The hotel's reception was open 24/7, and it was a lifesaver. My room was a duplex and equipped with everything I needed. It was very clean. The location was also quite central. Also, they respond to messages very quickly. I was very satisfied and would definitely recommend it.

My room was a bit cold. I can say that was the only thing I didn't like. It would be much better if they made sure the rooms were warm.

The apartment is quite compact and has everything you need for your stay. Kitchenette is a plus. It's cozy and close to the tram stations. It is located near the center so the commute to the city center was not a problem. The staff is really friendly and even allowed me to complete my work call by allowing me to check out late. Breakfast is adequate. It is worth every penny we are paying for.

A very unusual hotel type room on two floors with a tiny kitchen and living room and bathroom plus twin bedroom. Clean. Comfortable. Lovely to have space and could make tea and coffee. Staff very happy to secure bikes in garage. Would recommend for Rhine cycled touring. Bit of a walk to centre but we quite liked that. Karlsruhe is lovely with a lovely night scene.

Not doable if you have Balance issues on the stairs. Very steep and like a ladder. But we managed fine.

The surprise balcony and kitchenette were a real treat. The huge windows were also excellent - facilitated in no doubt by the having a balcony.

I didn't like the low stocking of coffee - I appreciate it might be a bit difficult to manage, but maybe having the number of sachets for the number of days the guest is in the room for might be a good idea.

The location is accessible and there is a kitchenette so with our long stay, we were able to cook.

The bathroom is a little small it's a little difficult to move, I bumped my arms many times while drying after shower.

The hotel is located in the city centre close to restaurants, public transportation, nice neighbourhood. Parking available on the street, however in a limited amount or times. The hotel provides, yet for a surcharge, garage parking, which we used and found it very convenient. The room is clean and cozy. Breakfast with a much wider variety as one would expect given the rather simple/spartan visual impression of the building itself.

In both rooms we had had the bed on a small upper floor with steep stairs to get there. the "living room" in the lower floor with a cupboard and table really missed a sofa, which, however, would not fit in given the size of the room. Logic of the room layout is somewhat less practical, all your stuff (cupboard) is on the lower floor and to change clothes, you have to either hide in the bathroom or be quite well visible through not opaque enough curtains. For a longer stay I would definitely look for something else. You can notice that the building is not the newest and windows would definitely improve by changing the gaskets. Noise from outside passes through almost as the barrier were not there. Yet the neighbourhood is rather quiet.

The room was very simple, but perfectly ok for a short stay. I can give a plus point because it was very clean and the staff at the reception really friendly. I would totally suggest this place for short visits.

The place is simply fantastic and I don't need to look for anywhere else when next I visit Karlsruhe. Just everything and more of what I wanted. Thanks

I didn't try the breakfast, but next time I will. My colleague did and I think more varieties should be made available for breakfast. Also TV station should have some international channels for news and sports.

Everything in general. Miss Demuth's attention was wonderful. I have had a health problem and she has helped me find a hospital, a doctor. Truly impressive education and kindness.
