Good location, very close to the center of town. They gave us free bus tickets to go to the castle, which was very nice of them. They allowed us to use their garage and park for two days as long as we needed, which made our stay easier. The staff was very kind: my daughter left something in the room, and I asked them to ship it to us — they kindly agreed to do so.

The air conditioning was not on, and the room was hot during the night. The only option was to leave the window open, but we couldn't because it was too noisy because our room was on the street side.

The rooms were modern and clean. The bed was comfortable, I liked the built-in closet/shelving unit which made the room seem more spacious and easy to keep tidy. There is a small mini bar that I was able to put a few small items in. There was instant coffee and tea bags in the room and a reasonably priced breakfast buffet. The bathroom was spacious. There is an elevator and free underground parking. The rooms have two single beds that are pushed together to make a king sized bed or divided into 2 single beds. There is a chair that can be unfolded into a single bed. They have apples and mint flavored water at the reception desk.

We ate in the restaurant the first night and they were under staffed but the food was good for a hotel.

The location is a 10 min walk from the center, I think it's not bad as the area is quieter but the view from the room was amazing. We could see the Neuschwanstein castle from our window! The room was clean, you could connect the TV to your phone easily and watch youtube videos directly to the TV. The room had AC as well which was great.

I think the staff wasn't very welcoming when we did the check-in, they continually looked at each other, almost like being confused when we first arrived. That made me feed very unwelcome as I haven't had this experience in the past. They also couldn't find my country in the list somehow.

•The beds were not very comfortable, especially as we were sharing with our 18-month-old daughter. •The twin beds, with separate mattresses, created an uncomfortable gap in the middle, making it difficult to sleep soundly.

Location was very good for me as my purpose of stay was to visit Schloss Neuschwanstein and the hotel is just 10 minutes' drive from the ticket center of the Schloss. And breakfast was very good with a wide variety of food like ham / sausage / cheese / bread, etc.

A little more of car parking space would be desirable. We could not get in the hotel's parking lot as we arrived at the hotel very late and it was a bit hard to park a car on the street due to other vehicles also parked in front of the hotel.

Lovely hotel! The rooms are very nice and the bed was super comfortable. The bathroom looked recently renovated and was very stylish. It was quiet and had air conditioning, there was plenty of secure parking - well worth the additional cost. The reception people were friendly and helpful. Didn’t eat there so can’t comment on the food. Location was great, a short stroll to the town centre where we ate at a fabulous traditional restaurant. Honestly couldn’t fault it. A little pricier than what we’d usually want to pay for a family stopover but the price was reflected in the quality. Would gladly stay here again

The staff were very flexible and extremely friendly. The breakfast offered excellent quality for the price, with a particularly impressive variety of cheese options and well-baked bread.

The hotel is located along the main road in Füssen, but the soundproofing of the windows was inadequate. Road noise was not blocked, and wind entered through the gaps in the windows. While the curtains helped to reduce the draft and the floor heating kept the room warm, the road noise made it difficult to get a good night's sleep.

Great location! Friendly and helpful staff. Clean rooms. Deluxe twin room was tight with two kids (ages, 12 and 16) and two adults.

Difficult to find the parking garage. It’s best to pull into the drive in front, check in and then go to parking garage as you have to have a room key to access the garage. Not a big deal, but we didn’t know this information beforehand so it would have been nice to know.

I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the facility and staff. Breakfast was good and we had dinner at their restaurant which was also good. Upon arrival I asked a staff member if I could get a beer, not realizing the bar wasn't open yet, and he gladly got me one and charged it to the room. The bed was comfy, decent sized room and great shower. Parking is for a fee and it's under the hotel. Its location appears farther from the old town than it really is, just a few minutes walk. One of the nicest Best Westerns I have stayed at.

A very nice hotel in a good location in Fuessen. Very slick and "corporate" but everything works just as you want it to! Loads of secure parking [charges apply]. A short walk to the centre of town. Lovely bathroom with steaming shower - everything spotlessly clean. We didn't try the restaurant but looked decent VFM - nice downstairs bar and lounge. Breakfast very nice.

Very busy - feels a bit like an airport departure lounge but it does the job as a secure and convenient place to stay.
