First, it is conveniently located at the airport. Therefore, you were close to the shops, cafes and convenient stores at the airport. Staying here removed the hustle abd bustle out of getting to airport. It has a restaurant. But I didn't try it because I was ready to sleep/rest for my international flight. I will try it on my trip back. Yes, I booked it again. The staff was professional and pleasant! The hotel was beautiful, clean and comfortable. I know you won't believe this but it was quiet. I don't remember hearing the aeroplanes. LOL

Perfectly clean modern room. Large bathroom and beautiful shower area. Really loved the decor of the room and the lighting. Staff friendly and welcoming and very fast in responding to requests. Very easy, quick self check in process also.

We did not like that there was only ONE of everything example being one pillow for each person (we had stiff necks from having only one pillow :( ), one sugar for tea, one tea bag etcetera when we booked a two person room. Of course we asked for more of these in the restaurant but this should be placed in the room beforehand if the hotel knows there will be more than one guest staying in the room. Other than that everything else was fantastic and we enjoyed our stay.

The staff were professional, friendly and attentive. The young man who checked me in took the time to assist me with picking the cost affective and faster option to Berlin Hbf for the next day. I greatly appreciate him writing down the train lines, explaining each one's duration, and costs and compared to the 40-min. approx. €50 car service that I was considering. He was correct! It was more convenient, a fraction of the car service cost and faster. Thank you kindly for exceptional serivce! The hotel was conveniently located at the airport. This time, I dined at the restaurant in the hotel! The hosts/hostesses were smily, nice, and professional! The superb customer service extends from the hotel to the restaurant! The food was fresh and delicious! The room was quiet, comfortable and safe!

The location is great and just outside the airport. Room is very big and comfortable. My kid enjoyed the view from the large windows. The bed is very comfortable. Despite being close to the airport, it is super quite.

We took my 2 year old son with us and requested a kinder cot. I sent two messages to the hotel but never got a reply. This makes me nervous as we do not know if we can have a cot when we arrived. Although we are given a cot finally, this is not a nice experience.

The hotel is new & in great shape. There is a bar & a restaurant open late. It is very close to the check in area of the terminal (less than 300 meters).

The hotel is new and you expect it to be on top of all details. However, the online check in didn’t work (I and another customer couldn’t check in, the system didn’t accept ID numbers of non-Germans). We rented two rooms for 2 guests each. One had one just coffee capsule for the coffee machine, another one had none. They simply forgot to put it. The elevator (new!) was making some strange noise.

Extremely convenient to airport and train. Clean rooms. Upgraded facilities. Great value. Staff was even able to accommodate a late check out until 4:00 pm (for a fee)

No self service laundry facilities. We asked about laundry when we checked in - we were told that laundry was already sent out for the day. Therefore, we would have to wait until the following day. However, since we were checking out the next day, we were told we couldn’t get our laundry done. When I read the laundry policy on the laundry checklist in the room, it stated that laundry handed in after 9:00am would be returned the following day by 10:00 am. Therefore, we should have been able to turn our laundry in at check-in and have it returned the next day as standard check-out is at noon. The check-in staff also could not provide us with any recommendations for nearby self-service laundry facilities. Not being able to have our laundry done was quite an inconvenience for us.

The Eurowings plane I was in broke down while already on the taxiway and the flight was subsequently cancelled. The chaotic Eurowings team at the BER was unable to handle the situation so I did it myself and luckily found out that the Steigenberger right next to the terminal had rooms available at a very affordable rate (the flight crew of the cancelled flight checked in here too). Thanks to the easy to use self-check-in machines, I had my keycode in less than 5 minutes despite many other PAX from this flight showing up at the hotel within just a few minutes, and it was already close to midnight.The room was modern, spacious, clean and quiet. Clearly a five-star experience.I was rebooked on a morning flight the next day so I only spent eight hours at the hotel, but during those hours, everything was excellent. That included the cheap rate. Check out was quick and easy too.

Hotel looked brand new to me. It was clean, well conceived and a stone throw away from the airport. Perfect for early flights. Check in was smooth (if you don’t like machine check-in there is a member of staff behind the counter)

Although it was a 10°C night of early May, the room overheated during the night. We think it could be because the duvets were really thick and we needed up overheating or if the hotel overall was heated. It didn’t feel like that when we arrived. Note that we cannot comment on staff addressing the situation as we were there for one night only and therefore didn’t raise it at the time.

Size of the room, comfortable bed, nice shower. Very convenient hotel location to take a plane or a train without stress. I have made 2 reservations for 2 consecutive days, the first one with my wife and the second for just myself. I have asked to use the same room, because my wife was taking a flight on the second day, and I was attended, very nice reaction from the reception.

1- Wifi failed Saturday night; reception informed not to have maintenance people at that time 2- The hotel execute a 50 euros debt to check the credit card, which are promptly billed by VISA. It takes more than 1 weeks to the invoice of the credit card show the correct value. As this is not my first reserve, makes no sense to use this procedure to usual guests.
