We stay in B&B hotels a lot, and this one was great. Easy check in, welcoming staff and a clean room. Parking available but also free parking on the street just outside, which was a great option.

We stayed for three nights, and you do start feeling like we could do with some bigger pillows and a slightly bigger room. But it's great for a short stay. This one is a little far from the city centre, but we liked that it was so close to the English Garden. Easy linked by the tram, but also an easy e-scooter ride from the city.

The hotel was a good price for Munich and it actually exceeded our expectations. It looks like a pretty generic hotel and it is, however, unlike many generic hotels, it is very clean, and the rooms have a generous amount of space. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom was clean and functioned perfectly. I really liked having a single code to access the underground garage and our room (it was nice not to have to mess around with a key or key card).

Nice room and bathroom, everything was clean. We were on the 5th floor so not a lot of noise from the avenue. In general we were very please with our stay. Getting to the center take about 25 minutes, (10 min walking and then metro). There are also buses but we didn't use them. The spar on the basement of the building is 24h so it's very convenient.

Finding stuff to ask questions etc was quite hard, even on check in times you can't always find someone in the reception. They also did not reply to my messages in the booking chat. If you want a late check out try to ask them way in advance because if you don't they will deny you. Location wise: For solo fem travelers keep in mind that the metro is a 10 min walk and even though I don't think it's dangerous, it can be quite spooky at night because it's dark and you have to pass under a bridge.

This hotel was a great choice for our short trip. It’s conveniently located close to the train, making it easy to get into the city. Having parking available was a huge plus and made our stay hassle-free. The room was small but functional and suited our needs perfectly for a brief stay. The best thing is that the hotel has a good check-in and the check-out. Next added value is the private indoor parking which is important if you rent a car and you need a safe place for the car. The breakfast is good. Vending machine for drinks and snacks in the lobby. Public transport U-bahn station is nearby. There is 24/7 gas station /store next to the hotel which is very useful. Quick access to A99 if you plan day trips. Rooms are good for couples. Very comfortable beds.

We arrived outside of the hours for check-in and were still able to reach someone to help us check in. We booked a family room and it said that they had us in a twin room. We were indeed in a family room and the person who greeted us confirmed that...thank you so much for this! The family room was big enough for three of us who were attending a concert at Zenith. 20 minutes walk from Zenith and right above a McDonald's. Perfect for this! I would not stay here if not for this reason as it is too far out of the city (in my opinion). With that said, every time I go to Zenith I will be staying there! Hotel is clean, easy to find, great staff , everything you need for a night.

very clean, really like the doors with the pin pad. whole checkin process was very smooth with a text giving you your room number and door code. hot showers, comfy bed and tv. brilliant place to stay during oktoberfest loved the mcdonalds and petrol garage shop below the hotel, perfect for late night/early morning food & drink checkout process very simple - just walk out

I loved the possibility for self-check in, the location was perfect, especially for football fans who want to visit the Arena stadium. Just under it was a gas station and shop open 24/7, useful if you need something last minute.

We would have appreciated a mini-fridge or something, because our daughter still drinks milk in the evening.

The check-in process is completed on computers at reception and was super easy to complete (there are people to help if need be). We were able to get into our room early as it was available which was an added bonus! The room itself is super modern, very spacious and super comfy. The bathroom was a little tighter but very lovely, clean and modern as well. The location of the place is a little further outside of Munich centre, however its a 10minn walk from a metro station which will get you to the centre in 10mins. Its also very close to the north end of Englischer Garten, which is very lovely to check out.

Professional and kind staff, very supportive. Very clean rooms, comfortable bed. Good WiFi. Even if the hotel is close to the gas station, and to the road, it is quiet and you can sleep. It is perfect for business if you do not want or need to be in the city center. Very well connected by bus and metro to the center (20 minutes). Breakfast complete: fruit, cereal, salty, bread, good coffee.

Nothing specially, everything was fine. Expectations covered.
