The room was very bright, colorful, and clean. The breakfast was spot on, not that many things but great quality and sweet and salty options.

There was no way to keep the door of the bathroom open (no window in the bathroom). I didn't find an iron in the room which I needed for my shirts. The price was just too much even for a last-minute booking.

Very clean, new, modern and bright hotel with very comfortable rooms and all very clean and tidy. Excellent location just a 15 min walk from Konstanz station and main town area.

The room was large and spacious. The hotel is located close to the Bodensee Forum, hence making it very convenient. I guess the outstanding aspect of the hotel were the friendly staff

The first day, I (and also my colleague in another room) had problems with the heater/AC. The room was very stuffy and hot. So I had to switch on the AC (in otherwise chilly weather condition outside). Unfortunately, none of the hotelier staff members could fix the issue as they were not well versed with the technology. The system heats but cant cool :( Anyway this was the major and the only issue I have had but full-credits to the staff in trying to resolve the problem

Our duplex suite was a good size, very clean and looked new/recently refurbished. It was well soundproofed so there was no traffic or other noise. Breakfast was included and was excellent, with plenty of choice. We were able to park on site which was helpful.

The location was OK - it looked unprepossessing at first as it is on a main road next to a roundabout and surrounded by modern commercial buildings. It is not beside the water, but it's a very short walk to the river and about a 10-15 min walk from Konstanz Old Town and the harbour. It is probably more peaceful for being slightly away from the centre, so not necessarily a negative. The air conditioning didn't cool the whole room very effectively (?the thermostat was too close to the aircon unit). The sofa bed wasn't great - as a bed it was very squeaky and as a sofa the bottom cushions kept sliding off.

The decor of the hotel and in the bedroom is really peaceful, done with taste. Great style and colors. Room was very quiet, spotless and huge. We got an upgrade for the studio that we really appreciated.They had a beautiful Xmas tree in the Lobby that made us feel at home. Very good healthy breakfast too. The parking underground is a real plus for 12€ a day and you can walk to the old town in 10 min only, crossing a beautiful park.

The hotel was excellent, modern, clean and with spacious rooms! The staff was very polite and friendly! We requested a parking spot well in advanced and they saved it for us in front of the door. The breakfast was also excellent. The location was just amazing, next to the beach, one minute away from the bridge that takes you into old town.

The only disadvantage I can point out, is more an advantage, which was badly communicated. As per local government policy, all people who stay in hotels in the region are given free public transport cards for the region. However, as this was not communicated before our arrival, we made different plans, which did not permit us to use these cards. If we had known this in advance, we would have made plans to use the cards.

I liked the fact that the room is quite new, clean, modern, good furniture, beautiful furnishings, I liked the breakfasts, very nice breakfast table, the staff was polite, I think the hotel is 4*, I also liked the good attitude of the staff, the staff of the hotel provided my mobile with everything I needed, plus they also gave me a room for the dog

Very good location: close to Bodensee and swimming spots, Old Town just across the bridge. Helpful and friendly staff. Nice rooms with air conditioning and soundproof windows. Breakfast was good and with lot of choices even if you arrived there late. Lot of books and magazines about Konstanz and Bodensee in the lobby so you can get ideas for your trip.

Maybe a bit expensive but as Konstanz was fully sold out it was not a surprise. We were happy that someone had cancelled booking and we were able to stay in the hotel (and stay in Konstanz).
