Great location within walking distance to see the nearby attractions. The paid parking fee in the basement of the hotel is reasonable. Breakfast is great, and the lobby is big with a nice outside seating area.

I would like to extend another huge thank you to you, your front desk (Elena, Emie, Federico, and Marvin), breakfast room and cleaning staff for making our trip extremely enjoyable and memorable. I traveled from United States with my brother and my 89-year-old mother. My mother is originally from Trier. Her birthday wish was to visit Trier to see her house that she grew up in, her parents’ grave, her church and a childhood friend and visit the sites in the city center. We stayed in the Best Western several days at the beginning of our trip and several days at the end of our trip. From the moment we checked in to the day we checked out your staff treated us like family. The smiles and daily greetings made a world of difference during our stay. When we returned for the second time to your hotel, the front desk was waiting for our arrival and greeted us with hugs and welcomed us back. The staff had our original rooms waiting for us and made sure that my elderly mother’s bathroom was equipped with a bathtub mat and shower handle. The breakfast room staff were amazing as well. They also remembered us from the first week that we stayed with you and greeted us with smiles and hugs. They remembered my mother’s coffee preference and had it waiting for her every morning. The cleaning girls were amazing as well and addressed our daily needs. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone that will be visiting Trier. The hotel, bedrooms and facility are exceptionally clean. The staff is amazing, friendly, and fun. The hotel is situated next to the cobblestone walkway that leads into the city center restaurants and stores. Parking at the hotel is good and easy. The breakfast was delicious with a variety of options to choose from. The hotel has a bar, pool table, workout room and beautiful indoor and outdoor lounge areas. I cannot wait to come back.

I traveled with my brother and elderly mother. We were greeted daily with smiles from each of the staff members. They helped me with an unexpected booking situation as well as supporting my elderly mother with her needs. The room was super clean and the bed very comfortable. The breakfast was delicious with a variety of items to choose from. The hotel is situated directly downtown. The shops, restaurants, the Dome, Porta Nigra, and the city center market are all in walking distance. We will definitely stay here again. Thank you to all of the staff members for making our stay fun and enjoyable.

Everything was wonderful.

The location is perfect as at the edge of the main city centre, there is also a bus stop to the central train station right outside the hotel. The rooms were very spacious and had everything we needed including a complementary bottle of water. Reception is open 24/7 which is great as you can also have a night cap at their little bar after a night out.

The toilet interior design in the main foyer/breakfast area. I don't think there is any need for images of naked women on the doors in the gents nor is it necessary to have naked male torsos on the doors in the ladies; I actually find this highly inappropriate and a very poor choice of taste or the lack of it. Management should rethink this as these toilets will also be used by children.

Good parking underground (motorcycle), good size rooms, plus decent air con which was essential! Staff really friendly and efficient. Not too long a walk to town and restaurant’s. Good outside terrace to have a drink with good seating inside if you’d prefer. Also breakfast had a good selection and was available outside at the rear in a nice area. All clean and tidy, would definitely use again. Can’t see you getting better value than this to be honest.

I really liked the location—it was very convenient and not far from the main attractions. The parking was easy and accessible, which made things even more comfortable. Most importantly, the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. I had an issue with my rental car, and they went out of their way to help me contact the rental company and resolve the problem. I truly appreciated their support and hospitality.

The check-in, out was very smooth. I could leave things after the check-out for the rest of the day. The breakfast was diverse. The room was clean and spacy. Central location next to one of the main streets. Great choice for 2 nights stay in Trier.

Maybe the light in the room could have been better, there was no "central" light in the room - but it is a matter of personal choice. It is a little bit far away from the train station.

A lovely little hotel in a great location - walking distance to all the ancient sights of Trier as well as the city centre, bars and restaurants. The room was a little jaded but was spacious and the bed was lovely and comfortable. The staff were very friendly and very helpful. Great breakfast !

There was no safe in the room which should be standard. The airco was stuck at 20 degrees but they did supply a fan. Overall, the room needs a bit of smartening up but is nice and big.

Location, Location, Location! The property was well located. Our room was both functional and comfortable. Air conditioning was a tremendous plus. The hotel staff were courteous, efficient and professional. We truly enjoyed our stay at this property.

Honestly, the underground parking was just a little tight for me. Thank goodness that we had a small car.

The rooms are spacious and tidy. Also, public areas are spacious and clean, the atmosphere is nice. Check-in staff were friendly, and helpful. Breakfast is also very good, and the selection is plentiful. Close to the old town. parking is convenient. We were able to extend the parking time after checkout so we could explore a bit of the city. Would stay there again.
