Friendly staff. Clean cool and comfortable room.

I got locked out of my room one day, so being on the top floor, it was annoying after having gone all the way up to have to go back down to reception to get a new one and then go all the way back up when I just wanted to relax in my room. One day I was in my room and a cleaning lady came in after waiting only a split second after knocking. It was awkward for both of us. Not being able to go all the way up with the elevator is a bit awkward and the way to get there feels a bit more like a hostel.

The room was just enough for two people. The hotel accommodated the addition of my partner for a small fee. Room was clean and very true to the pictures shown during my booking. The staff was incredibly nice and friendly. There is a bus station right in front of the hotel linking it to the airport and to the Hauptbahnhof so it's great for getting to and from all the places you want to go.

The check in was super easy. The bus stop to the train station is literally outside the door and takes 10 minutes. The bus on the other side takes you to the centre. The room is super clean and your bed is made daily and fresh towels if you want them. The room is a good size. This is excellent value for money. We will definitely be back. Good information available in your room as to how the facilities all work.

Room had aircon, was cozy and the beds were comfy. Bathroom was spacious and very nice. Breakfast was tasty. Location was okay with a bus nearby.

Room was getting hot and stuffy without the aircon even with window open and the aircon was too powerful to keep it on at night or for long periods of time

Very nice and practical hotel wiht a perfect position to reach the fair. There is no special services like sport room or spa and restuaration but for the rest it is perfect.

Super clean - Staff was really friendly and reception was available 24/7 - The bed was very comfortable - The room in which I was placed was quiet - Free Wi-Fi on the premises - A bottle of water as a compliment

A minor suggestion (not a criticism) could be to offer the guest not to change the towels during short stays to reduce climate impact.

Excellete! The hotel is very well located in the center of Düsseldorf. The breakfast is really good, and the staff is kind.

There is nothing that I did not like.

I accidentally left my car keys in the room and the staff were excellent in contacting me and in posting them back to me in the UK.
