The hotel is ideally located close to the main station and an easy walk into the sites in the old town and many restaurants. The reception staff were helpful when we had the problem below. The Happy Hour at the bar was most appreciated after a day of walking around.

The hotel seemed to have some minor maintenance issues. Our room was missing the block out blind, one of the mugs was badly cracked and there was a lot of damage on the walls from people's suitcases. We were allocated a different room. I hate the single bed quilts on the big bed for a couple. There was only a small shelf next to the bed.

Close to train station but a bit far from the Christmas Market and restaurants. Relatively large rooms. Kettle in the room.

Breakfast - limited choice and poor quality of everything compared to other hotels (eg. Motel One). Definitely not worth it. Stayed 3 nights and had to have my key reprogrammed 2nd and 3rd days. Confusion after checking out - Received email from hotel thanking me for my reservation and providing info on my upcoming stay. Turns out it was sent in error but caused unnecessary stress about being double charged and wasted time (to resolve).

Bulb in shower cubicle didn't work but we did report this to reception, it wasn't changed during stay Hand soap AND shower gel had ran out before our arrival while we reported and was changed but this should have been checked as room was prepared High bathroom sinks so if shorter person could be interesting Marks on bed sheets and hand towel on arrival No air conditioning, some rooms over look train station so can be noisy if have windows open but the noise didn't bother us but some might find it annoying

Had a great stay here which was easy access to the train station and sights. The room and bed were very comfortable. Reception informed that housekeeping service isn't automatically done unless requested. No issues with that as throughout my 3 nights stay, I didnt need it at all. There is a safe and kettle. Hotel was very quiet and I didnt see many other guests.

It would hv been great if there was a fridge. Otherwise, you can get ice from the bar.

Great location, friendly staff, room a good size, beds comfortable. Short walk to the train station and the old Town.

The air conditioner isn't, it just moves air around. So I had to sleep with the curtains open and the windows open, I didn't get a solid sleep. Calling it an air conditioner when it isn't, is common it seems. Just beware if you are from Australia or anywhere that expects cold air to come out of it, because it won't.

From the moment we arrived, the reception and staff were incredibly kind and helpful! The room was exactly as shown in the photos—beautiful, spotless, and comfortable. The location is perfect, close to the city center and just a short walk from a metro station. I highly recommend this hotel without hesitation! Danke!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Efharisto!!!!

Great location Lovely young lady checked us in and was so helpful didnt get her name but a credit to the company👍. Twin beds where comfortable Extra pillows in cupboard was a bonus Nice big shower Great soundproof windows as road outside gets quite busy. So was good to have aircon.

Few errors on checking out and when ordering drinks wrong drinks came out so got sent back so wasnt as good checking out on our last day as checking in 😔

The staff was very helpful and friendly. The room was pretty nice. There were some scuffs on the walls and the room wasn't huge, but it was far better than I expected for what I paid in a great location. I don't speak German well, but that was never an issue. Jonas was really attentive at check in and made sure I knew that though cleaning wasn't automatic, they were more than happy to provide anything we needed. The shower worked well and was adjustable. I was pleasantly surprised by how quiet it was on a Saturday night

There was some construction in the elevator and some minor scuffs in the wall of my room. Nothing truly worth a complaint.

GOOD +New and stylish interieur +Great location close to city center +Convenient car park for 16 euro behind the building BAD -staff's German was poor -aweful, cheap gluten-free bread, please offer Schärr for zeliacs and gluten sensitive people in the future -for 18 euro the breakfast was totally overpriced, almost no veggies, no salad, no nuts, no vegan milk/joghurt. It was obvious that only cheap foods were offered to increase the profit margin

Location is very good as it is very near to railway station and bus points

Wifi did not work intermittently . Even after multiple complaints, there was interruptions to office meetings and work due to wifi connectivity issues.
