Our stay was really absolutely great. The room was relatively large, had a great view of the street as the windows were huge. There was also a coffee machine with Nespresso coffee in a nespresso box where the individual types of coffee were described), sweets, water in glass bottles, coca-cola and crisps - all included in the price. The bed was great, the mattress was neither too hard or too soft. There was a bath in the bathroom, what we preferred and also basic necessities available. We parked in the underground garage, the parking spaces are definitely not narrow or small, as it was written in the reviews. The breakfast was very tasty, a large selection of savoury and sweet and a good Granini juice. The only thing I might would improve, even if it is a minor detail, is the reception area, which looks kind of sad -we were staying during holidays, and some decoration would certainly cheer up the area. The staff was nice. There are two spacious lifts and barrier-free access (we had a stroller). I would also like to highlight the possibility to leave the room at 1 o'clock (probably because of New Year's Eve).

The hotel was clean and nicely decorated. The staff was polite and the kids liked the candy offered at the counter :) Parking was in a parking garage, although you could also park outside in front of the house. When staying with children, there was a door between the two rooms, so we could spend time together in the evening.

There were 3 sheets of paper towels in the bathroom. A bit far from the center, but within a pleasant walk.

The rooms are spacious and have the basic amenities required. Some older reviews said that there is no kettle or toiletries available. But this is not the case now, there was a kettle, tea, and coffee in the room. The shower and wash basin have soap dispensers. The location is also quite nice, you can easily access many cafes and restaurants through a short walk or with a tram.

An extra pair of pillows would have been nice.

From the moment I walked through the doors, I was greeted with warmth and professionalism from the hotel staff. Check-in was a breeze, and they were always ready to assist with any questions or requests I had throughout my stay. The room I stayed in was immaculate and incredibly comfortable. The bed was like a cloud, ensuring a restful night's sleep, and the room amenities were top-notch. The cleanliness and attention to detail were truly impressive. The location of the hotel is superb. It's conveniently situated near major tourist attractions, making it easy to explore the beautiful city of Dresden. I appreciated being within walking distance of many key sights, as well as having easy access to public transportation. Overall, my experience at the Park Inn by Radisson Dresden was outstanding. The hotel's commitment to guest satisfaction truly shone through in every aspect of my stay. I can't wait to return and enjoy this wonderful hotel once again. Thank you to the entire staff for making my visit so enjoyable!

Firstly, the free Wi-Fi was painfully slow. It took forever to use the internet, and there were frequent disconnections. This Wi-Fi issue would be a major problem for anyone staying here for business purposes. Furthermore, the in-room TV was extremely outdated. It has no a smart-function. It felt like the TV system hadn't been updated in years.

Nice friendly hotel, very well situated for tram stations on a few routes. 10 minute tram ride or around 20 minute walk to Old Town. New Town right next door. I felt safe waking around after midnight too. The room was great. Nice size, comfy beds, very clean. The bathroom was excellent, clean and with a nice hot shower and a glass partition instead of a curtain. Above all, the reception team was brilliant. I managed to leave by bag on a tram and the receptionist on duty on Saturday afternoon 14th October (who's name I unfortunately can't remember) was exceptionally helpful. She looked up the contact details for the transport authority and even spoke to them on 2 occasions for me as I don't speak German. (My bag was found and returned).

The a/c unit in the room didn't work very well. It also created a buzz which, strangely, I could not hear when standing in the room but I could hear when lying in the bed. It seemed to be transmitted through the floor and up through the bed frame. Not something I've experienced before. Easy solution - switch it off! The breakfast area is a bit small, with limited seating. I would describe breakfast as perfectly acceptable but not brilliant.

It was very nicely located and the rooms were spacious and clean. I also really liked the staff. They were extremely nice and helpful.

Only one small thing: the shower randomly changed temperatures between extremely hot and cold every time I went to take shower. That was a little annoying but besides that, everything was perfect.

Great location, friendly staff, I was provided with what I needed and at a very reasonable price. The check in was easy, the check out was until 12, which is later than the usual and very convenient (although I had to leave earlier anyway).

The breakfast cost 23 euros, which is too expensive. I still took it because of the convenience but I would think twice before taking it again if I can have breakfast somewhere else.

We had a great stay at the hotel, I would say the hotel was even better than some four star hotels where we stayed during our road trip - simple, clean, spacious and quiet room. Funny air-conditioning though, both for heating and cooling, not very powerful, but luckily it wasn't too hot outside yet. Also private parking at the hotel garage was a bit inconvenient, as you first need to fetch a chip from the reception to enter the garage and find a short time parking place in front of the hotel for that was a bit tricky. So it might be more convenient to find a parking place at the street without any additional hussle with the garage.

For the price, the room and breakfast were perfectly good. It was a plus for me that the location was close to the public transport stops I needed to use.

Cleanliness was okay, but one of the drinking glasses provided in my room was not clean and sticky on the inside. There seemed to be no way to control the temperature of the room yourself.

Great location (public transportation and supermarkets are nearby). The room is big, and it has everything one needs and ever more (capsule coffee machine, for example. Or the bed headboard lighting - that was really something special!). The staff is very friendly and helpful. We are very satisfied, the best place we've ever stayed in Dresden for an affordable price.
