Great location in the city center. Buffet breakfast with wide variety of choices and foods. Big clean rooms with confortable beds. There are facilities that we did not use (sauna and masagge), but good to know about them.

At the time of our stay the hotel was under renovation, so all the hallways were covered in plastic and workers were minding their business putting on the floors, painting the walls etc. However the rooms were fully operational, clean, confortable and easily accesable. I guess the renovations will be done in a few months. Ground floor and restaurant were already finished, looking amazing.

- Very close to the underground station and the city center, - Nice and helpful staff, - I could check in earlier, - When leaving luggage you get a number (which is very rare these days). - Clean and tidy.

- Strange arrangement of lights and switches, - Few amenities such as a fridge or glasses in the room, - The TV is small, barely visible from the bed, - WiFi could be faster, - You have to order cleaning.

The location is great - just outside buzzing central area. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. The bathrooms were had good size bath and decent shower. There was a nespresso machine with 4 coffee capsules in the room. We were allowed to check-in slightly earlier and to leave the bags for a couple of hours after check out without any fuss. The check in/check out was super quick. We didn't have any breakfast in the hotel - there were lots of lovely coffee shops around which were open even on Sunday morning.

Avoid room 303- it was just outside the lift. The other rooms were in the long corridor. The noise was such as if everyone was walking through our room.

Location was super, litteraly 2 min walking from the center, the hotel looked clean and taken care of just as the rooms. There was a bath and shower and heatlight in the bathroom and everything was clean. It's perfect if you spend a weekend in Dortmund and want a nice stay that is not over the top luxurious but has good value for money. Defenitly would go again no doubt.

Only downside is the parking. The hotel warned us that they dont have much parking space and already recommended a parking garage wich was 8 min walking from the hotel. But that's all

The room is spacious and well designed, both the room and bathroom were very clean, excellent bedding quality, very comfortable beds. Perfect location in the city center, easy to move around without using any public transport.

The room was cold when we got there and we had to turn the heating on which is not so nice for a cold winter's day. The staff in the night shift didn't speak English so it was difficult to communicate. I got charged some additional sum on check out which they were not able to explain what for.

Nice room and bathroom. Close enough to the city. We were able to check in early.

Our room, 303 was right next to the lift, so it got pretty loud when people were entering and exiting. Parking is available however it looks like even non hotel guests can park there, so it was full when we first arrived.

The room is very comfortable, clean, has everything you need, including an iron, a mini bar with 2 bottles of water. Located right next to Cologne Central station (Cologne HBF), a 5-minute walk to the city's main cathedral and the famous bridge.

There were no slippers

Easy to find, Smooth check in, comfortable room. Nice hotel bar with, as it happened, sport on TV. There is a €25 charge for parking in the hotel car park, parking for motorcycles is on the street in a designated bay and free.

Location was fantastic for the Christmas markets clean staff were excellent room was lovely bed was nice with a choice of pillows breakfast was fantastic with English breakfast and a real orange juice squeezer top notch

Internal organization: - I forgot a lady’s shirt in the room. I wrote an email directly to the reservation department (the only email address I had) and I never received the answer. Surely it was stolen, because I realized the situation the same evening I made a check out. - for the second reservation I also wrote to a reservation department about interconnected rooms and the same - no answer at all and the reception was not informed about it. Thanks to Gerta it was resolved. - now money were charged twice!! from my credit card for 1 week stay and now I’m waiting for the call back. hope will receive it.
