Ease of accessibility. It is close to the Central Railway Station. Therefore access to any place by train or trams, is as easy as it can get. The front office person was polite and well behaved. The rooms and hotel are good for solo backpackers and groups. Not suitable for family or business trips. No frills. No breakfast. Just a place to crash overnight till you catch your next train or flight. You get what you pay for. For the price it offers what is reasonable. Note: For those who complain of the city tax (2 Euros per person), it is mentioned on the booking site and is no surprise. You'd need to pay that in any hotel in Frankfurt.

The doors don't lock from inside. At least mine did not. The shower doors were way to tight and flimsy. The reception area was untidy and does not give a great impression. Since it is close to the railway station, the locality can be unsafe with lot of junkies and drug sellers around. Venturing out at odd hours could be unsafe in this area.

Located a stones throw from Frankfurt station, this hotel was basic but clean and cheap. If you are looking for fancy places, this isn't it but if you just want to sleep and move on then it is perfect. Many hostels sacrifice cleanliness to get the price down but this wasn't one of them.

The downside to being this close to the station is that you need to expect people, tram, car and train noise all night long. IF you are a light sleeper then hotels in this area might not be the place for you.

The lift was out of service for a couple of days but these things happen. I had not noticed that the reception closed and doors closed at 11pm which meant I had to walk a couple of blocks away to another hotel to collect my keys late at night among a rather dubious area near the Hbf. Just to make other guests aware of this.

I got a single room with separate bathroom. My room was very clean, there wasn't even a speck of dust in under the bed. The heater was also working very well. The bed and pillows are comfortable, and they also prepared a set of towels for me. Overall, really great value for money.

There's only one shared bathroom for several floors: only one toilet and a shower. It can get a bit dirty if it's not being cleaned every few hours, especially if some guests didn't tidy after themselves after their shower.

You might indeed see a couple of drug consumers along your very short way between the railway station and the hotel. DON'T PANIC, they are MOSTLY HARMLESS. The hotel owners can hardly do anything about it. The only thing left for the hotel is to struggle to survive. That explains the ridiculosly low price and the fact the hotel seems understaffed. But hey, you just need your 8 hours of sleep between that flight from Larnaca at 23:05 and that train to Manheim at 08:47! Do not forget your towel.

Staff- friendly and present; Location - very convenient, walking distance from Main HBF as well trams and buses; Bathroom - clean and well equipped; good wi-fi;

Room- street facing hence very noisy; a bit small and stuffy - poor ventilation, might not be comfortable in the peak of summer; No drinking water or glass to drink water; No dustbin in room (only in bathroom) Felt a bit unsafe as it was very easy to enter hotel reception and elevator leading to room late at night - did not have to use my key so seems like it is accessible to ALL!

Great value and the room had everything a hotel room is supposed to have. Staff were kind, friendly, and helpful. Location was very convenient since it's right by the train station.

The area was pretty shady but areas by train stations are always shady wherever you go. It's not dangerous, but just feels sketchy because of the people around. Still worth it for the convenient location however.

The Location. It is just a walk from Frankfurt HBF. Accessible to all types of transportation

Actually, I got it from a really cheap price, so i didn't expect something big out of it. You get what you pay for. On the other hand, what bothers us is that the key was attached to a big keychain. It was kind of a hassle bringing it outside, especially if you're using a small bag to roam around the city.

I liked Cleanliness , The Price (because it was the cheapest stay for that trip). I had to travel next day in the morning and location was pretty good. Comfort and Shower, Bath was pretty awesome for that price.

Location was good for distance for railway and bus station, outside of the hotel the atmosphere was dangerous, people being dizzy drunk and not very clean.

Very Convenient location but a lot of homeless and junkies all around that area; so, any other hotel would not make much difference on that. Basic room.

The hallway was not very clean when I checked in , there was some garbage. One day, They woke me at 10:30 asking for roomservice or something... it was very annoying.
