Great location near to Central Train Station. Shower very powerful and single room comfortable with own bathroom.

WiFi was bad. Didn't work in room at all (406) and sitting right by reception service was ok at times, but kept cutting out. Wish they would get it fixed instead of always saying that it is in the process of being repaired. Older reviews state the same WiFi issues. Staff on reception are not the best. Walk away when they see you standing there and are not the most friendly.

The placement of the hostel is great. It's very near to both the bus and the train stations. The crew is nice. There is 1 free drink (cold or hot) for a day included in the price. The reception is open 24h / day. There is a food automat etc. downstairs. Each bed has a light and an electricity socket. The breakfast (additional price, 8.5 euro or so if you book it ahead) was nice. There are many electricity sockets under the small table in the room.

The hooks for hanging the clothes in the shower area have mostly fallen out and were not replaced. This certainly should be fixed. One of the showers is a bit broken and sprays water on the ceiling. I advise the crew to fix it, or they will get mold there. The room was not beautiful, but fine. People standing on the balcony just outside the window and talking and laughing loudly at 2:30 AM are a problem, but telling them to be quiet helped a bit. Remember to bring your own towels and padlocks. There is a possibility of renting them, of course.

Great value for money dormitory. Dormitory was clean, bedding was clean and shared bathroom was clean with plenty of toilets and showers. The train and bus terminals were very close by, the property was walking distance to shops, supermarkets, restaurants and the old town area which made the hostel a great base to explore the area. We were also given 1 free drink per person, per night which was a nice addition.

No where to put your clothes/toiletries in the shower, so it would be good to add some hooks or shelving in each shower space so everything doesn’t get wet, especially as there are signs asking you to not walk out in a towel.

Staff is really great. There is always someone at the desk to help with positive attitude. Location is great! 2 blocks away from central station and pretty close to different tram lines. 15 or 20 minutes walk to main touristic attractions. Beds are comfortable. Each bed has a plug for charging phones and individual light. Under the bed they have placed a pretty convenient security cage/box so you can secure your stuff. Hostel also offers more options for security lockers They have small bar with billiard table. Breakfast is very good for the price, very good value for money. It is spacious and clean in general.

There is nothing to not like when comparing price points and type of venue (I.e. hostel) It will be great if they pay more attention to make sure toilets have toilet paper all the time. (This is just small detail l, nothing that will affect the experience)

Accessible, convenient and comfortable. No blinds though. Staff are all very helpful and understanding, They let me leave my luggage and early check in which is a bonus.

Lots lots of information about trips etc books liked benches in bar fitted my legs back just right there are lots plugs personal light and can put shitters down we get personal light have to switch USB portal on to charge phone, duvets are warm very clean cool can turn radiator up down on or off.left luggage room can hire padlock put things in cage under bed too room is large has little chairs and table to sit on .can open windows door on balcony fresh air nice think hostels hotels nerd clean over flow bit more sometimes has mould in it but bent toothbrush help clean them boil toothbrush it bends easy.

The central location was so convenient for grocery shops, pharmacies and the central station. The bathrooms and beds were clean. Each bed had an outlet, light, hooks and under bed storage. We enjoyed a free drink voucher for every night of our stay.

It was a bit warm in summer with no air conditioning and so we had to leave the windows open and could hear some noise from the hostel bar. Other than that, a great hostel.

Great location for bus and train stations. The room heater was amazing, very warm very quickly if you needed it in winter. All the staff were very friendly. The breakfast was good value for money with hot drinks fruit juices meats cheese tomato cucumber plenty of bread options and fresh fruit. Gluton free bread was also available. A free drink voucher was offered for each night stay.

The shower head rail was broken and so the water sprayed everywhere. The pillow was the most uncomfortable I have ever had, only 1 oversized with insufficient filling and no alternative available.

+ Close to our points of interest: 5 minutes from Munich Train Station and about 20 minutes walk from the entrance to the Munich Christmas Market. + The express bus from Memmingen Airport drops you right at the accommodation. + You receive a voucher/person for each night at the hotel. With this voucher you can buy a coffee, tea or juice. It was a pleasant surprise.

- The room has an old air, but for the price paid, I didn't have too many complaints. - The elevator broke down and we stayed on the 5th floor. - Only 1/2 of the radiators in our room worked. - The blankets were too thin, considering it was winter and the radiator couldn't handle heating the room (the room is very small).

I appreciated the large windows, the comfortable bed, and the high-quality shower mixer that effectively regulates the water temperature, even with a strong jet. I particularly enjoyed the location, which is undoubtedly the hotel's strongest point, being close to everything and offering multiple options for entering and exiting the city center.

The pillow was really uncomfortable and the door was a bit narrow. The heater was in a weird spot and it seemed like most of the heat was stuck there. The wi-fi signal in my room was weak and have some glitches of signal.
