Pet friendly. Late check in. Room was spacious and comfortable, and the shower was nice. Bar was open until late.

I was quite mad because there was no parking space available. I drove for over 14h and was directed by a receptionist to search for an alternative at 11pm. Keep in mind there is no street parking available nearby, and the closest car park is 12 min away. Walking that distance with luggage and a dog is not what I had in mind for a late night arrival. I would have never booked had I known this. The family with a small child got the same answer just before me. Offering no alternative is not a good hospitality.

The hotel was very comfortable and clean. Everything about the environment and atmosphere was excellent. The breakfast was amazing, and the staff overseeing breakfast were very enthusiastic and attentive. They carefully looked after all the food and tea service.

However, during my stay, the hygienic supplies (soap, shampoo, shower gel) were not replenished, and I had to ask for them at the reception myself. Aside from this small inconvenience, everything else was perfect. Overall, I am very satisfied and grateful!

This is a clean, modern hotel, with good facilities, such as underground secure bicycle parking. The room is small as is the bathroom, but well organised. We had a pleasant view over rail yards towards the old part of the city. It was quiet. The staff were all very helpful and friendly.

You have to walk a bit to find cafes, restaurants and other entertainment facilities as the hotel is rather on the edge of the older part of town. There was also a public holiday during our stay which made getting food a bit more of a challenge than would be normal. There is no chair in the room; only a beanbag, which means it is not really comfortable for any typing/laptop work.

I love the bean bag and overall the room and the location (walkable to the center). Everything is clean and quite comfortable. The TV is cool; you can connect your phone to it. The reception hall is full of interesting facilities like a kicker board, a photobooth. It is near the railway, however the windows are thick enough that it's completely silent inside.

The double bed is in fact two single beds together and sometimes they slide and then there will be a valley between two beds :D otherwise everything was really nice.

Fresh and nice breakfast. Easy internet connection AND bluetooth for music. Safe in the room for electronics etc. Towels and nice pillows. Great staff; very friendly and helpful.

Soap dispenser was empty; did not ask as i had my own, i’m sure they would take care of it immediately (24 hr reception). “Working area” is just a couple high desks right in the middle of the lobby. Not the ideal place for focus at a busy time.

It is a great place to stay over the night and to explore a beautiful town. Rooms are small but with comfy beds - this is precisely what you need. Location—> It is not too far from the city centre and near the grocery shops. The motorway is easily accessible. Not all staff spoke English, but this forced me to practice my German ;-) The hotel accepts pets as well for an additional fee EUR 15

I would expect that the staff in the University city speaks English, but it wasn't a big issue for me.

Amazing location close to the centre. I took an electric scooter to cruise the center which is quick and allows you all the freedom to dispose when you are done. It is sort of a boutique hotel, stylishly and modern furnished.

Young team which did not seem overly friendly; breakfast did not offer a great amount of choice for the price paid.

The hotel is located in walking distance from the train station, town center and university. It is nice, clean, the bed was comfortable, bathroom was pretty as well. There is good wifi and even a Bluetooth speaker in the room. Breakfast had many options, even two types of plant based milk. I had no problems with staff and I welcomed the possibility of a free drink on the days when I chose not to have my room cleaned - I like this idea very much. I recommend this hotel.

One afternoon when I wanted to take a nap, there was some drilling going on, and I could also hear people from neighbouring rooms when they talked loudly and laughed at night. Sometimes other doors close with a loud noise that shakes your door as well. But all these things weren't too bad, just mildly inconvenient.

The room was nice with good AC/clima for wintertime. The walls and carpets have designs suited with the hotel name: a lot of nice sparrows. The bathroom was spacious. Breakfast was very good with a lot of options of teas, coffees, yorghurts, cheeses, eggs etc. The hotel is located 1 km from the railway station, right next to the railway lines (but the windows are very good/soundproof so we did not hear anything from outside).

The room was rather small.

We found a music festival was on in Regensburg so we happily extended our stay here since we felt it was good value (close to the train station and easy walk into town). The staff was friendly and helpful the bed was comfortable. Cleanliness was very good. Aldi just down the road for picnic supplies. Very good breakfast with a wide choice of items. If you read the infographics in the lift you can see that there is also a positive ethical side to the hotel chain as well.

It would be nice to have a kettle and / or fridge in the room but this seems very uncommon in Europe. I am not sure that the air conditioning worked particularly well. (Very hot at the time of our visit.)
