What stood out the most was the exceptional service: the staff consistently demonstrated flexibility and professionalism, always ready to adapt to any request with a smile. The room was impeccably clean and well maintained throughout the stay, and even small issues were resolved quickly and efficiently. I particularly appreciated the courtesy and problem-solving attitude of the team, who went above and beyond to make our experience comfortable and stress-free. Highly recommended for both business and leisure stays.

Highly recommended a preferred rate for clients parking downstairs

After booking very last minute, everything was superb. The check in was smooth, the room very clean, the airco (on a 33 degrees Celsius day) was working really well, the beds perfectly comfortable, the shower had a good pressure and the breakfast phenomenal! The location is great as well, being in the city center. Staff really professional and hard working.

Although almost sound proof, the cars outside (the show-offs with expensive, fast cars), were somewhat annoying. The hotel doesn't have their own parking spot, and we paid 15 euro's to park between 15:15 and 10:00.

Breakfast was very good, the choice of breakfast teas was excellent, probably the best I have seen. It would have been good to have a simple filter coffee option. The breakfast room is excellent. The terrace looks as if it is wonderful in warmer weather.

The coffee/tea maker in tgd room was difficult to understand, there were no instructions, it looked very simple but I had no idea what buttons to press. The coffee pods simply fell through and disappeared.

The Hotel is located in a great location - in the center, but closer to the Water tower. So not in the busier/dirtier part of the center. The Hotel is a bit old with outdated interior design, but it works. The staff is nice and always allows early Check-in (so far).

We booked a room with a Queen bed, but got a room with two full beds :/ It is never possible to know if Check-in can be available before hand - not even for a fee. It is quite inconvenient as there were times I arrived hours before check in and couldn't plant the day.

Perfect localization, close to main market, room very clean, beautiful and comfortable bathroom, very comfortable bed, easy way to set up perfect temperature in room, big range of products for breakfest, very tasty coffee, in rooms small device to make coffee or tea. Staff very nice-when I was at Mannheim, it was rainy, so there was no problem to borrow umbrella.

Lack of dedicated parking, hotel doesn't have its own parking-it was clear during booking hotel-parking below grundfloor is extra paid, and places for parking are very, very narrow

The hotel is more than wonderful and beautiful and the supervisors of the reception are very nice and polite and they helped us a lot The place is very beautiful, quiet, clean and spacious, the bed is very comfortable, the rooms are spacious, the bathrooms are clean and spacious, I loved very much staying in it and wanted to extend my stay, but unfortunately I don't have time What I liked the most was the cooperation of the receptionist She was very nice

The staff at the front desk were very professional. Also a huge shout out to the women bar staff (don't remember her name). Many thanks to her for such an excellent and friendly service. The location is excellent and that's the main reason I chose to stay here.

Rooms are quite old and the decor is outdated. Also the carpet in the corridor was stinking. It would be great to strip it out and get rid of it. There is construction happening on both sides of the building and it starts at 7am every day (weekdays). So if you're a light sleeper, then it might bother you. The pillows could also be better (not a great fan of what was offered).

Perfect location in the middle of the city, really accessible. Facilities were also super nice, very clean, neat and tidy. They also had free coffee and some ice cream/cookies at the reception and such things costs minimal to a hotel chain but create loyal customers Rooms were also quite large and clean. Staff was super polite and helpful.

Nothing at all in particular, everything was great!

Friendly and responsive reception. Clean comfortable room with enough moving room for 3 adults plus luggage. Comfortable beds and pillows. Bathroom sink had counter space for toiletry bag. Delicious breakfast buffet with excellent service and a bonus view of trees. Location is great. A popular city attraction is a few blocks away as well as abundant shops and restaurants .

There is a public parking garage conveniently under the property. Confusing on how to get to hotel entrance from there.

Very quiet and decent hotel in the very centre of Mannheim, very good breakfast buffet, served daily from 6:30 hours, well arranged room with comfortable arm chair and very good bed. The hotel can be reached in 15l minutes on foot from the main station.

The Wifi was very unstable, close to unusable. I got the explanation that the hotel had two Wifi networks with one and the same login procedure?? In any case, this was the only remarkable minus.
