Very clean, placed in the center of Munich, easy access to most things. There is a bar at the lobby, someone is always handling the lobby, check in and check out were fast and nice. We visited in a rather cold period of the year, so comfort was quite good.

Sleep quality was not great, you can hear other people, especially if they have kids, they should try to place people with children separate from people without Quite expensive AC or Air conditioner did not seem to work at all, not effective and it was quite hot despite outdoors being rather cold

Comfortable beds, separate toilet and shower, great room soundproofing. Hotel has its own parking garage down the street, but is it expensive (16 € per day per car).

Toilet and shower has one sliding glass door, so it can only close one space at the same time. It is a bit inconvenient in a room for four people. They also don't cover the whole door frame, so there are gaps around the glass, which makes it quite less private. Pillows are really small, we didn't see that kind of pillows anywhere and there aren't any additional ones in the room.

Very big room with two double beds. Nice big windows, and big shower room. Enough storage space. Although there is no free parking at the property, we found free parking within walking distance. Also after 20.00 on working days and for the whole weekend, there is free parking space directly outside the hotel. The receptionist, of not mistaken Julia, went beyond any expectation to accommodate us when we arrived very early at the hotel, after a long night drive. So special thank you to her.

It wasn't particularly clean, and internet was on the slow side, but good enough to do our streaming.

They were very flexible to allow us to check in early when we arrived in the morning. The hotel locates relatively far from the city but it is quite accessible to all the public transportation (tram, bus stops).

It was not major but we only got 1 bottle of water for the 2 of us for 3 nights. We got cleaning service but they did not refill or gave us a new bottle. Besides, the receptionist did not speak English so it was a bit challenging to communicate with her, but it did not create any issue for us.

Excellent, clean, spacious room, nice breakfast. Mostly friendly staff. Very strategic location for the stadium (two buses away or 10 min drive) which costs far less than those right next to it like H2 etc.. Aldi nearby to shop.

Unfortunately you can hear very well outside your room, maybe it's because we were next to the staff storage room. It woke us up in the morning. Luckily it didn't impact too much as we needed to be up early anyway. Also price a little steep but this is normal as Taylor Swift was playing that weekend.

Quite spatious room. Has mini-fridge. Comfortable bed. Breakfast is good. Has a nice experience stayed here

Location: it was quite far from the center, around 25-30 min to Marienplatz by public transport

Good balance between cost and services. Hotel not new but clean and comfortable. Not far from the main attractions of the city. Good solution for people that arrive in the city with the car

Breakfast too expensive for people that eat just cappuccino and croissant

The hotel was clean, the personnel super friendly and the breakfast quite complete, yes you paid extra, but even though it was a great breakfast. The room was super clean and comfortable.

The location, there was nothing nearby but it was not such a big deal. The room was too warm.

The beds are super comfortable and the room was big and really nice. The value for the price you pay is top. The breakfast was also good. I will return for sure.

I missed a bit of more fruit on the breakfast, but the rest of things were very tasty.

Breakfast is served in the building next door. However it’s absolutely wonderful with a wide variety of options. The family rooms are spacious and very comfortable. We truly enjoyed our stay at the hotel.
