1. Location is good and close to the bahnhof. The buses also start from this point. 2. Hotel provides a travel card which works in most of the buses, except the ones which go to Füssen Ziegelwies. 3. There is free parking in P4. 4. Breakfast has several options, esp. Scrambled eggs, sausage and bacon. 5. Rooms are clean and spacious. One of our room had a good view. 6. The noise insulation seems to good as we were not disturbed by neighboring rooms or from outside. 7. Wifi works perfectly fine. 8. Plenty of restaurants nearby and also Netto is in the basement.

1. The hotel is 4 star and leaves more to be desired. Overall it has an old style. 2. We had mixed experience with staff especially during check in. A simple clarification or answer to Parking would have helped. 3. A small fridge in the room will be helpful.

Everyone seems to complain about the parking garage, but I think the real problem is the way people park. Sure SUV and a larger car is impossible, with a regular car, you can go in and park but the way people park inside is crazy. Everyone taking two spots, parking sideways, I think someone should go down there and put fines on people that park like this because it is impossible to find a proper parking spot like this.

The staff was very kimd and professional, great location and the facility offered spa and gym in the night rate. The breakfast was great.

The maquette or room in general was full of dust. The maquette in particular did not look clean. My partner and I accused allergic like reactions every time we were entering in the room, sneezing no stop. The symptoms were disappearing when we were leaving the room

Strategic location, 2 min walk from Fussen train station and bus station. Bus station is where you can take bus no.73 or no.78 to Neuschwanstein Castle. Hotel provides vouchers where you could use for bus and discounts in some of the museums, this is very thoughtful and convenient! Hotel is located very near to the town itself, Would definitely choose to stay here again in the future. The hotel is very clean and cozy, Hotel staffs are friendly and helpful

Good Breakfast Friendly staff

Parking was not so nice, too small for the amount of cars. Exiting parking was stressful with the snow, every time we leave it takes some time. The driveway is too narrow and the snow builds up on the exit so we kept getting stuck. It was not only us, our room overlooked the exit of parking and every car trying to leave would struggle. Also very dangerous for pedestrians because you have to get speed to exit and you cannot see if anyone is walking there or if a car is coming. This exit should be maintained and cleaned more often in the snow.

Hendrich, the receptionist, was exceptional! He assisted us with parking the car because the parking lot is quite narrow and tight. The service overall was excellent. The breakfast was good but had limited hot options for non meat eaters. The location is awesome.

The room was a little odd as it had a slanting roof. The one bed was under the slanting roof so when getting in and out of the bed was a challenge. The slanting roof also extended to the bathroom so you cannot stand upright when showering without knocking your head on the slant. It was an uncomfortable way to shower.

Parking on site, good breakfast, helpful staff, good location, close to city centre and bus stop to go to Neuschwanstein Castle. Free Füssen card I got at the reception on arrival.

There could be air condition in the room. The street outside is quite noisy, hard to sleep with open window. Despite that the room was very comfortable.

The location is excellent. The hotel is very nice, just a wee tad old fashioned in decor and appearance but it is clean and the staff were very friendly. The breakfast was excellent and the room was clean and comfortable.

A plug beside your bed for charging the phone etc is quite essential these days and this was not available in our room.

Loacation is great, great , great, close to train station , Bus stop to Castle and city's downtown. The Room's comfortable. The Breafast's great. ** confirm ** The staffs're friendly and helpful. They're busy but try to help.

This's tiny problem. it's only one small thing for my dislike. The hotel's close to read and city downtown. Then we can hear some people noice from window. However, the windows are good enough to shut the noice down however it mean we couldn't open them for air ventilation. *** But don't worry it's very tiny problem.

Everything was nice. We were given the Honeymoon suite for unknown reasons and it was lovely after a long travel day. Bathroom was excellent, room size was exceptional. An excellent landing for what is an extended stay for us. No A/C which was of no consequence due to the location in the mountains. Six windows made for a very nice breeze even on the rain days.

The refrigerator did not work.
