The hotel itself is great, with modern rooms and comfy beds. Decent bar downstairs and a rooftop bar as well, when the weather allows. Staff were friendly, and the room was exceptionally well-priced.

The soundproofing is poor, so we had issues with noise when people used the hotel-supplied speakers (which are a nice touch but in retrospect, probably not a good idea). The area is also very deprived and felt unsafe at times. Perhaps fine for couples but not for families.

I loved the welcome beer. :D I liked the design of the room. The mattress was very comfy. Loved the steamer for clothes. Cool wending machine at reception. nice staff.

I felt sorry for the wooden flooring though. it should have deserved a proper protection coating (with a matte finish). :( and other finishes were not that practical either since they show sighns of wear pretty quickly, stains on shelves/counter both in living room and bathroom. Not far from the train station, could be a plus but the area unfortunately is horrible, as soon as you get thru that short dodgy part it's fine.

Very stylish rooms. Loved the rooftop bar. Bluetooth speaker in room. Excellent range of delicious smelling toiletries, and lovely bathroom with large shower, and a proper wall separating it from the bedroom, NOT glass!! Relatively quiet area, but close to main train station, and tram stop was 2 minute walk away. The room was SPOTLESSLY CLEAN!! Excellent housekeeping!! Generally good service from staff. Welcome beer on arrival was a nice touch. Coffee machine and water in room.(We didn't have breakfast, so can't comment) We would definitely stay again!

The shower leaked onto the bathroom floor when in use, we reported this when checking out as it wasn't a major problem. A minibar would be nice, despite the vending machines in reception. There is no lobby area to sit and have a drink, only the restaurant or rooftop bar, which isn't always open. These are all minor points as our stay was very enjoyable.

It was the perfect stay in a stylish hotel with character. Perfect location within walking distance to both the Hauptbahnhof and Messe. Tram station is one minute from the hotel but it takes only 20 minutes to get to the Römer by foot via marvellous business district. The cleanliness of the room - exceptional. The room is equiped with everything you need and more (marshall speaker, clothes steamer). The bar downstairs is an attraction point itself and provide you with delicious cousine and cocktails as well as with great continental breakfast. The staff was really hospitable, attentive, friendly and not in the least stiff. It was like staying at your friends house but with a designer‘s touch.

The location is great, it's 15 minutes from the central railway station (which you can use to get to and from airport). There are plenty of shops and restaurants around, and in general you are in the center of Frankfurt and can walk anywhere. Soundproofing is excellent - despite the fact that the windows overlook a busy street, the room is very quiet. The rooms are quite spacious, with plenty of furniture and lighting options. We really liked the design. They give free beers upon check-in. Nice.

Probably, room deposit is an obsolete thing (they ask something like 100 euros, that's not a lot, but anyways).

Very beautiful and comfortable rooms. The location was really good too, it’s surrounded by many little different food stores and there is a mall called “Skyline Plaza” right next to the Hotel. The city centre is a 20 Minutes walk away and the central station is like a 5-10 Minutes walk. Beautiful and quiet rooftop bar, not many drink options but it was very delicous and qualitative still. We didn’t get to try the restaurant at the ground floor, because unfortunately we were not informed that the kitchen closes at 10am, but it’s okay, because who eats dinner that late usually anyways? The reception offered free cold beer after the Check-In, which was very kind. Thank you.

The Girls at the reception were not really friendly and would roll their eyes at me when i asked them simple questions about the facilities. Since i didn’t have a credit card i had to go get money from a bank as insurance if we break something in the hotel. I think that was a bit unnecessary, but besides that, we had a beautiful stay.

Excellent hotel with super nice staff. The room was absolutely great with everything you need, high end furniture and all done with great taste. You can clearly see the affiliation with Roomers. Value for money is outstanding.

There was a bit of a bad smell in my bathroom which is why they put a room scent in there which caused me a headache. Also, personally, the style is not always 100% my thing but that’s no one’s problem but mine.

My partner and I really enjoyed staying here. There are a few things to note which might help you decide your stay. The place is eclectic for sure, really nice furnishing and is modern, TV, WIFI, coffee machine all very good. It was a great addition to have a marshall bluetooth speaker/radio in the room so we could get ready with some music. Bed was comfy and the hotel is nicely located, we were far enough away from downtown to avoid any issues or additional noise. We walked or took scooters around. We visited the christmas markets and surrounding areas. The chicago williams restaurant which serves in the same space was great, food was very tasty and the mac n cheese was huge!! Our waiter was an excellent bloke, very attentive and we shared some whisky with him! Unfortunately, we had not managed to get cash out yet for tips so hopefully the whisky was enjoyed! If you're looking for something to compete in terms of their luxury such as the W hotel, you will be disappointed. We recommend this place for sure, we managed to get at a very good value per night too.

Modern hotel with good in-room facilities and restaurant on premises. I liked the room design, and the lighting especially was excellent. Location was OK... the restaurant seems good; although I was trying to eat local dishes during my stay - and the restaurant is American BBQ. It's a great base to see Frankfurt. I thought the room rate was good value, and Uber taxis to most places around the centre were just 10€. There's also a tram stop a minute away.

Location was OK, but the streets around are a little quiet and the location is further from the station than it looks on the map (still walkable). Frankfurt HBH is a little 'gritty'. The popular restaurant which consumes the ground floor seems to be regularly booked out, so the hotel has no free lobby/meetup space for guests on a busy evening. Frankfurt in general is dead on a Sunday; and the hotel restaurant is also closed. I ended up getting food from a nearby Dominos.
