agreed to a later checkout (13pm instead of 12) because we needed to stay longer.

Somehow the bathrobes are only given to those who paid for more expensive rooms, which is weird since we all have access to the swimming pool. So is it just to differenciate people from each other ? The fitness room was really small and breakfast (although great) was lacking more vegan options for a city such as Berlin (a paradise for vegans usually) We arrived at 22pm and there were no tissus in our room, since we were sick and lacking some too, we asked the staff downstairs for some, and the woman said she couldn't help us.
