We stayed at Novotel Frankfurt City with our family, and everything was absolutely perfect from start to finish! ✅ Family-Friendly Comfort: The rooms were spacious, spotless, and very comfortable, with cozy beds and enough space for the kids. We loved how quiet it was at night – ideal for families! ✅ Amazing Service: The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and attentive. They made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived and went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. ✅ Delicious Restaurant (Novo²): The hotel’s restaurant was excellent – great variety of international dishes, a tasty kids’ menu, and a fantastic breakfast buffet with fresh and healthy options. It was so convenient to have high-quality food right at the hotel. ✅ Perfect for Kids: Our children loved the play area, and we appreciated the thoughtful family features like cribs, kids’ meals, and a relaxed, safe atmosphere. ✅ Great Location: It’s close to public transport, making it easy to reach all of Frankfurt’s attractions while staying in a quiet and safe area. Overall, our stay was beyond our expectations. Everything was well-organized, perfectly clean, and truly family-friendly. It was clean and the facility was nice. Staff was friendly and professional. Didn't get to use the Sauna but the rope in the room would have made this quite possible. .

No welcome water in the room. I never been in a hotel where that wasn't the case. Alternatively some Novotel facilities have water fountains, but that wasn't the case here either. Food in the restaurant was quite disappointing in taste, presentation and value. I still give a good score overall, I just expected better from Novotel. This might just be me, but the bathroom door annoyed me. It basically had to be closed to use the toilet which sucks at night as I had to turn on the full light.

We had a short but pleasant stay at the hotel for one night. The room was fairly clean, and the essential toiletries were provided, though it would have been great if toothbrushes and toothpaste were included. The hotel has a cozy atmosphere, and we particularly enjoyed the lively setup at the lobby, with features like the soccer table and swing adding a fun and unique touch to our experience. As our stay was brief, we didn’t have much interaction with the staff, but overall, it was a comfortable and enjoyable visit.

Big size room, good enough for a standard family with two children, neat and clean room with all basic amenities, friendly and helpful staff. This was my 3rd stay in Novotel Hotel in Europe and found it comfortable and best value for money as always!

Not exactly in a central location, it was almost 30-40mins walk from Central Train Station to the Hotel, so we took Uber most of the time which costed 10 euros on average from Main Station to the Hotel.

The breakfast, room cleanless, location, and safety are all good enough. They even provide hot water kettle, which is so nice for a Chinese who can not live without drinking hot water.

If any, is it possible to use the oven heat other types of breads, rather than the toaster only, as it is really difficult for us to each everything in cold, the bread, the cheese and everything, in cold in the morning. We need something warm to warm the stomach. Thanks

The hotel is at the bar for the Novotel quality. The room was good and beds were comfortable. Overall, the infrastructure is well maintained. During the weekend, it has plenty of parking around the building. I also liked the idea of kids getting a free drink at the check-in :-) The lobby bar also has a little play area for kids, which is amazing!!

If you are travelling by car then the hotel is ideal due to easiness to access from motorways and street parking space. However, if you travel by foot then walking to the city center takes time, otherwise, you need to use the public transport, which is located nearby.

Breakfast, neatness, being close to the city

Bathroom amenities we not provided every day, bottle of sope was regularly empty or filled with water, the conditioner container was filled fith sanitizing liquid, no sanirary tissues were provided, very strange manding service, though the staff was nice...

Very close to everything, unlike other reviews I read, the general city area the hotel is in is fine and safe to walk around. There are several friendly restaurants 5 mins walk from the hotel. Great value for money, spacious family room. Breakfast was really nice.

Facilities were a bit lacking, the hotel restaurant seemed closed on the Saturday night we arrived. I don't know if it's just Germany in general or the hotel but the water from the taps did not look drinkable, it was a yellowish colour but the reception had some bottled water. Another observation was you need cash, outside the hotel they don't pin a lot.

Room was more than better what we expected as a family of 4 and very very spacious. they kindly considered that we are a family of 4 and allocated the room accordingly. Breakfast menu was really good for kids and adults both and the staff brought us some omlette as well from the kitchen for the kids (Juliet was the staff name) Reception guys were outstanding and I would really like to call out some names here Philip, Suzan, Mariam and special thanks to Lars who was really helpful and patience with us to plan a day trip. location is good as WestBahnof train station was just 5 mins walk from the hotel.

Room should have atleast 1 mineral water bottle in case.

Friendly staff who were cheerful and helpful. They gave us a map and directions to the nearest train station (Westbahnof). Though its some distance away from the centre, its convenient because of the train station (about 3 stops away from Hauptbahnof) and the tram stop located nearby (tram 17 goes directly to Hauptbahnof). Room is clean and neat.

Surroundings is mainly offices, there aren't many food options. One of the shampoo bottles was used and was't replaced but it wasn't a big issue. Bring your own toothbrushes and toothpaste. Bed was a bit on the softer side.
