It's clean, big corridor (which is nice), spacious room, neat bed, big windows and it has sitting corner with comfortable chairs. Wi-Fi is good too. The staffs are nice and polite especially the breakfast lady. Breakfast is great !! It has enough choices from cereal, bread and even sweets.

It's a bit out of date and the reception area is too humble (a little bit depresief). From outside is doesn't look appealing but it fulfill the comfort we need.

Once inside after we found it. We found a clean but simple hotel which was nicely decorated. The room was a good size and nicely decorated, with a decent sized shower room. The bed was very comfortable and it was overall a nice room. They have a small balcony with a table and chairs for sitting on in the day or evening. We had breakfast and can recommend it. All the staff were friendly, some spoke English. They also have a swimming lake in the village.

The picture of the property was of the pub in front of it which is now a Chinese restaurant. Which is closed on Mondays which is the day we arrived. It is the only restaurant to eat at. The hotel does not serve evening meals. The only other meal they could suggest was piazza, which could be delivered to the hotel. The hotel is over the Norma supermarket and is not that easy to find the front door.

spacy room for family of 4. The breakfast at the property was okay. Located next to the Chinese restaurant but it was closed on the day when we arrived. On the other side of the hotel entrance, there was a grocery store called NORMA.

No fridge.

Nice place, clean, spacious. It was rainy outside, so we were especially thankful for the heating in the room! Stayed one night before exploring Ulm. There are some backeries in the area and (sic!) a self-service flower field!

It was very easy to check in. The staff was helpfull, and the room was nice.

The extra bed was very hard.

It is close to where we need to go. The staff is kind and polite.

Close to tram into city. Room was clean. Good price

Close to major road. Quite noisy outside. Free parking but beware.... It's inside environmental zone and as a tourist my car wasn't allowed in

Good breakfast but paid extra, and next to a Norma shop which was very convenient. Also there are Turkish, Chinese, and Greek restaurants nearby. Underground car park and locked, caged area for bikes.

Transit location for Ulm and Legoland. Free parking, supermarket, chinese restaurant.

The accommodation is in another building not in the one presented in the pictures.

We are satisfied with the service and cleanliness, the hotel is a bit old fashioned but that didn't bother us, the location is good. Has a free parking which meant a lot to us!
