A woman in the reception was amazing. Kind, friendly, and very helpful. I love it a lot. She's the best in this hotel. The size of the room was very nice. Comfortable bed and shower. Everything is absolutely the same as at photos. Safe in the room. Separate heating for shower and room. I was pleased with the presence of a hair dryer in the bathroom. The curtains are beautiful, they do not let the light through at all. Great for a good night's sleep.

The toilet there was too high, and it was uncomfortable to use it. Our feet were in the air all the time. For sure, it's not for people less than 165 sm xD Cleaning wasn't great. As there were no sleepers, we needed to walk in the room in the same shoes we wear outside. After first night cleaners didn't do anything with floor, it was same dirty when mlwe came. The next day, no one came at all. Sign was outside the room before 1 as it should. The room was really cold. We needed to sleep with the open bathroom door as there heating works great. Room heating was not enough even though we tried it on maximum. Also, someone opened the door in our room while we were in bed. It was a bit weird and disappointing. But we had no chance to see who it was.

The room was clean, comfortable and well equipped. I've liked fridge in room, coffee with teapot, fan for conditioning. The location it perfect for visiting center and traveling with train.

No any ventilation in the room, it was too hot at night. The door and window look into very narrow yard - unpleasant place actually and quite noisy.

The staff was exceptionally friendly and accommodating, making us feel welcome. The hotel's location is a major plus, situated in the heart of Cologne and within walking distance to all the famous landmarks. We particularly enjoyed the easy, five-minute stroll to the iconic Cologne Cathedral. Our room, while a bit on the smaller side, was equipped with all the necessary amenities, which we appreciated. We were aware of the room size beforehand, so it wasn't an issue for us. The hotel's proximity to the city's attractions made it a perfect base for exploring Cologne. We could easily walk to restaurants, shops, and historical sites. Additionally, there is paid parking available nearby, which was convenient for us. Overall, our stay at Hotel Innception was pleasant and convenient. The excellent location, friendly staff, and well-maintained amenities made it a memorable experience. We would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and centrally-located place to stay in Cologne.

room is a bit small but accommodating. seems like many night club nearby. but it was after new year. and all of them were closed

Fantastic location. The staff were lovely – they even upgraded our room for free. The room was spacious and clean, and it was well equipped with a kettle, tea, coffee, water, and a fan. We had some minor issues with the hot water, but the staff were very attentive and did their best to help us sort it out. Due to its central location, some may find it a bit noisy at night if the room faces the street, but we didn’t have any problems with it when the windows were closed.

We stayed one night and were warmly welcomed by the friendly front desk staff. After mentioning we were in town for a wedding, we were offered early check-in and a complimentary room upgrade—such a lovely gesture! The hotel is super central, with lots going on outside at night. It can be a bit lively, but once the windows are closed, it’s completely quiet. The bed was large and very comfortable, and there are parking garages just around the corner. Would definitely stay again!

We did not have breakfast in the hotel obviously, but, we were eternally grateful for the coffee/tea making facilities in the room. We also liked the fact that the hotel is very central, and in fact we were able to walk from the station to the hotel. The staff were very friendly and very helpful. We really had nothing to fault. We will recommend this hotel to family and /or friends.

We only had a small complaint re the TV in our room as we could not find any stations. This may have been our fault as we are not sure whether we could work the TV in the room properly or not.

The staff was really helpful, polite and welcoming and the room, albeit quite small, was very clean, pleasantly warm, with a spacious, comfy and soft (but not too soft) bed and a small fridge. The bathroom was medium-sized but the shower cabin was simply great! The Friesenplatz station is a mere 2-minutes walk, there is a Rewe supermarkt right across the street and a Burger King less than 5 minutes away. The surrounding area is safe and you can have a very pleasant 15-minute walk to the Kölner Dom. I highly recommend this hotel, I will totally visit again!

The cleaning staff could be more quiet with their music, but apart from that I have nothing else to add.

We received a free upgrade when we came to check in, which was a nice surprise. The room was a little small but comfortable. It was very clean. Beds and chairs soft. There was water, tea and coffee prepared as a welcome packet.

The room was very stuffy with no air conditioner. Opening the windows didn't help. The bathroom also didn't have any fan or window, so taking a shower felt more like a sauna. Also not entirely hotels fault, but it's located on a pretty busy street, so it was a bit noisy during the night.

Location was excellent - 100m from the U-bahn. Clean and tidy. Staff very friendly. A most acceptable boutique hotel.

There is no curtain/blind on the window, which is okay if you can sleep in a bright light - I can't. It's in the nightclub strip and so can be somewhat noisy after midnight. I'd been there previously and so took an eye-shade and ear plugs which completely solved the problems.
