Basic apartment very close to central station. It was easy to get around Munich using public transport. There was a supermarket within 100 metres. The bed was comfortable, wifi good and the tv had English channels.

The owner had an office on site which we eventually found but there were no information notices anywhere. There is a laundry but we had to explore the building to find it.

The loction is perfect, a few steps from Main Train Station. The flat was clean, the kitchen had enough appliances to cook bassic food (which was perfect for me). I made a confusion andset the check-out date as 1 day befor of what should be. The stafff instructed how to extend for the additional day without problems.

The pillows could be more confortable, they were too big, but too soft. The view from the window was not pleasant: it was for the back interspace from the buildings, which there was a net fitted to avoid pigeons (a lot of them!) to rest close to the windows, but 2 of them got stuck in that net and were dead, really close to the window. I stayed there for 5 days and they were there since the first day, god knows since when. The staff could have removed them.

The location is very convenient just a walk away from central train station. The rooms are spacious. They also provide cooking utensils with the kitchenette so you can cook if you want. Staff are also very friendly.

The great location adjacent to the Hauptbahnhof and the Lufthansa airport bus, spacious quiet room no. 41 with separate kitchen, the accommodating and courteous housekeeping service every third day with change of towels, rubbish removal, coffee capsules replenishment, the pleasant reception individual who I only met once in the laundry room and who kindly explained how to use the coin-operated washing machine and dryer, the room lighting and electrical sockets.

We had a hard time locating the button to switch on the a/c and I had to message the property who quickly messaged back advising the button location in German (fortunately I understand some German😁) so can I kindly suggest that they leave sticker instructions above the a/c switch box near the entrance door. Additionally, the room door code access sometimes got stuck and we had to retry the code a few times to open the door. We did not experience any problem accessing the main door to the property.

The location of the hotel is great because it is across from the train station but this does mean that it is very busy around there and sometimes a bit rough but that didnt bother us at all. The facilities at the train station were great so that was handy. The apartment was so central. The rooms were very big and spacious. Well equiped for what we needed. We didnt intend to do any cooking but so handy to have a fridge for keeping drinks cold and nibbles. The beds were so comfy and bathrooms very spacious. We would definitely recommend this hotel and we will be back again. We loved Munich and all it had to offer.

Good communication about check in pre arrival. Self check in was very easy. Perfect central location for all forms of transport. We got a group train ticket to the main station that was the cheapest way, we had less than 5 mins walk to the apartment from the station. Inside it had everything we needed. We loved having the kitchenette to be able to save money on buying salad and pastries etc. fridge for keeping drinks cold. Even though it was 30 degrees on some days the apartment still felt airy with lots of windows to open if you don’t like air con. We were a party of 3 and there was ample space and storage. The shower was hot and powerful, clean and towels changed every 2-3 days. The public transport system is so easy to use and good value. I downloaded phone apps mvv and db and we made full use of trains, trams buses and underground. M5 tickets were enough to visit from the airport but m2-3 is more than enough to visit most tourists areas and literally all 4 forms of transport are on the Batu doorstep. There was usual city noise and business but it was not enough to disturb our sleep. There was no noise from other rooms or corridors, it felt very private. We used the lift as we were on the 4th floor and appreciated having the use of this.

I can’t think of anything we’d change. Would definitely stay here again

Great location for an extended stay, right next to the main train station and a short walk to the main touristic centre. Comfortable and well set up studio with a separate kitchen. The people were very helpful though you didn’t get to see them. Online check-in was smooth and seamless even though I was concerned about it.

No wine glasses, and no hand soap. I’ve never had accommodation without hand soap before, it isn’t something travellers carry with them.

Location is very good. There is a tram right across the road, and the U/S Bahn station is just 20 meters away. There are plenty of grocery stores and restaurants within 5 minutes of walking. Apartment is clean and well organized. Check-in & Check-out are very smooth - everything is automated, never have to wait in line or talk to a human.

The AC was not working, and it would get quite warm inside, despite it being cool outside. Opening the windows is not an option as it was quite smelly outside. There were a couple of dead pigeons right outside the window.

Location is perfect, very close to everything, 10 min to Marienplatz by feet, using main city transport you can reach wherever you want directly or just with one transfer. Communication with hotel was very good, they helped to park a car really close to the hotel with a good discount. Personnel was very friendly and helpful, registration online super, you get codes from the entrance and code lock of your room door. There's everything necesary in the room: microwave, fridge, dishwasher, necessary kitchen stuff. Plus capsule coffemachine in the living room, very nice to have coffee looking out your window to the city center. There's a safe to store your documents and valuables. Everything was clean and nice. Near there're several supermarkets, cafe and restaurants, even more in the center.

A little noisy outside, especially on Fridays and Saturdays, but you have to be ready for this if you stay in the center, especially near train station. A bit stuffy in the room because it was hot outside and air conditioner still was not allowed until summer.

Everything worked very well, and the staff was helpful and responded fast. The hotel is very simple and basic, so I didn't expect much, but the beds were very comfortable, and everything worked great: the shower, the toilet, the air conditioner, the internet, the kitchen equipment. There is no 24-hour reception but staff was very responsive and helpful. The location is right near the railway station: not the most beautiful place, but very convenient for day trips. Considering such a noisy location it was very quiet inside, but then we were on the 5th floor.
