Lovely comfortable sea view room. Pretty resort.

The hotel locally is called The Adele Paradise so was difficult to find. No snack facility. The only bar open in July closed at 10.00 pm. The pool was cleaned daily but the edge of the pool tiles were never cleaned leaving a green scum mark around the edge of the tiles.

The breakfast!! There were options for me and my husband since we are different breakfast eaters. Location was great and it was a quick drive down the road to the beaches. Also, we booked some tours and although the tour company did not pick up at our hotel they did pick up right down the street so it was convenient. Staff was friendly and even helped us book a taxi to the wedding we were attending nearby. George even gave me his cell # to call him when we were ready to be picked up! Very accommodating staff. Room was clean, air conditioner was nice and cool, a lot of room to spread out for our stay. Although this was a service we did not use, the hotel does provide a little shuttle to take you down to the town for shopping. If you have time, take the shuttle because the parking is crazy.

I'm not really a pool person so this little problem would not deter me from staying here again, but there were a lot of bees around and in the pool. Oh well, they didn't bother me while I took a quick dip on my first day.

We stayed at the hotel for two days, for its price the hotel is very good and comfortable, the breakfast was delicious and varied, there were also different delicious sweets (donuts, cake, fresh fruit). In the room in the refrigerator there was water, wine and fruit, which made us very happy! The staff is very nice, the guys always helped with various questions. The hotel is located at the top, from where a very beautiful view of the mountains and the sea opens. It is on the slope that the hotel provides a shuttle, which runs 4 times a day, just when it is convenient to go to the sea. A very nice man takes people on the shuttle, who also tells everything! Cocktails at the bar are very tasty. Adele resort is a great option for your vacation, here you will always be greeted with a smile, and even treated to wine and fresh fruit!

All the staff of the hotel were very good, our room was very clean. The lady at the reception, Mr. Demis in the kitchen, they were all very helpful. They were very kind and helpful. We want to thank them very much. If we come again, we will definitely stay here again.

Adele Resort exceeded our expectations as we actually received better service, than was paid. The hotel staff is extremely attentive and caring. Thank you for that! We did enjoy half board meals and pool area had nice atmosphere. Lots of parking around hotel. Hotel is located 500 metres from the main street but the sunset views are so worth it.

It was a little further from the resort than we thought, albeit there is a shuttle service from the hotel should you chose to use it.

The staff, the food, the facilities everything was very good. As well Crete is amazing place to visit with beautiful places and beautiful people. Will come back for sure.

The employees were lovely, as is often the case here in Crete; you can see that good humor and hospitality prevail. The breakfast and dinner buffets were fabulous, with a very wide selection to suit all tastes, and everything was very good!
