Fantastic hotel, I was staying in the big room below ground level (a room for several people, though I was alone there) - besides the fact that it's a bit unfortunate that the room is below ground level (so the sunlight entering is limited), everything was fantastic. A luxurious apartment, with comfortable beds, a beautiful and clean bathroom, a well functioning kitchenette with everything I needed, a small table where you can do your work or eat. I came there in the middle of the winter - the heating system didn't work, but after contacting staff they fixed it within 30 minutes. After which it worked perfectly.

The room was below ground level, so somewhat limited sunlight enters through the window (but the fact that the room is below ground level is something that is clearly stated before you get there). The one very small table in the room (which is at the wall) was enough for me (a solo traveler) to eat something. But I was in a room with several beds, for several people - if everyone wanted to eat something together, there is no bigger table that could serve as a "dining area", even if small. Something like that (like a pull out table and some chairs) would be useful in case there are more people.

Good location, close to the Messe exhibition halls. A late-night check-in ran smoothly via a key box. The room is a little bigger than I'd have expected and had a desk which was very welcome. The shower was good with plenty of flow and good temperature. The area around the hotel is nice enough with a small restaurant/bar a couple of doors along.

Noise from the corridor outside was quite noticeable. My room was one closest to the front entrance which won't have helped. Lighter sleepers might have been disturbed.

Clean, tidy, spacious room and bathroom, very quiet area -soundproof- so that you can sleep in peace. All facilities were there as described in Booking website. Excellent WiFi signal, there was a table fan to use, working lift, great location; it is only 4 minutes walk to a tram stop which is only three stops to Frankfurt Hauptbahnhoff where you can find plenty supermarkets, restaurants and shops. Friendly reception staff, they replied to all my booking messages. Many thanks to allow me having free of charge late check out on my request. It was an hour which is much appreciated as my flight was late in the afternoon. Would highly recommend this place and will consider it again if I come to Frankfurt in the future.

Only one point to mention. There is only one electric plug socket in the whole room to use while I needed at least two to charge my mobile and use the table fan as it was very hot and I used the fan most of the time.

Great staff. Very helpful and when I asked from a ground floor space because their lift was broken, I was able to get that without a problem. Very cute room. Great location and access to tram and the local skyline shopping center. Would stay again. EXCELLENT VALUE FOR MONEY!

The cleanliness was not the best. One of my towels was very stained. It smelled laundered. But was stained bad. Time to throw those towels out. Also found hair in my bed....

As a solo traveler passing through Frankfurt for the night, this place was perfect and was more than enough for my needs! My only gripe was that my shower drained quite slow, but that could very well have just been my room. the location is next to a plaza/mall where you can restock any supplies you might need on your travels, which is convenient! the staff is nice, the room was clean, and the pillows were soft!

I liked the very good customer service of the two receptionists I met. I liked the cleanliness, the bedroom furniture, the shower, the free candies, the bedroom kettle with complimentary tea and last but not least the fact that this hotel is not too close to the ugly drug addicts area around the Hauptbahnhof train station but a safe 12 min walk away from all that cr*p.

Not that important, just the two pillows could have had a better shape, like regular rectangles and the curtains had some light coming in from the middle of them.

The staffs are kind and helpful, especially the lady in the front office. The room is clean, although it can be better when it comes to the freshness, the smell of the room.

The additional tax for the tourism. I've been charged for 2 paxs. Eventhough I checked in for my self (and used the room for one pax). I understand the reason, because I've booked the double room. Yet due to circumstances the person which initially would be my travelpartner to share the room with, has cancelled.

A large double room on the third floor, with en-suite bathroom. Very comfy, large double bed with duvet, pillows and bedsheets, towels included in room. Room has small wardrobe, long desk, two chairs, small coubard each side of bed. Kettle in room, tea/coffee, milk and sugar provided. TV on wall. Elevator/lift to all floors. Keycard to enter room. Reception available until 10 at night. Breakfast available for 15 Euros per person. Heating in room. Large window to open to let in air. Carpet on floor, bin in room. Toiletpaper provided in bathroom. Hand soap on wall in bathroom, hair drier. Good speed free WiFi. Plug sockets by desk.

Elevator/lift does not announce the number of the floor it arrives at. No braille or tactile numbers on elevator/lift buttons. Building a little complicated to get around. Breakfast is very expensive. Nearest Underground/S-Bahn/tram is a little far to walk from hotel. Not too many eatery options close to hotel. Reception closes at 10 at night.

Cozy modern room with carpet. Hotel provides electric fan for hot nights. Fridge and kettle to get hot water with coffee/tea provided. Good lightening, strong wifi. Room in 3rd floor was quiet On a day with no events in Frankfurt it was excellent value for money.and that is one of the main reasons why I give here a "9" as overall rating. Friendly reception staff. Tram station nearby hotel. Tram brings you to railway station (line 11 and 14) and surburban rail and metro.

TV no signal. I got a bit confused when hotel asked me to provide by email credit card number if I come after 6 pm, as the room was already booked and guaranteed with credit card. Reception closes soon after 10 pm, need code for late check-in. The area around hotel is a residential area. For shops, bars, restaurants at late evening must walk a bit over the main road Mainzer Landstr. Walk from railway station to hotel (15 to 20 Min) not recommended at night, the railway station area is full of strange people at night and not good and safe at night. Must better take tram.

The hotel was decent, clean, and in a pretty good location. It's quite easy to find. Perfect for a short stay.

More or less, everything was okay. The amenities are not super modern, but everything's decent. What I was a bit bothered with is that they charged us a little more than what it initially said on booking (a tax/city tax). It's based on what you declare as the purpose of your trip: leisure (+ tax), business/work (no tax)... at least that is what the moderately-nice receptionist said.
