The location was excellent, though we didn't explore the park justly we could tell that it was lovely and worth visiting, the area behind the hotel was very convenient as it had a huge Rewe and many stores (apotheke, cafe, bakery, restaurant..etc) I strongly recommend you visit the bakery for breakfast, the freshly baked goods and coffee are fantastic. It is also a serene area with lots of greens and benches to sit. The staff at the hotel were helpful and cooperated when we asked to change our rooms for rooms with a view. Thumbs up.

There was no minibar, no telephone (room to room calls, room to reception calls) no iron/ironing board, the housekeeping was on request not daily as in other hotels.

BW Arabellapark has nice rooms with excellent staff. We have stayed here 3 times for a total of about 14 nights. The breakfast is great, but a little pricey; there is an excellent bakery in the plaza behind the hotel that has great prices and is open all week for a bfast alternative. The Arabellapark U4 subway is about 500 meters from the hotel and runs directly to the Oktoberfest grounds when it is happening. The area around the hotel is very clean and seems very safe. There is a great Italian restaurant nearby as well (Rohn Bistro). Also a grocery store (REWE) about 400 meters - near the U-Bahn. Andy and Dema in the bar are fantastic (as is the rest of the staff)

I wish they had a small refrigerator in the rooms, but I think it is focused on business clientele.

This hotel is a real gem for a trip to Munich.

The location of the hotel is great, it is 300m from the ArabellaPark U bahn station, and then only 5 stops into the heart of the city. The area around the hotel is quiet and safe. There is a Rewe supermarket for all your snack/essential needs and the bakery in the square is superb. We ate breakfast there each day. The rooms were clean, spacious and comfortable. Good hot shower too. We were 3 adults and 2 children, we have been to Munich a few times - we had concerns that this hotel was a little far out and in an industrial area (visiting for Xmas markets so lots of choices fully booked) but our concerns were quickly erased and we wouldn't hesitate to book this hotel again.

We thought the breakfast seemed expensive, so we didn't book that. I'm sure it would have been very good though. There are plenty of good local options if you are on a budget.

The location was perfect for me. I wanted to stay a little out of the city where it is a bit quieter. The area around the hotel is very quiet with no major roads/trams/trains making noise. The staff were very friendly and pleasant on arrival. Checking in was really easy. The room was a nice size for a solo traveller, plenty of space. Room was spotless, facilities worked perfectly. Towels were soft. The bed was really comfy. The room was nice and warm and it did have air con but I didn't need this as it was quite cold when I was there. The U-Bahn station is about a 3 minute walk away and the city is easy to get into and out of on the U4 line. There is a couple of supermarkets nearby that were well stocked - but be aware they are shut on a Sunday.

An excellent hotel; clean and modern, with a quiet air about it. I really liked the balcony they gave me in the Business room, lovely for sitting out in the mornings. Nice busy square behind it (Rotenkavalierplatz) with several cafés and restaurants. Metro stop is very close by, about 15 mins ride to city centre on the metro-train. I highly recommend this hotel if you want somewhere quiet but not too far from the city centre. Good attentive staff too.

I didn't have a fridge in the room. Everything else was fine.

The room is clean and spacious. Comfy bed. Staffs are helpful and willing to assist. Easy check-in & check-out. Staff allow us to do early check-in. Air-con is working well. Parking is convenient, directly in front of the property, eur25/night. Suggest to inform hotel in advance to reserve parking spot. Or you can find free parking spot (if available) on the street just in front of the hotel but it was not available at the time we were there so i guess it is difficult to find a free spot there. Wifi is great. Bathroom is clean and the soap smell so good.

Quite a distance from city center, about 20-30 mins drive. Nearest underground train is about 10mins walk.

The service staff was very friendly, room was very clean, check in and check out not complicated at all, Ubahn is only a few minutes walking distance, there was a big Rewe and a few restaurants nearby, it was convenient to find all necessary stuff. A few words about room cleaning policy (to be environmental friendly), I like the fact of keeping environment friendly in mind, however things like a bar voucher, or even a small pack of fruits/snacks in case cleaning service is skipped could have been a better gesture for guests, otherwise it is really just feeling like you are doing this only for saving money.

We were traveling with car, unfortunately there were not enough parking lot when the hotel was fully booked, there are street parking nearby but with very limited availability. I was a bit puzzled with the cleanning staff on my last day, I did not order any room cleanning services for 3 days, and on the day leaving, I was expecting cleaning staff would only come after I check out, however he came 3 times as I was still in the room (around 10 a.m.), as if he was in a hurry to clean up my room. Not very pleasant appearance as well, as all 3 times he was not even waiting until I made a voice, the door was already opened, then quickly slammed.

Very clean. Allows late check in. Great neighbourhood with grocery stores and alot of restaurants. I to reuterate how clean and nice looking the hotel is. Amazing. Fast wifi that doent require captive log in. (So great for amazing firestick)

Not alot of plugs for charging in the rooms. They gave me half a bed even though i picked full bed. When i complained they said that is the bed the give for only one person. Also the duvet is soo small.

Very clean, bar was good with plenty of variety. The cake fridge went down a treat for some, breakfast area looked great although didn’t eat myself so unable to comment. Overall would stay again probably with family next time. As this visit was a weekend for the lads 👍

Was probably just the one member of staff behind bar one particular evening, looked as if he didn’t want to be there, a little rude not polite. But we all have our days I suppose.
