I like the modern nature of the property. Very up to date, and it reminded me of the Motel One properties with conveniencies in the room like USB plus, small refrigerator, ample lighting and lots of electrical outlets.

The rudeness of the front desk person at check-in. A gruff, 40-50 year old German man who didn't smile, say hello, demanded a passport, mumbled the breakfast hours and on to the next person. He reminded me of an old fashioned Soviet worker in the USSR. No service, unhappy, etc. Such an experience at check-in can ruin a guest's stay.

The continental buffet breakfast was amazing, I especially loved the pretzels as well as the boiled eggs and range of bread rolls, salad vegetables, ham, turkey, fruit, juice, tea. I really loved the lemon water and juice😀. The location was very conveniently near the bus depot for Flixbus, and wasn't too far from the inner city by public transport, nor too far from Nymphenburg Palace. It was relatively spacious and all I needed for really just sleeping there. The fridge was very convenient for keeping leftovers from dinner. The lift to my floor and so room was great and convenient for my wheeled luggage.

A microwave would have been amazing to heat up leftovers I used the fridge for, but that's just a nitpick.

This was a nice hotel with compact rooms that still had everything necessary for a comfortable stay. It was quiet and within walking distance to the main train station (Hbf). There were plenty of cafés and grocery stores nearby. A few metro stations were also close by, so getting to the city center was very convenient—though it was also possible to walk there by foot.

Very clean and modern furnitures, friendly and helpful staff as well as a great location with walking distance to main train station, Hackerbrücke S-Bahn station and the Theresienwiese

Everything was very tight. Small rooms, not more space then a bed and a small path to reach it. Bathroom can’t be entered if one person is in, no room for jackets, shoes etc…

The hotel is easy to get to from the shuttle bus from Memmingen, check in process was fast as the staff is very nice and do their job well. The bathroom is nice and spacious with a great shower. Very clean and nice breakfast buffet.

We did not dislike this, however keep in mind that the 1 bed rooms are smaller and it will be hard to unpack if you have a large suitcase. It is manageable if you are traveling light as you will have where to put your bag and unpack.

It's comfortable, breakfast selection is alright.

The older lady at the reception was rude. I could not understand nor speak German. She wanted me to fill something during check in. I missed one part to fill and she grunted, shook her head and angrily pointed out the line to fill. I said "you have to be patient with me because I don't understand nor speak your language". She then took a subtle tone after. The rest of the staffs at the breakfast buffet were wonderful. It also needs a bit more cleaning. The tiny fridge was not cleaned when I check in.

Location was good, the staff were very helpful and spoke good English, which helped us. Breakfast was a nice addition. A short train ride to the city centre and the central station, so very well placed.

Rooms were a little small, however it was ok for us, and we’d still stay again. More options of hot food for breakfast would have been nice, but we still enjoyed the choices we had.

Everything was great, I was very happy with my choice of hotel. Good location, friendly staff, clean and decent room for the price. I stayed in a single room and I don’t understand why people complain about the room size – it’s perfectly adequate for one person, and the bathroom is quite spacious. I recommend it🩵

Really friendly stuff at the reception, clean and modern hotel. Has everything what you need Small room but enough space for everything including big bags and much more. The price for this location is amazing

The bathroom was really clean. Only the smell in the bathroom was a little bit disturbing but amazing hotel even with a balcony And it would be nice if there was a vending machine for coffee and or snacks

Very close to all relevant sights in town, walking distance to nearly everything but also all sorts of public transportation available Street parking also possible Best hotel when you go to Oktoberfest Amazing breakfast in the price included Very friendly statt reception and breakfast ( super quick check in) Everything was clean and in good condition

The room is very small ( didn’t bring suitcase but there is no place to store it) Room was very hot ( and we stayed at the end of November)
