Clean, comfortable, new and convenient. Easy and fast check-in. No more check-out necessary. There is a nice pub/restaurant (Lindbergh) and a great gym, both in the airport area just across the road from the hotel.

The windows of the rooms don't open completely despite the fact that it is only a 3 floors building. I understand it is a safety feature... The location is a little remote.

I loved the breakfast very good variety and healthy. I loved the staff and their friendliness and the house keeping service was excellent as well. Very thankful!

Great location, easy access from main junctions and plenty of parking. Friendly, helpful staff who converse in English. Clean, comfortable and functional rooms. Key pad front door and room door access allowing freedom to come and go as well as security. The option to add breakfast is available which is nice.

Super easy to get to SAP Arena. Rail car right out front. Staff super helpful upon check in. Breakfast was yummy.

Parking full when we arrived. However, easy parking across street under bridge. Just had to navigate how to enter parking.

Quiet location, well served by public transportation to Mannheim and Heidelberg, comfortable bed, free parking. Close to the motorway.

The shower didn't have any shelf to put a shampoo or soap and two people won't fit at the same time in the bathroom. The breakfast room was overcrowded (the reception organised several shifts to ease the problem).

Clean, tidy and a cracking sleep / bed after a long journey. In addition breakfast was simple but just right. No complaints and we would stay at this and any other b+b hotel without hesitation. It did what it said on tin, and it did it well. Thank you.

I loved how friendly and helpful the guy at the reception was! The rooms were clean and quiet, once you close the window, there is no street noise and you can't hear other guests. Very easy check-in, check-out was not required, so we just left when we were ready. There are no keys, but a code to open your room, which is good because you don't need to worry about losing it or think who has the key if you split.

A room to heat up food or make tea would be nice to have. The location is near the airport, quite far from the city, but the city is small and we attended a concert at the SAP Arena, so for that it was perfect!

The locations is good. It's a couple of minutes away from Maimarkt hall, if you have "business" there. I also loved the late checkout (until 12h)

The parking is behind the building and in the evening it can be full. We managed to park at the side of the parking spaces (next to a fence).

The room had a problem with the heating. Breakfast only had warm boiled eggs as a cooked option.
