Sure Hotel by Best Western in Munich is a great choice for those looking for a central, convenient place to stay. The location is excellent, just a short walk from both the Main Train Station and Munich Central Bus Station, making it easy to get around the city. You’re also within walking distance of major attractions like Karlsplatz, Marienplatz, and many other tourist sites, which is perfect for exploring Munich. Our room, while on the smaller side, was very clean, and the bed was quite comfortable, ensuring a good night’s rest. The breakfast at the hotel was also a standout, offering a wide variety of delicious options to start the day. With several restaurants nearby and public transport options close at hand, it’s a well-located spot that provides excellent value. I’d highly recommend Sure Hotel by Best Western for anyone visiting Munich!

I was a bit disappointed when the vacuum cleaning in the next room and corridor started at 8:30 am on Sunday. It was a little early and disruptive, especially during the weekend when many guests may prefer a quieter start to their day. While I understand the need for cleanliness, it would have been appreciated if this could have been done later in the morning to avoid disturbing guests.

The room was very spacious. The hotel staff was awesome and very helpful. For your Best Western hotel, the buffet was good.. however, this place had a old fashioned key, which at first was difficult to figure out. I wish they would upgrade to a more modern entry for the room. The neighborhood was literally across the street from the train station, There was some homeless and you saw law enforcement in groups of five. I did not feel unsafe, but I recommend have your head on a swivel.

The staff, the breakfast buffet and the room. They keep up the traditions of a US. Best Western with the professionalism of the staff.

Location is superb. So near to the main train station, where I can find foods, get simple groceries, and most importantly, easy access to the train to go various places. Also, just a short 10-15 walk to the old town. There are also nice F&B places just few steps away. I travelled with my family, and we were able to get rooms close to each other, which was very convenient for us. Rooms were clean n cozy enough, although the bed is a little too hard for our liking. Friendly n helpful staff. Although we arrived at 8.30am, the hotel was flexible enough to give us a room way ahead of the Check-in time to put all our bags n get ready for the 1st day in Munich, and to go check out the famous landmarks till after dinner. I think its quite a value for money hotel for short stay to explore Munich.

Great location, garage to park our car right behind hotel, nice staff, they held our luggage for us while we walked around, room was clean and comfortable, easy walk to the historic center of town Bonus tip: Great coffee shop right around corner called A Little Lost

I would have loved for the woman who checked us out in the morning to ask if we parked in the garage because we needed a special ticket from her to get the discount at the garage and we didn't know that. It turned into a whole debacle trying to get out of the garage and only pay the 15E. It also would have been nice if our luggage was held in a more secure room. Anyone could walk in & out of it.

The location is just opposite the Central Station and there is also an underpass that leads to the station. Quite a few food options nearby! Walking distance to Old Town. Reception staff is welcoming and friendly. The room is spacious and clean.

The family room that we booked is on the 7th floor but the lift only goes up to 6th, so we got to climb 2 flight of stairs (not advisable for old folks or those with heavy luggages). No water boiler in the room (Has a coffee machine instead and you can ask the reception staff to boil some water for you). The bathroom may be slippery, esp as you have to stand in the bathtub to shower.

Sure Hotel in Munich was a great choice for our one-night stay. The staff was very friendly and welcoming, and our room was clean and comfortable. The location is excellent — just a short walk to the old town — though the area is a bit busy. Fortunately, the windows were well-insulated, so noise wasn’t an issue.

The only downside was the parking situation. We used a nearby parking garage (in Hirtenstrasse) and were told we’d receive a discount after getting a stamp from the hotel. The receptionist scanned something and assured us it was taken care of, but we ended up paying the full €30 for a day of parking. It was a bit disappointing, but overall, our stay at the hotel itself was pleasant.

While I travel, I need a hotel next to the train station. Staying in Germany for a month, I need a room that is not expensive. I tip -- if you stay longer ((I stayed 4 days), you get a much better room than someone who stays overnight. My room was spacious, the mattress was very comfortable, and the TV had English news (BBC and France 24). I can walk across the street to the train station -- and I take trains every day. I have stayed in several low-cost hotels in the area and this is my favorite so I plan to stay here every year. The bathroom was dated but very functional.

The staff was outstanding. Right before I arrived i had lost my phone. They were so helpful in assisting me to obtain a new one and to help me find a way to connect with a friend I was supposed to meet in Munich. They went above and beyond. Even the housekeeper offered assistance and checked in with me the following day.

It is right next to the train station so noise is expected but there was a building project in progress and a 6:30 am jackhammer was not anticipated.

The hotel has a nice and kind staff at the reception. The room itself was a bit tiny, but has a great bed. Being opposite to the central train station, it's very handy to use the hotel as a hub to venture anywhere. Overall, a positive stay :)

Upon checking the room seemed to have been hastily made up, but on the second day, even though I only booked for 2 nights, the room was properly cleaned, so apart from the size of the room, there aren't any complaints.

You just cannot beat this location. Little crazy busy but if you want to be in the city center it is really awesome. Everything is so close don't even need additional transportation if you want to be in the central city area.

Room looking directly to the main train stations. Noisy all the time but I didn't mind. Also bathroom could be a little more modern. But not bad. Some additional content would be nice, like a small gym at least.
