Friendly staff, convenient location - close to the central train station, the room was ok, clean enough. And, of course, the price. Perfect for a solo traveler for one night. People who give this hotel 1* rating because of the location - that is totally wrong! ALL hotels near Hauptbahnhof are 'red light district', so it does not matter whether you pay extra €20, it's all the same! So either accept the fact that you'll be surrounded by drug dealers, prostitutes, homeless, etc, or go somewhere else. And calling the hotel unsafe is exaggerating. It's not a pleasant scenery for sure, but it's not dangerous.

I am delighted with this hotel - convenient location: only 12 minutes walk from the train and bus stations. Very polite staff speaking German and English. The daily housekeeping is above and beyond praise, the room was very clean. The room had a working hairdryer and all necessary hygiene products in sufficient quantity.

A significant disadvantage of the hotel is the environment outside the hotel. I was very scared at 9pm outside. The hotel is ar dirty, dangerous and unpleasant street

The reception is open h24 and the staff is very kind, friendly and professional. They solved our requests quickly and gave us useful information. They have tourism brochures to plan a tour and suggest us main events in the city. We booked a family-room with private bathroom. The room was big enough, with a small terrace, well-furnished (tv, fridge, lamp, chair, desk, stender), very clean and silent. The beds were very confortable, with fresh bed-linen, big pillows and soft duvets. The bathroom was well-equipped, with towels and courtesy set, and it was very clean. The Wi-fi was free. Bed-linen, duvets, towels, courtesy set are all included in the cheap price and breakfast as well. We can not judge the breakfast, because we did not take it. The hotel is near the train station, the city centre and the river. Even if the hotel is located in a neighborhood with nightclubs, drugs-addicted and drunken people, it was safe and we did not have any problem.

it was great, although located in the center and so called red light district, there are certainly 24 servers & the room was very nice, tastefully decorated, towels and mini bar fridge were provided. The staff was very busy and responded to requests and questions.

The rooms were great, really clean with a reliable room service. Same for the showers in each room. The staff was really nice to us and available at any time. The price is really cheap but the hotel as really good service. Good equipments in the room for 4 people (hairdryer, towels, nightlamp, towel dryer, shampoo)

The hotel is located in a neighborhood with a lot of 18+ shops. It's not that disturbing as it seems to remain safe but I wouldn't advise it with children.

It was a very nice stay the staff was very nice and the room was very clean. Location to train station very close but they do have a lot of clubs around and it could get noisy.

It's on a noisy street, but if you're down for the party, no worries. Younger travelers won't care, and as I was out late, it was not an issue for me. Mosel Str can look sketchy, but no one bothered me and Frankfurt is safe

The location and room and balkony for smoke

Dont leave anything behind.. if you forget something in room there is a guarrenty you wont find it after an hour... even if it is as personal as tooth brush or a widely used water bottle

It was fine for just one night and close to the station. The room was comfortable and clean and the staff very friendly.

The location isn’t very nice and it was rather loud. But as I already knew about the location it was okay.

There is urine smell on the floor although it was cleaned , the problem was there are homeless people the street that urinate in every corner of the wall next to the hotel but the hotel was clean and calm
