Located near the lake which was nice, breakfast was alright (though a bit basic compared to another hotel in the same chain I visited), breakfast staff very friendly, room was clean, hotel has a 24 hour gym with basic equipment

Room has almost no closets or shelves, only some hangers, we had to keep our suitcases on the floor. No mini bar / fridge so no way to keep anything cold. Window opening restricted (for safety but wasn't great). Not enough lights in the room, even with everything turned on.

This new hotel has dispelled largely the belief that Hilton hotels are of consistently poor quality. The hotel was well designed, with excellent staff and largely attractive, let down principally by having: poor quality furnishings; a lack of basic toiletries; and no restaurant other than for breakfast. This is at best a good three star hotel.

Requires, some real furniture, decent toiletry products and a restaurant.

I do not have any complaints whatsoever with this stay at this hotel. The staff were exceptionally helpful, breakfasts were relaxing and again exceptional. The room was spotless, the location was central with all trains and underground links. All in all a very relaxing and fabulous stay. Thankyou

There were no minus points for this hotel in my view. Thankyou for an exceptional stay... I recommend this hotel.

Room was large, quiet, and very clean. Bed was firm and comfortable, so I slept well. Elevator access to my room was secure and easy to operate. The breakfasts were great! Gave me a lot to choose from. All excellent and tasty. Morning coffee start up was needed and did not disappoint.

I would have liked a complimentary water in my room.

I had the breakfast and it was sufficient. The room was clean I believe it is a new hotel. It had everything like the iron, hairdryer, hangers, nice size shower etc.

Although I don't use it much I haven't seen little amenities like toothpaste, earbuds and stuff. I didn't bring mines thinking they will have it.

The breakfast, quality and variety, is very good... keep this going! The bed is very comfortable and the quality of the bath room is high level. Very short distance the train station and the Underground - fast and easy travel to Dortmund City Center and Dortmund Central Station

Great hotel with comfortable and clean modern rooms. Staff was great. Breakfast was very decent in quantity and great in quality. Only drawback is remote parking garage which isn't far but you have to pay for it extra. With the room prices is a bit much.

The location is excellent, quiet, nice ambience. The cleanliness and friendly staffs, excellent choice of breakfast

A small fridge in the room could have been better.. and this hotel could be leveled to four stars! For first timers here, finding the parking building is quite complicated even when you have google maps..the park building is still under construction..and the car park fee of €12/ day should be waived for guests!

Location is pretty good, clean rooms with a good internet Breakfast is rich, good coffee Close to a lake, around plenty of nice restaurants( highly recommend Japanese and Italian one) Very central place Good staff Nice lobby to enjoy evening

Clean, comfortable and in a lovely location! The staff were amazing and the room was so comfy. Behind the hotel (and some rooms have this view) is an historic castle and behind that is a stunning lake with so many places to eat and drink! 15 min taxi from Hauptbahnhof
