The property is a lovely facility. A bit challenging with the construction, but most of Dresdin is under construction. The staff were excellent. I can’t say enough about how reassuring they made me feel particularly Paula Marie . She was the sweetest and made me feel comfortable and reassured as a new solo traveler, trying to navigate Dresdin and the transportation system. Excellent customer service. Anytime I need help with my bags or storing them. They were very accommodating.

The construction made it a bit difficult to get around. It’s not right inside old town, but steps away.

Great location, short walking distance to historic sites. Nice public areas and courtyard. Comfortable bed, big luxurious-feeling bathroom.Very nice staff.

Room was well designed, with comfortable armchair and desk, but rather small. Breakfast, which we didn’t take, seemed excessively expensive. Only one small, slow elevator.

Perfect location to explore the beautiful historical centre of Dresden. Friendly and smooth check-in (but really still filling in forms at the reception?!). Lovely breakfast. Good beds. The first hotel where our dog received a decent bed and a snack.

The bathroom desperately needed some love. We had an oversized whirlpool bath. Nice, but the visible sides of the bath were nasty! also the bathroom furniture was partly broken and the marble was cracked. The airconditioning system was a bit old fashioned as well, so we woke up in a steamy hot room.

Location and quality of hotel was good.

We stayed one night for my birthday and to see our child dance at the Soirée when checking staff asked if we had been in Dresden before from Australia we had but after that they offered us no extra information- very brief and short when the visitor check in before us got treated with the full service about what the hotel had to offer not sure if it was because we were only staying 1 night or not.

Bedroom : comfortable bedroom with a great bathroom Surroundings : as the city center is small, it's nicely located. Not directly in the touristic area but in a walking distance from it. Very calm.

Breakfast : too expensive for an ordinary german/continental buffet. Disapointed.

Lovely hotel with very helpful staff. Close to the old city center of Dresden. As it was a bit cold outside we enjoyed the whirlpool in the room.

We came with EV and it caused us problems to find a charging station. According to specifications they have one but that's only a public which was very busy.

The location of the hotel was excellent. This allows for exploration of the city. The hotel was amazing; the staff was very nice, the food was delicious, and the amenities were top notch.

That I didn't stay longer. There is so much to do I will have to return to try everything.

The room was on the small side, but beautifully decorated and very comfortable. Mattress and pillow were perfect, the bathroom had an actual jacuzzi which is a bit decadent but feels great. But the definite highlight was the wonderfully helpful staff. The location was just great, a 5 minute walk from all major sight seeing spots, everything around it was gorgeous. Breakfast was lovely and delicious - so many options and all of them high quality.

Having a private jacuzzi in your bathroom is incredibly, but it made the shower a bit difficult to get into and out of - a bath mat would be great as it was a bit slippery. I didn't quite figure out the AC settings and also, more tea options for the little coffeemaker would've been great, but these are details really and didn't disturb my overall positive impression of the place.

Central location with all the amenities and a luxury touch with history. Just a stone’s through to Neumarkt and Altmarkt with restaurants all around.

The room was spacious and really nice for two people, who both need their space. Location is simply perfect - the best ws to either go for your business meeting or shopping or a variety of nice and good restaurants. Breakfast IS the highlight in a wonderful atrium; aside of a wonderful and diverse buffet you can order pancakes, eggs benedict and other delicious foods that are served on order! And the waiters are attentive without being too much present.

Sauna and pool area is good, could be a bit better with a relaxing area for sauna guest only. The intermixture of gym, pool and sauna is a bit strange. I noticed that people came in to check the area out and left - maybe some were only interested in the gym and felt uncomfortable in being in sight with pool and sauna.
