The room was specious enough. We had a good place for opening all our suitcases. The staff was polite and tried to be as helpful as they could. I want to say that Margarita was especially kind and helpful so thank you Margarita! We loved that it's actually an apartments hotel. There was a good kitchen inside the room with everything we needed and even a dishwasher! The bathroom was specious too. The water stream was strong and good. On the other side of the road was a shopping mall so we could buy food for every morning.

The bed was not comfortable and Also the sofa our son slept in, was too hard. When we complained about it, Margarita gave us two more rooms to try and we mooved to one of them. Unfortunately it didn't solved the problem completely but she sure did tried. She also helped us with the car agency and ordering a taxi. She was great!!

The room was amazing, we only stayed for two nights but we could comfortably stay there for longer. The location is really nice, we walked to the city centre 20 minutes. The staff was very nice. We came there by car, so for us, it was really important that the hotel has a parking space in its underground garage. The room was clean, the AC was a big bonus, and their is a small kitchen in the room that came in handy during the stay.

The breakfast is not worth the money. They do offer some basic options but 19 EUR per person for a breakfast like that is completely overpriced, especially with a shopping mall next to the hotel where you can get amazing options for much cheaper.

The hotel is in a quiet neighborhood but it's next to a mall so my stay there was not boring. The room and other facilities are pristine and clean; the bed was really comfortable. Additionally, their breakfast offer was diverse and delicious

The only aspect I was not satisfied with was the staff. When I checked in at around 7:30, the receptionist was not really welcoming. Although I requested for a twin room, those two beds are made into one, in which I had to separate them myself. The housekeeping staff who was in charge of that task showed up late and did not knock on the door, he just burst into the room without considering whether the guests inside were female or not, which is really disrespectful. Since I did have a pleasant stay there despite these inconveniences, I will be generous with the rating.

They provide free unlimited coffee & tea in the lounge area. We often sit there to just chill and it’s a very good experience for us! Hotel rooms are big. Kitchen utensils are complete and adequate. I booked 2 rooms as I came as a family, staff accommodate our needs by arranging our room close to each other. I also requested to change room once because the room arrangement is not for us, and they gladly help me with that Good locations as well as it just only metres away from a big mall. Quite distance from nearest tram station but still convenient.

Staff confuse us about the city tax payment. They charged me only for 1 room for during check in, and charged me again for another one during check out. Would be helpful if during check in they informed me it’s tax for one room only and the rest will be charged during check out, or just charge both rooms during check in

This property is right opposite the skyline plaza building which is a shopping mall. There are a lot of eating places, good restaurants, shops and public transportation is within walking distance. The rooms were clean, warm enough and comfortable.

Staff were helpful with the early check-in and allowing us to store our luggage at the hotel after our check-out due to a late return flight. Large room, large bathroom, bathtub. Walk-in laundry room where we could get fresh towels and leave used ones as needed. Free to use coffee machine. All required amenities provided.

Only real negative point is that there is no shower curtian which makes it easy to spill a lot of water in the bathroom if not careful. The rest are nitpicks. Mutliple lights are connected to the same switch, and multiple switches have the same function (affect the same light(s)). The lights are a bit weak.

Great staff, great hotel and great location. The staff were very helpful at check-in with friendly attitude and ready to assist with all questions. Due to my late arrival they also assisted with providing a delivery service website that delivers till 2am since there is no restaurant in the hotel. The room itself was nice with a comfortable bed and extra pillows. It had a kettle with tea and coffee provided in the room (and you can also get it from the lobby for free) along with a mini fridge. In terms of location it was just across the street from Skyline Plaza that is a nice shopping (and food) destination. Bus stop is just around the corner (2 mins walk) with line M46 that takes you to the main station. From the other side theres tram stop (8 mins walk) which has many lines, and #11 takes you to the city center easily.

Good location right next to the Frankfurt fairgrounds and a mall with a good variety of shopping and dining options - including a supermarket. Well-equipped kitchenette. Helpful and responsive staff.

Could have been cleaner - there was a thick layer of dust under the beds in both rooms we rented. Also the lighting in the rooms was a bit dim. Handles of kitchen cabinets with sharp corners sticking out weirdly, resulting in painful experience for a 175cm tall person trying to do anything around the kitchen worktop / sink.

Location is great, you're only 2.5km from the old town and the metro is a short walk from the hotel. You have a lot of restaurants around and the big skyline plaza in front of you with shopping and foodcourt. Place was clean and they have an underground parking ( 19 euros a day ) but very safe. We got a nice upgrade to a 2 bedroom apartment which was very spacious and had a great view over the skyline plaza.

A bit more variety in the breakfast hot food but it was still very good. The food was fresh.

No drop area , you need to park 1st to be able to drop your bags and come inside I did not see trolly to handle my bags
