Breakfast was delicious, a good variety to choose from. The evening cocktails were also delicious. Staff very friendly. Loved the free welcome gutscheins. The view from our room was just stunning.

This was our second visit, we enjoyed our stay but we noticed some changes from the first visit. They removed the fan we had in our room the first time. The fan was much needed as the temperatures were in the high 80s to low 90s degree Fahrenheit every day. The room was very warm. Also there was a stench oder from shower that should be looked into, makes the room have a slight bad smell.

The hotel looks qaint on the outside and this doesn't stand out in the beautiful environment, but on the inside it's bigger then you'd expect and very contemporary. Having breakfast overlooking the lake with the Zugspitze in the background, just makes you feel rich, and I don't even mean merely money-rich. I got spoiled the first few days, always finding parking in the underground parking in the hotel and had to park one evening 400 meters further, but still on hotel owned parking spot. Talk about champagne problems...

Absolutely nothing.

Even though the two rooms we booked were on the Land Haus side, it was really nice to still have access to a small viewing balcony to see the yard of the hotel and the beautiful mountain views. The location was very convenient as we enjoyed walking to and from the train station along two different paths that brought us through the town and the surrounding natural landscape. With so much variety, breakfast was very tasty and the location right by Lake Badersee with the morning sunshine coming through the window made it even better.

Since we arrived in the evening to check in, we were unable to eat dinner at the restaurant in the hotel. It would have been nice to have reception provide some concrete options for where we could get dinner closer to town or buy some food at a grocery store.

Hotel Am Badersee is an absolutely stunning place, nestled in such a beautiful and serene setting. The experience was made even more special by the friendly and attentive staff, especially Anisha, our food server, who went out of her way to make sure we had everything we needed. Her warmth and helpfulness added a unique touch to the stay. The combination of breathtaking surroundings and exceptional service truly made our time here unforgettable. Highly recommend this gem for anyone seeking a peaceful and welcoming getaway

Great location, short drive to must-see tourist locations. Quiet and peaceful area, and bonus, free parking. Friendly staff, excellent selection in the breakfast and dinner buffets, fantastic spa services. Beautiful bar with large selection of cocktails and other liquors. Spacious room with great view from balcony. Good layout of bathroom and separate toilet. I enjoyed the stay very much.

There is nothing wrong with the hotel except the value for money The interior looks great Very good breakfast.

Spa doesn't have jacuzzi, pool or any other warm water facility The hotel looks spectacular on the interior, but the rooms are small. To summarise it in a nutshell, they invest very much in the hotel looks and architecture, but not that much for tourists comfort.

We loved the location of the hotel. We especially LOVED the view from our room. It was breathtaking. Breakfast buffet was amazing. The delicious cocktails at the bar to close out our evening was also a highlight. All staff members were very friendly and professional. We overall enjoyed everything about our stay here and HIGHLY recommend it and WILL DEFINITELY go back.

The bed mattress could have been a little more firmer for our backs.

Gorgeous property right on a lake. Very comfortable rooms, well planned and relaxing bed. Breakfast had good variety and taste. Worth it. Loved this hotel, will definitely stay again. Plenty of walking paths and cycling paths around the forested area.

there was no tea/coffee in the rooms. You can’t hire cycles from them.

Serene location, beautiful lake view, fantastic food, specially desert at the end of dinner is awesome. Though I am halal food eater, I didn’t find any difficulty regarding food. Morning breakfast used to be fantastic which keeps you going for the whole day. Dinner starts at 6 pm and the spread is awesome. Every day variety of fish, vegetarian food and much more to offer. Friendly staff, clean hotel, nice gym to workout and then nice tea at the sauna station. You can have a nice view of lake, sit with loved ones on the bench which is next to lake. If you are hiker and love to do sports, there you go, you can go for hiking and enjoy your evening.

The Badersee behind the hotel was a great view and place to relax and enjoy the nature. You could also enjoy the view while having your breakfast from the terrace of the hotel. One could easily get to Lake Eibsee by bus which was just a few steps away from the hotel. Everything was clean and the hotel staff was very kind and helpful which sums up that it was a very good service. We loved the sauna and the huge lounge. Not to forget the amazing choice of breakfast you had there, just yummy!

The only thing missing was a mini refrigerator and/or small kitchen or just a kettle with tea and coffee. Therefore I find it a little too expensive.
