Location is perfect if you plan to travel by train. The room was nice and quiet.

Be very careful!!! I was contacted by someone pretending to be a hotel employee in the Booking app chat. Oddly enough, he/she knew all the details of my Inc reservation. room price. I was asked to verify my card. Everything seemed authentic and I ended up being charged €270... Now I'm trying to get that amount back from Booking.com.

Great location, comfortable bed and room temperature. Hotel staff was really friendly, helpful and professional. I especially liked the fact they did everything to make my stay as nice as possible, and the daily happy hour from 17-19 was a very nice touch.

I arrived on Sunday, but my room was not cleaned on Monday or Tuesday, only on Wednesday, after which I was only staying 1 more night checking out on Thursday. To me, this seemed a bit pointless, as it would have made more sense to maybe only clean the room right in the middle of the 4 night stay, so after 2 nights/on Tuesday instead of Wednesday. One of the new towels I received was still damp/wet.

The facility was clean and quiet. I like the soundproofing facility. The train outside could only be barely heard. The bed and pillow were very comfortable. I would recommend Premier Inn for long-term stay.

It's close to the Bus station, but 500 meters from the Train station! And there was a construction nearby. There's a huge parking lot, but unfortunately, I arrived by train.

The large room which had a comfortable double bed. One day I also had the breakfast to go, which was a very nice touch, as I only wanted to drink a coffee and eat some porridge. I would like to warmly thank the member of staff who made this possible. The location is very convenient, as it is within walking distance of the city centre, the bus & train station and the university. Overall, I really like(d) the Premier Inn, which is a great choice

There wasn't anything I didn't like. As already stated, staff were really nice and professional.

The rooms are not cleaned every day if you have a long stay and when the room was cleaned it was not a thorough job. If you run out of supplies like toilet paper you have to go down to the reception to ask for more.

The breakfast had a great selection. Everything looked and tasted fresh. Team members kept every thing well stocked and clean. The room has everything one needs. The selection of lights allowed for all the right ambient. The bar offered just what I needed. The meals offered were enjoyable.

Get rid of the carpets. They are hard to clean and to keep sanitized. Honestly they look gross.

I recently stayed at this hotel ( We was the group of 32 peoples, kids and adults :) ) and everything was absolutely perfect! The food was delicious, fresh. The rooms were very clean, comfortable. The hotel staff was friendly, helpful, and always ready to assist with anything we needed. I truly had a wonderful experience and I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great place to stay. I would love to come back again!

A new hotel recently build, helpful and nice staff along with comfortable beds and well organised rooms. Good location near station and city.

They didn’t have safe in the room or a fridge and could keep any food in their fridge. May be maintenance over time will be lacking. Breakfast spread was good but not extraordinary. Nearby a new housing complex under construction brought some noise in the morning.

I liked it all from the check-in to the room. The lobby is welcoming and the hotel new. Staff is very nice, professional but with a personal touch and not stuffy. The Portuguese speaking receptionist was sweet. Elevator requires key access which is good for security. Price was really good for the room booked. Room was very bright and had a great bathroom. Beds were nice as were the duvets. Beds might be too soft for some. TV had ample channels but only BBC as an english channel but I am assuming Mannheim does not get many English speaking guests. It is walkable from the main train station.

Like everywhere, I always recommend a fridge be placed in the rooms and when I say fridge I do not mean those awful minibar fridges.

The hotel is brand new. The room and bathroom were very clean and comfortable. Very close to the central train station. Even though the window was facing railways, the room was very quiet. I loved the bed - big and very comfortable. Welcoming staff.

There was an odor of cigarette smoke in the bathroom. I complained at the reception and they promised to check. After that the odor was less but did not dissapear completely. Not sure about the reason. It was the only issue though. Otherwise, everything was excellent.
