Location. Food was excellent

Children were very, very unruly and noisy, really, shouldn't be allowed in the sunset lounge after 8 pm. Spoilt it for couples and people looking for a relaxing holiday. Entertainment was spoilt by children being allowed run around and scream

Beautiful setting, abundant all inclusive with great options, clean and beautiful villa, fantastic pools, great staff.

There is only a minor complaint: the pool and beach beds are getting “reserved” with towels by guests starting early in the morning and even thought this practice is not allowed, noone is actively enforcing the rule. At this level of hotel and pricing, this “discount package group travel” behaviour should be completely unacceptable, a la poubelle! It could simply be handled by an attendand removing reservation towels from unoccupied seats after 30 minutes. Don’t wait until newly arriving guests are already frustrated and have to actively look for someone to complain to about it.

hotel starting to look a little tired in places and not enough sunbeds by pools, we didn't didn't travel in peak season but struggle to get a sunbed every day, we never got one at the main pool only kids pool (we didn't travel with children)

Staff were super, great attitudes, very helpful. Loved the option of playing in the ocean, beautiful scenery for every meal, and some basic activities for the kids if they wanted something more.

Read the fine print regarding their restaurants. One of the main reasons we picked this location, as we were new to Crete, was the number and variety of their dining options. When we arrived, we were informed we were unable to access two of the restaurants and a third has no availability during our five night stay. They then proceeded to make it feel like it was our fault for not reading the fine print. Not a great way to approach it. Lastly, if you get a room without a sea view, the road is rather loud and distracting. We had a sea view and it was fantastic. Just felt bad for those that did not.

Service and food/drinks were outstanding, made us feel comfortable the entire stay. We enjoyed the dinners at the restaurant (especially Greek one) but it’s important to book ahead! We loved the visit to agrecofarm, especially antikristo dinner was something very special! Pools are heated which is a big plus when travelling with kids! Sunset terrace is something very special as well!

Some of the rooms are outdated, it really depends on what you get. And booking dinners in advance feels a little bit stressful. Kids club focusing more on older kids, very limited options for 2-3 year olds. But overall we loved our stay and would love to come again!

I stayed at GRECOTEL, and I can confidently say that it was an exceptional experience. From the moment we arrived, the customer service was outstanding.On our check-in day, an earthquake occurred, and I was anxious being on the second floor. The staff were incredibly reassuring and quickly upgraded us to a villa with a pool on the ground level, without any charge. The food was another highlight of our stay. The all-inclusive package offered a wonderful buffet and a fantastic à la carte option, along with an ice cream and waffle bar available throughout the day. Each meal was delicious and well-prepared. On our last day, we needed to leave early, and the hotel arranged a breakfast for us at 6:30 AM, along with that takeaway lunch boxes for our journey. This thoughtful service truly showcased their commitment to guest satisfaction. The staff were always present around the beach, promptly serving food and drinks with no delays to the service—all part of the all-inclusive package. This made our relaxing days at the beach even more enjoyable. The hotel also catered wonderfully to children, with clubs running throughout the day and events like movie nights, disco parties, and magic shows to keep my daughter entertained. The water park access was an absolute hit, making it a fun-filled experience for her. Additionally, we celebrated my husband’s birthday during our stay, and the hotel went above and beyond with beautiful decorations and setup at the beach made the occasion very special. Overall, GRECOTEL's hospitality and attention to detail made our stay exceptional. I can’t recommend this hotel highly enough, and I will definitely plan on visiting again in the future!

The restaurants and all inclusive package was impressive, particularly ‘The White’ restaurant. Every member of staff were so welcoming, friendly and attentive and seemed very well trained. The Agreco farm experience was excellent and a must do! The swim up room was lovely and so relaxing. We didn’t want to leave!

The shower head in the room was fixed below waist height making it difficult to shower. The mini bar wasn’t restocked a couple of days but we called reception to ask and it was done straight away. Not a criticism but at Agreco farm, for us personally the amount of food served was too much in quantity. Had there been a menu to state what would be served we may have saved room for the later courses! The meat was delicious.

Our stay at Grecotel LUX ME White was absolutely exceptional. The entire staff reflected a positive spirit. Everyone we encountered was warm, friendly, and full of positive energy. Whether it was at the restaurants, reception, or housekeeping, the team was always eager to help, making us feel welcome and valued throughout our stay. The food was another highlight — absolutely delicious with a wide variety of choices to satisfy every palate. From breakfast through dinner, every meal was beautifully prepared and full of flavor. And of course, the hotel itself is stunning. From the chic, stylish decor to the pristine surroundings and breathtaking sea views, everything about Grecotel LUX ME White is designed to delight.

We liked everything, the room was amazing, the staff was so helpful and nice. The facilities were incredible and the food was delicious. One of the best hotels we have been to. It is highly recommended and we will definitely come back.

The location is a little far from the airport, having a rental car made a huge difference.

The whole concept is beautiful and the staff were fabulous. The privacy was sensational with our swim up accommodation and the sea view was superb

The only fault was I had to ask for tissues and replenish the coffee/ tea a couple of times, otherwise everything was fabulous
