This was the second time we stayed at the hotel. Being set back from the main streets means the hotel is quiet. However, it’s within easy walking distance of the town (about 10 minutes) The facilities are excellent and well maintained. The rooms are slightly narrower than other rooms we’ve stayed in but are a very good size and well laid out. High quality fixtures, bedding and towels add to the feeling of luxury. Lots of choice at breakfast and a really nice, airy dining area. But the best feature of the hotel is the staff. Always friendly and helpful from check in to check out. We had a couple of minor issues with the room that were fixed straight away. I’d definitely choose the diamond boutique hotel again.

The bed is a bit low for my creaking bones

Breakfast was brilliant, everything you could possibly want available, hot and cold selection of meats, fruits, yoghurts. The staff will make fresh omelettes and crepes for anyone wanting that. We did try the food at lunch too and everything we had was excellent. The staff were brilliant throughout our stay, all were extremely friendly and happy to help with everything and anything. The pool although was quite small but good, although as the hotel filled up at the end of our holiday it did get a little harder to get a sunbed at the pool if you have more than 2 in your travel party but we did travel in July. Rooms are great, very clean with a good hairdryer. The location was great, we like to be a little walk from the main area which was exactly as this hotel was. I wouldn’t recommend this to anyone not happy to walk 15 minutes to the main town, harbour, restaurants, shops and beach.

Nothing we didn’t like.

The hotel is really great, I definitely recommend staying here. Breakfast is incredibly good, pool lovely, plenty of sun beds. Rooms are a good size and have good natural light as well as well placed lamps and lights. The walk into town is very easy and is a nice way to end an evening. 95% of the staff, especially all the ladies working the front desk, are incredible and are really putting the effort in to making your stay special. You can stay by the pool after checkout and there is a shower room you can access before departing.

A behaviour change was very apparent in one member of staff when a tip wasn’t left after bringing two bottled beers the 30m from the bar to the lounger. It became almost comical.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Amazing breakfast. Nice setup of the hotel. Quiet rooms. Very good service. Nice pool, comfortable sunbeds, towel service : all great! Will definitely recommend it. The hotel manager is very responsive to comments : I told her that along the coast every now and then we were on the Turkish mobile network without knowing and thus with unexpected high costs involved. I suggested her to make a note for the guests to be alert for this. She immediately took notice of this issue and will notify the guests. .

Nothing, it was great!

Loved the pool area, great to chill with a cocktail... also great cocktails! The staff were so lovely and kind. The breakfast was fantastic, so many options to choose from, even for vegetarians. Delicious fresh fruit every morning. I loved the location, it was very close to everything in Kos town and with bikes, it's very easy to get around. They gave use a free bottle of local red wine on arrival with some fruit, a lovely touch!

The shower was a bit dirty and could have done with a refresh or deep clean. The toilet seat was old and worn but it was clean. The lights in the room were very bright and florescent, no way to dim the lights. The room overall was only ok, it wasn't very cosy but we were out a lot so we didn't mind.

The hotel is Very beautifull, rooms are comfy and have everything we needed. We even Got Towels to The pool and for The Beach. I was happy there were Organic products ( shampoo, body lotion etc) available for us at our Room. The hotel is central ( close to everything) and we could walk everywhere without any problems. Breakfast is Nice with loads of options, The staff is friendly and we Got help with bookings, tours and recomendations for things to do. We had a perfect setup for our vacay and i would definetely come back again.

All was perfect so from us just thumbs up.

The hotel was very clean and comfortable, the pool and bar a relaxing area to enjoy a drink but it was the staff who made the stay even better with their friendly manner especially the breakfast staff. We also enjoyed the variety of fresh food available at breakfast, omelettes, fruit, yoghurts etc. Thank you for your hospitality!

We are super happy with our stay in Diamond Boutique Hotel. Hotel is well renovated and rooms are clean and nice. Breakfast is super good with 5 stars hotel level. Quality of foods in launch and dinner are also really high. All people in front desk and restraunt were super kind and helpful. Special thanks to Melissa, she and and all other people in the hotel were like our friends.

We didn’t yse the pool and prefer to go to beaches but many other guests were using. So if you are in Kos, it is way better to swim in sea.

Hotel is amazing. Rooms are bright and spotless, cleaners do an amazing job, staff are lovely, reception staff can’t do enough for you, breakfast is good , plenty of options, bar food for lunch is excellent, we didn’t have dinner so can’t comment, big shout out to Barman Alex, he’s a credit to the hotel , great friendly service, my only issue is don’t expect a few of any kind and the 15 minute walk to Kos town , and it would be nice if the hotel had a station to get your own tea and coffee during breakfast, but definitely recommend staying here

Almost everything pool was amazing,

Fabulous breakfast, plenty of choice and very helpful and attentive staff. Lovely rooms and spotlessly clean.
